Description
(実施形態1)
図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る防音材1を示すものである。防音材1は、複数の吸音材10、20が一体化されたものであって、図2に示すように、自動車のフロントフェンダーFの内部に配設されて車外の騒音が車内に入るのを抑制するための部材である。自動車のフロントフェンダーFは、自動車の外板を構成する外板部F1と、外板部F1の縁部から車内側へ延びる内板部F2とを有している。外板部F1は上下方向中間部が最も車外側に位置するように緩やかに湾曲している。車体におけるフロントフェンダーFよりも車内側には、上下方向に延びるピラー100が配設されている。ピラー100の車外側には、フロントドア(図示せず)を取り付けるための2つのドアヒンジ101(図2で1つのみ示す)が上下方向に互いに間隔をあけて配設されている。各ドアヒンジ101は、締結部材102、102によってピラー100に固定されている。
防音材1は、シート状の第1吸音材10と、第1吸音材10に対して厚み方向に積層されるシート状の第2吸音材20、20と、被覆部材30とを備えている。また、防音材1は、フロントフェンダーFの内部形状に対応するように上下方向に長い形状である。防音材1の車外側は、フロントフェンダーFの外板部F1の湾曲形状に沿うように上下方向中間部が最も車外側に位置するように湾曲している。防音材1の車内側は、車外側のような湾曲形状ではなく、上下方向に延びる直線に近い形状となっている。防音材1の形状は、図示した形状に限られるものではなく、例えば車種に応じて変更することや、フロントフェンダーFの形状に応じて変更することができる。また、防音材1の設置場所に応じて防音材1の形状を任意に設定することができる。
次に上記のように構成された防音材1の製造方法について説明する。まず、シート状の発泡ゴムを切断して第1吸音材10及び第2吸音材20を得る。また、シート状のポリエチレンを加熱成形して凹状部31及び固着板部32を一体成形する。
防音材1は、フロントフェンダーFの内部に押し込むようにして設置する。このとき、第1吸音材10及び第2吸音材20、20が一体化されているので作業性は良好である。また、防音材1の搬送時の作業性も良好である。防音材1をフロントフェンダーFの内部に押し込む際には、第1吸音材10及び第2吸音材20や被覆部材30を弾性変形させればよい。
図9及び図10は、本発明の実施形態2に係る防音材1を示すものである。この実施形態2では、第2吸音材20の周縁部の一部が被覆部材30の外方へ突出している点で実施形態1とは異なっており、他の部分は実施形態1と同じであるため、以下、実施形態1と同じ部分には同じ符号を付して説明を省略し、実施形態1と異なる部分について詳細に説明する。

- 複数の吸音材が一体化された防音材において、
シート状の第1吸音材と、
上記第1吸音材に対して厚み方向に積層されるシート状の第2吸音材と、
上記第2吸音材を上記第1吸音材とは反対側から覆うように形成され、上記第1吸音材に固着される被覆部材とを備え、
上記第1吸音材は、上記第2吸音材の外形よりも大きな外形を有する弾性材からなり、上記第2吸音材との積層状態で上記第2吸音材の周縁部からはみ出すように形成され、
上記第2吸音材は、上記被覆部材により上記第1吸音材と一体化され、
上記被覆部材は、上記第2吸音材が収容される凹状部と、該凹状部の周縁部に形成され、上記第1吸音材の周縁部に固着される固着板部とを有していることを特徴とする防音材。 - 請求項1に記載の防音材において、
