Abstract
The invention discloses a fertilizing method for increasing aroma of rice, which comprises the following steps: (1) on the basis of conventional fertilization, when soil is prepared before rice transplanting, adding a base fertilizer into the soil, wherein the base fertilizer is formed by mixing one or more minerals containing trace elements and/or mineral processing products containing trace elements with decomposed vinegar residues; (2) respectively adding agricultural enzyme into the rice field in the filling period and the milk-ripe period of the rice in combination with water filling, wherein the agricultural enzyme is a fermentation product obtained by mixing waste vegetables and/or fruits, waste molasses and water and then sealing and fermenting; the fertilizing method of the invention realizes natural aroma enhancement of rice in the natural growth process, has simple operation and low cost, uses more wastes as raw materials, is environment-friendly and cheap, and has excellent social effect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of rice aroma enhancement, and particularly relates to a fertilizing method for enhancing the aroma of rice.
Background
The rice is one of the important staple foods for residents in China, the rice planting area in China is about 4.5 hundred million mu, the rice is the second place in the world, the total yield is 2.04 hundred million tons, the rice is the first place in the world, the yield per unit is 420 kilograms, and the rice is 1.6 times of the average level in the world. In recent years, the rice consumption in China is continuously low due to the slow influence of macroscopic economy and the adjustment of dietary structure. China has a large overstocked amount of rice every year, and a large amount of imported high-quality rice is also needed every year in China at the same time of the overstocked amount of rice. The famous high-quality rice five-common 'rice flower fragrance' in China is famous for the natural and strong fragrance. The strong rice aroma is a remarkable characteristic of high-quality rice, the price is generally higher, and a lot of poor dealers even use the business to paint the common rice or even the poor rice with essence to seek higher benefits. A technical method for increasing the fragrance of rice by using organic chemical substances such as zinc fertilizer, rare earth lanthanum element, Jiu di O, proline and the like is reported.
For example, chinese patent CN103508770A discloses a fertilizer formulation for natural aroma enhancement of wampee occupied grains of common rice seeds, which comprises the following raw materials and proportions thereof per mu: 5.52 +/-0.83 MgCl of raw materials (kg/mu)2;8.53±1.28MnCl2;1.49±0.22CuCl2;2.16±0.32ZnCl2(ii) a 0.24 ± 0.04 molybdic acid; 3.91 plus or minus 0.58 citric acid; 3.91 plus or minus 0.58 tartaric acid; 3.91 plus or minus 0.58 apples; 460 +/-69 bagasse. The fertilizing method comprises the following steps: 1) when the rice field is ploughed, bagasse is applied to 460 kg per mu and is uniformly mixed with a soil plough layer; 2) applying 15 +/-2.25 kg of KCl, 15 +/-2.25 kg of urea and 100kg of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus to each mu of rice seedlings during transplanting; 3) uniformly using water and uniformly mixing MgCl for each mu in the middle stage of tillering25.52±0.83、MnCl28.53±1.28、CuCl21.49±0.22、ZnCl22.16 plus or minus 0.32, molybdic acid 0.24 plus or minus 0.04, citric acid 3.91 plus or minus 0.58, tartaric acid 3.91 plus or minus 0.58 and malic acid 3.91 plus or minus 0.58.
However, the rice aroma-enhancing fertilization formula and the fertilization method can only be applied to aroma enhancement of specific common rice seeds which are Huanghua and account for grains, the formula is complex, most of the components of the formula are industrial finished products, the production cost is indirectly increased, and meanwhile, the cost is increased due to excessive applied fertilizers, and the large-area production is not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the fertilizing method which is simple to operate, low in cost, ecological and safe and can naturally increase the aroma of rice in the growth process.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts a technical scheme as follows:
a method of fertilizing rice to flavour the rice, the method comprising:
(1) on the basis of conventional fertilization, when soil is prepared before rice transplanting, adding a base fertilizer into the soil, wherein the base fertilizer is formed by mixing one or more minerals containing trace elements and/or mineral processing products containing trace elements with decomposed vinegar residues;
(2) and respectively adding agricultural enzyme into the rice field in the filling period and the milk ripening period of the rice in combination with water filling, wherein the agricultural enzyme is a fermentation product obtained by mixing waste vegetables and/or fruits, waste molasses and water and then sealing and fermenting.
The conventional fertilization is the normal fertilization condition of a producer in the actual production.
In some embodiments of the present invention, preferably, the trace elements in the base fertilizer include calcium, manganese and magnesium. Suitable microelements can be selected according to actual needs or different geographic environments and added into the base fertilizer.
According to some preferable aspects of the scheme, the base fertilizer is formed by mixing dolomite powder, manganese sulfate and decomposed vinegar residues according to the weight ratio of 3-8: 1: 10-20.
Further preferably, the weight ratio of the dolomite powder, the manganese sulfate and the decomposed vinegar residues is 4-6: 1: 12-16.
In some specific embodiments of the invention, the decomposed vinegar residue accounts for 65-75% of the mass content of the base fertilizer.
According to some preferred aspects of the above aspects, the mineral and the mineral processing product are 150 to 250 mesh powder particles, respectively.
In some embodiments of the invention, the agricultural enzyme is prepared by mixing waste vegetables and/or fruits, waste molasses and water in a weight ratio of 1: 0.8-1.2, and then sealing and fermenting for 30-50 days.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the waste vegetables and/or fruits, the waste molasses and the water is 1: 0.9-1.1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in the step (1), the base fertilizer is applied in an amount of 20-30 kg per mu.
In some embodiments of the invention, in the step (2), the agricultural enzymes are respectively used in an amount of 10-15 kg per mu in the grain filling stage and the milk ripening stage of the rice.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
according to the invention, a self-made fertilizer containing trace elements and agricultural enzyme are applied to the growth process of rice by stages by using a conventional fertilization technology, so that natural aroma enhancement in the rice cultivation process is realized, meanwhile, on one hand, the problem of maximized utilization of resources such as vinegar residue, waste fruits/vegetables, waste molasses and the like is solved by using the agricultural enzyme, the production cost is saved, and operability is provided for large-area planting, on the other hand, the activity of the rice enzyme is improved by using the trace elements such as magnesium, calcium, manganese and the like and the agricultural enzyme, and the expression of a rice aroma gene is promoted.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to specific preferred examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples. In the following examples, all starting materials are commercially available unless otherwise specified.
EXAMPLE 1 fertilizing method for flavoring rice
(1) On the basis of conventional fertilization, 20kg of base fertilizer is added into soil when the soil is prepared before rice transplanting;
(2) and respectively adding 10kg of agricultural enzyme into the rice field in the filling stage and the milk maturing stage of the rice in combination with water filling.
Wherein, the base fertilizer comprises the following raw materials: 40kg of dolomite powder, 10kg of manganese sulfate and 150kg of decomposed vinegar residues, preparing the dolomite powder and the manganese sulfate into 150-250-mesh powder particles, and uniformly mixing the raw materials according to a conventional mixing method to prepare the base fertilizer.
The agricultural ferment comprises the following raw materials: 100kg of vegetables and/or fruits, 80kg of waste molasses and 120kg of water.
And uniformly mixing the raw materials according to the formula, covering a plastic film, and sealing and fermenting for 30 days to obtain the agricultural enzyme.
EXAMPLE 2 fertilizing method for flavoring rice
(1) On the basis of conventional fertilization, when soil is prepared before rice transplanting, 30kg of base fertilizer is added into the soil;
(2) and respectively adding 15kg of agricultural enzyme into the rice field in the filling stage and the milk maturing stage of the rice in combination with water filling.
Wherein, the base fertilizer comprises the following raw materials: 50kg of dolomite powder, 10kg of manganese sulfate and 140kg of decomposed vinegar residues.
Preparing the dolomite powder and the manganese sulfate into powder particles of 150-250 meshes, and then uniformly mixing the raw materials according to a conventional mixing method to prepare the base fertilizer.
The agricultural ferment comprises the following raw materials: 100kg of vegetables and/or fruits, 100kg of waste molasses and 100kg of water.
And uniformly mixing the raw materials according to the formula, covering a plastic film, and sealing and fermenting for 40 days to obtain the agricultural enzyme.
Comparative example
The fertilization method of the embodiment is conventional fertilization: fertilizing 1000 kg of decomposed sheep manure, 10kg of urea and 10kg of potassium chloride compound fertilizer per mu of base fertilizer application; 5kg of urea is additionally applied during tillering and jointing.
The fertilization methods of example 2 and the comparative example were used in rice planting, and the produced rice was examined, and the results were analyzed as follows:

As shown in fig. 1 to 4 and tables one and two, it is found from the peak value and the integral area that the content of the aroma substances (peaks 1, 2, 3) in the rice after the aroma-increasing fertilization treatment was increased by 1 time or more; in the control example, the gene expression was incomplete, and the foreign substances were produced (peaks 4 and 5).

1. A method of fertilizing rice to flavour rice, the method comprising:
(1) on the basis of conventional fertilization, when soil is prepared before rice transplanting, adding a base fertilizer into the soil, wherein the base fertilizer is formed by mixing dolomite powder, manganese sulfate and decomposed vinegar residues according to the weight ratio of 3-8: 1: 10-20, and the base fertilizer is applied in an amount of 20-30 kg per mu;
(2) respectively adding agricultural enzyme into the rice field in the filling period and the milk maturing period of the rice in combination with water filling, wherein the agricultural enzyme is obtained by mixing waste vegetables and/or fruits, waste molasses and water according to the weight ratio of 1: 0.8-1.2 and then sealing and fermenting for 30-50 days; in the filling period and the milk maturing period of the rice, the dosage of the agricultural enzyme is 10-15 kg per mu respectively.
2. The fertilizing method for increasing the flavor of rice as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of dolomite powder, manganese sulfate and decomposed vinegar residue is 4-6: 1: 12-16.
3. The fertilizing method for flavoring rice as claimed in claim 1, wherein the decomposed vinegar residue accounts for 65% -75% of the base fertilizer by mass.
4. The method for fertilizing rice with aroma enhancement as claimed in any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the dolomite powder and the manganese sulfate are respectively 150-250 mesh powder particles.
5. The fertilizing method for flavoring rice as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the waste vegetables and/or fruits, the waste molasses and the water is 1: 0.9-1.1.
