本发明涉及调味品技术领域,具体是一种多功能液体香料。
背景技术
目前食品行业使用的香料一般分为颗粒状、粉末状和液体状等几种。颗粒状和粉末状香料存在着:有效成份难以完全分解、残留在菜品中的香料残渣既影响美观又影响食用等缺点;液体香料因含有水份、防腐剂等添加剂,保质期较短,还不利于健康,且各种香料的使用范围狭窄,作用单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术不足,提供一种多功能液体香料。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:多功能液体香料,包括:八角、桂皮、香叶、香茅、香草、丁香、小茴香、紫苏、花椒、肉蔻、豆蔻、干姜、良姜、甘草、陈皮、草果、花椒、胡椒、白芷、山萘、红曲米、孜然、山楂、当归、党参。
进一步的,所述原料的重量比均为1:1。
进一步的,所述多功能液体香料还包括白酒。
进一步的,所述白酒为60°以上的纯粮酿造酒。
进一步的,所述原料与白酒的重量比为4:6。
本发明的制备方法为:将所有原料捡去杂质,洗净并沥干水份,按4:6的比例加入白酒,密封浸泡2-3个月,过滤后即得。
本发明用途广泛,既可用于制作各式菜品,也可用于腌制、烧烤,还可用于食品的防腐生香,使用方便、香气浓郁、不留残渣,保持菜品的美观,并且不含添加剂,安全健康。
