一种荷花冰粥配方及其制作方法,本配方由如下重量份的原料组成:荷花10-15份,红豆3-9份,薏米20-25份,糯米20-25份,莲子6-15份,冰糖10-15份,水30-35份。
所述的荷花摘去残叶,取新鲜花瓣洗净。
所述的红豆放入开水中浸泡40分钟。
所述的薏米洗净,放入水中浸泡2小时。

荷花为花中君子,既是受人欢迎的观赏植物,又有很高的药用价值,全身均可入药。荷花,性温,味苦甘,具有活血止血、祛湿消风之功效,可用于跌损呕血、湿毒疮疡等症。以荷花泡水加适量白糖,能清心去暑,并能镇心益色。荷花泡水加入适量白糖,其味清香可口,能清心涤暑,是暑热天极好的饮料,而且能镇心益色,驻颜轻身。
红豆,又称海红豆,中医学认为,红豆气味甘、酸、平、无毒,归肺、心、脾经,有疏风清热、燥湿止痒、润肤养颜的功效。其内服有化湿补脾的功效,对脾胃虚弱的人比较适合,在食疗中常被用于高血压、动脉粥样硬化、各种原因引起的水肿及消暑、解热毒、健胃等多种用途。红豆皮中含有丰富的膳食纤维,进食红豆时不要去皮,可获得较多的膳食纤维,进而起到润肠通便、降血压、降血脂、调节血糖、解毒抗癌、预防结石、健美减肥的作用。
薏米性凉,味甘、淡,归脾、胃、肺经,保健养生的主要食材之一,是五谷类中纤维质最高的,低脂、低热量,是减肥的最佳主食。它还含有丰富的蛋白质、油脂、维生素、矿物质和糖类。有美白、除斑功能,对下半身水肿的人尤具疗效。《本草纲目》谓薏米“健脾益胃,补肺清热、祛风胜湿,养颜驻容、轻身延年”。薏米可以渗除脾湿,健脾止泻,尤其善于治疗脾虚湿盛所导致的泄泻。薏米可以清肠之热,排脓消痈,可用于治疗肺痈胸痛,咳吐浓痰,亦可用于治疗肠痈等症。
糯米是糯稻脱壳的米,糯米味甘、性温,入脾、胃、肺经,糯米含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、铁、维生素B1、维生素B2、烟酸及淀粉等,营养丰富,为温补强壮食品,具有补中益气,健脾养胃,止虚汗之功效,对食欲不佳,腹胀腹泻有一定缓解作用。故古语有“糯米粥为温养胃气妙品”。糯米适宜多汗、血虚、脾虚、体虚、盗汗、肺结核、神经衰弱等症患者食用。此外,糯米适宜煮成稀薄粥,这样不仅营养丰富、有益滋补,且极易消化吸收,可补养胃气。
莲子又称莲实、莲米、水之丹,是睡莲科多年水生草本植物莲的成熟种子。性平、味甘涩,入心、脾、肾经;补脾止泻,益肾涩清,养心安神。富含蛋白质、多钟维生素和矿物质以及微量元素,热量也较高,尤其是很好的钙源、磷源。莲子还有天门冬素和蜜三糖等,莲子芯含有莲心碱、异莲心碱等多种生物碱,味道极苦,有清热泻火之功能,还有显著的强心作用,能扩张外周血管,降低血压。莲子善于补五脏不足,通利十二经脉气血,使气血畅而不腐,莲子所含氧化黄心树宁碱对鼻咽癌有抑制作用,这一切,构成了莲子的防癌抗癌的营养保健功能。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:口感舒爽,营养丰富,消暑益气,无任何副作用,健胃柔脾,达到解除胃痛,促进肠胃蠕动,清心安神之功效。本配方的优点在于:纯天然健康,有效保护胃,达到养胃润脾、清热润肠的效果。

具体实施例一:荷花10份,红豆3份,薏米20份,糯米20份,莲子6份,冰糖10份,水30份。
具体实施例二:荷花11份,红豆4份,薏米21份,糯米22份,莲子7份,冰糖11份,水31份。
具体实施例三:荷花12份,红豆5份,薏米22份,糯米23份,莲子8份,冰糖12份,水32份。
具体实施例四:荷花13份,红豆6份,薏米23份,糯米24份,莲子9份,冰糖13份,水33份。
具体实施例五:荷花14份,红豆7份,薏米24份,糯米25份,莲子10份,冰糖14份,水34份。
具体实施例六:荷花15份,红豆8份,薏米25份,糯米25份,莲子15份,冰糖15份,水35份。

Claims (7)
1.一种荷花冰粥配方及其制作方法,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料组成:荷花10-15份,红豆3-9份,薏米20-25份,糯米20-25份,莲子6-15份,冰糖10-15份,水30-35份。
2.一种荷花冰粥配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的荷花摘去残叶,取新鲜花瓣洗净。
3.一种荷花冰粥配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的红豆放入开水中浸泡40分钟。
4.一种荷花冰粥配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的薏米洗净,放入水中浸泡2小时。
5.一种荷花冰粥配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的糯米洗净,放入水中浸泡2小时。
6.一种荷花冰粥配方及其制作方法,其特征在于所述的莲子去蕊。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种荷花冰粥配方及其制作方法,其制造方法如下:
(1)将红豆放入开水中浸泡40分钟后加水煮熟红豆。
(2)将糯米放入清水中浸泡2小时。
(3)将薏米放入清水中浸泡2小时。
(4)将荷花摘去残叶,取新鲜花瓣洗净。
(5)将荷花瓣、荷花蕊、冰糖,加开水浸泡得到荷花水。
(6)将糯米、薏米、莲子、冰糖、红豆加步骤五所得材料一起煮,水开后转小火煮1小时。
(7)待步骤六所得材料冷却后放冰箱冷藏3小时。
(8)剩余荷花瓣剪成丝放入步骤七所得材料中即可享用。
