Abstract
本发明公开了一种保健食品,其特征在于包括以下重量份的原料组分:醋花生,山药,大枣,杜仲,荷叶,深海鱼油,西洋参,红薯,蒲公英,灵芝,香菇,蜂蜜适量,将上述产品中的红薯、西洋参、灵芝、香菇分别切块,并洗净晾干消毒,其余的醋花生、荷叶、蒲公英、萝卜叶洗净晾干消毒,将上述物料共同粉碎,过筛制成粉末,并加入深海鱼油后搅拌均匀,再加入适量蜂蜜,继续捣拌成适合粘湿度,以十克为一组做成丸状物,用塑料外壳及蜡封好即成,再以每10丸为一盒包装成成品即可,本发明是以一系列具有养生保健功能的产品为组合体,使其发挥共同的养生保健作用,能对全身起到养生保健作用。

本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,具体地说是一种用于补肝肾、健脾胃、提高免疫力的保健食品。
背景技术
由于生活水平提高、人们生活节奏加快、工作压力增大、饮食营养不良等原因,使身体的脾胃功能运化失调、脂肪、毒素积累到体内,进而出现了诸如高血压、高血脂、高血糖、动脉硬化等一系列的疾病,严重影响了人们的身心健康,因此,为了减少疾病的发生,使身体保持健康的状态,目前市场上出现的保健食品五花八门数不胜数,以老年人为对象者居多,但是以天然食材为原料者很少,大多冠以莫名其妙的化学名称,或以化学合成为主体材料,真正能通过对药食同源的中药进行合理搭配,通过人们经常食用,以达到排除体内毒素、健脾和胃、补益肝肾、补充充足的营养成分,使人们身体远离疾病的困扰。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足,提供一种以人们常见的食材为主,合理搭配,能润肠通便、增强血管弹性、排除体内毒素、补脾气而兼益胃阴、补而不滞、不热不燥、增进食欲、促进消化、补肝养肾、营养充分的保健食品。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种保健食品,其特征在于包括以下重量份的原料组分:醋花生40-50份,山药40-50份,大枣25-35份,杜仲5-15份,荷叶5-15份,深海鱼油15-25份,西洋参3-8份,红薯25-35份,蒲公英3-8份,灵芝10-20份,香菇15-25份,蜂蜜适量,其制备工艺步骤为:
(1)醋花生的制作方法:首先将生花生挑选好,去除有霉斑和生芽者,然后洗净沥干水分,放入广口容器内,不超过其三分之二容量,然后加入上好米醋浸泡一个月,取出晾干即得。
(2)选取好的大枣,洗净去核后焙干消毒备用。
(3)将红薯、山药、西洋参、灵芝及香菇分别切片并晾干消毒后备用。
(4)将醋花生、杜仲、荷叶、蒲公英洗净去渣,晾干消毒后备用。
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)所得材料合并放入粉碎机中粉碎,过二百目筛网后制成粉末状物料,使灵芝及香菇被彻底打碎,便于吸收。
(6)将步骤(5)中得到的粉末加入深海鱼油搅拌,再加入适量蜂蜜,调整适中的干湿度。
(7)将步骤(6)中得到的有一定粘湿度的物料做成以十份为一单位的圆球,并用塑料壳及蜡密封成蜡丸,即为成品,可每日早晚各服一丸,坚持服用对身体必有好处。
本发明还可在步骤(6)中将步骤(5)中得到的粉末加入深海鱼油搅拌,再加入适量果粉香精搅拌,以达到营养口味俱佳的功能。

所述醋花生:食用醋现代营养学发现,食用醋中含有丰富的氨基酸、乳酸、醋酸、琥珀酸等有机成分。醋的pH值(溶液酸碱性程度数值)为1.5-2.0,很接近于人体胃酸的pH值1.3—1.8,有调节肠胃的功能。醋的酸味可加速唾液分泌,加速消化,醋酸及柠檬酸则能渗透食物,有很强的杀菌能力,日本一项有关食醋类的研究指出,醋含较高氨基酸,有助抑制人体老化,预防各种老年疾病。用加醋的水洗脸或洗澡,能起到松软皮肤、增强皮肤活力的作用;花生含脂肪40%~50%,是大豆的两倍,比油菜籽还高。含蛋白质30%左右,相当于小麦的两倍多,是大米的三倍,而且花生易被人体吸收,消化系数在90%左右,此外,花生还含有核黄素、钙、磷、卵磷脂、胆碱、不饱和脂肪酸以及多种维生素,因此花生亦称“长生果”,因此醋泡花生能增进食欲、促进消化、降低血压、软化血管,减少胆固醇的堆积,醋花生还有清热活血功效,对保护血管,防止血栓形成有较好的作用;

本发明由于采用上述组分制备的保健食品,方中以软化血管的调节肠胃功能的醋花生、药食两用的山药为主料,补脾气而兼益胃阴、增进食欲、促进消化,其中山药甘平,肺脾肾三脏同补,长于补脾胃,既补气又养阴,是平补气阴之良药,由于山药为甘壅味厚之品,易滞气,故佐以醋花生以促进消化、清热活血、增进食欲; 大枣味甘入脾,有和缓的补中益气之功,是调补脾胃的常用药,再配以杜仲和荷叶两味药,辅以补肝肾,强筋骨,清除体内垃圾,加强人体细胞物质代谢,防止肌肉骨骼老化,平衡人体血压,分解体内胆固醇,降低体内脂肪,恢复血管弹性,同时,还通过添加红薯、香菇,抑制胆固醇的生成,预防肝硬化、促进消化,达到排除体内毒素的作用,再配以增加西洋参、灵芝、深海鱼油的滋阴降火,清虚火,健胃生津,补气益血,补而不滞、不热不燥、促进蛋白质合成,使本发明具有显著的保健功能,调节人体的酸碱平衡,促进人体新陈代谢, 上述诸药合用,共奏润肠通便、消食化滞、健脾和胃、补气养血、补肝养肾、软化血管,达到降血脂、降血压、降血糖、提高免疫力的作用。

本发明由于采用上述组分制备的保健食品,方中以软化血管的调节肠胃功能的醋花生、药食两用的山药为主料,补脾气而兼益胃阴、增进食欲、促进消化,其中山药甘平,肺脾肾三脏同补,长于补脾胃,既补气又养阴,是平补气阴之良药,由于山药为甘壅味厚之品,易滞气,故佐以醋花生以促进消化、清热活血、增进食欲; 大枣味甘入脾,有和缓的补中益气之功,是调补脾胃的常用药,再配以杜仲和荷叶两味药,辅以补肝肾,强筋骨,清除体内垃圾,加强人体细胞物质代谢,防止肌肉骨骼老化,平衡人体血压,分解体内胆固醇,降低体内脂肪,恢复血管弹性,同时,还通过添加红薯、香菇,抑制胆固醇的生成,预防肝硬化、促进消化,达到排除体内毒素的作用,再配以增加西洋参、灵芝、深海鱼油的滋阴降火,清虚火,健胃生津,补气益血,补而不滞、不热不燥、促进蛋白质合成,使本发明具有显著的保健功能,调节人体的酸碱平衡,促进人体新陈代谢, 上述诸药合用,共奏润肠通便、消食化滞、健脾和胃、补气养血、补肝养肾、软化血管,达到降血脂、降血压、降血糖、提高免疫力的作用。
Claims (2)
1.一种保健食品,其特征在于包括以下重量份的原料组分:醋花生40-50份,山药40-50份,大枣25-35份,杜仲5-15份,荷叶5-15份,深海鱼油15-25份,西洋参3-8份,红薯25-35份,蒲公英3-8份,灵芝10-20份,香菇15-25份,蜂蜜适量,其制备工艺步骤为:
(1)醋花生的制作方法:首先将生花生挑选好,去除有霉斑和生芽者,然后洗净沥干水分,放入广口容器内,不超过其三分之二容量,然后加入上好米醋浸泡一个月,取出晾干即得;
(2)选取好的大枣,洗净去核后焙干消毒备用;
(3)将红薯、山药、西洋参、灵芝及香菇分别切片并晾干消毒后备用;
(4)将醋花生、杜仲、荷叶、蒲公英洗净去渣,晾干消毒后备用;
(5)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4)所得材料合并放入粉碎机中粉碎,过二百目筛网后制成粉末状物料,使灵芝及香菇被彻底打碎;;
(6)将步骤(5)中得到的粉末加入深海鱼油搅拌,再加入适量蜂蜜,调整适中的干湿度;
(7)将步骤(6)中得到的有一定粘湿度的物料做成以十份为一单位的圆球,并用塑料壳及蜡密封成蜡丸,即为成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健食品,其特征在于所述步骤(6)中将步骤(5)中得到的粉末加入深海鱼油搅拌,再加入适量果粉香精搅拌。
