技术领域  本发明涉及一种荷多宝夏日养生粥,配方的有效成份为荷叶、荷花、荷梗、莲藕、莲子、木糖醇、荷花粉、糯米、粳米,经特殊工艺制作而成,主要用于夏日保健,起到降热、消暑、去火、开胃健脾、强身补气兼美容的功效。荷花是一种实用价值很高的植物,全株皆可利用,每一个部位皆有其特殊功能,以降火气、清心、止血、去除体内多余湿气、散瘀为主要效能。荷花有着很高的食用价值,例如莲蓬子含的淀粉很多,营养丰富。剥开莲蓬,一粒粒的莲子,就像翡翠玉一样,再剥去外皮和一层薄膜,里面就是雪白可口的莲子仁。荷藕是一种美味的蔬菜,它含各种维生素和蛋白质等成分,既可以当水果吃,也可以烹饪成熟吃。荷花也有着很好地药用价值。荷叶能请暑解热;莲梗能通气宽胸;莲瓣能治暑热烦渴;莲子能健脾止泻;莲心能清火安神;莲房能消淤止血;藕节还有解酒毒的功用呢!自叶到茎,自花到果实,真是无一不可入药的。尽管如此,除了荷花本身的观赏价值为人们熟知以外,其食用与药用价值并没有被充分开发与利用。本发明的目的就是提供一种荷花多宝粥的制作方法,该粥含有荷花全株的多个部位的功效,是炎炎夏日消暑保健、养心安神、延年益寿之必备。
背景技术  现代人的生活不断提高,造成了营养不均衡,饮食结构不合理;既追求吃得精、吃得香。嘴吃香了,身体却受影响了,出现了三高三低症状,产生了高血压、高血脂、高血糖,肥胖人群不断增加。随着人们对于生活品质的追求不断提高,健康、绿色的食品越来越受到人们的青睐。荷花的食用与药用价值也因此受到人们越来越多的关注。荷花的不同部分被用在传统东亚的草药中。其叶、梗、蒂、节、种子、花蕊均可以入药。自古中国人民就视莲子为珍贵食品,如今仍然是高级滋补营养品,众多地方专营莲子生产。莲藕是最好的蔬菜和蜜饯果品。荷叶、荷花等也都是中国人民喜爱的药膳食品。可见荷花食文化的丰富多彩。传统的莲子粥、莲房脯、莲子粉、藕片夹肉、荷叶蒸肉、荷叶粥等等举不胜举。尽管如此,莲花食用与药用价值并没有被充分开发与利用。本发明涉及一种荷花多宝粥,该发明将荷花的食用与药用价值完美结合,将会成为一种深受欢迎的保健食品。
发明内容  本发明的要点在于将莲藕与莲子的食用价值与荷叶、荷花、荷梗的药用价值合理结合起来,协同作用,是各个组分的效能到达最强。在没有任何副作用的同时达到清热解暑、养心安神的保健作用。
本发明原材料配方如下(重量百分比):莲藕: 100-150g;莲子100-150g;木糖醇:10-20g;荷花粉:25-50g;糯米100-150g ;粳米100-150g;水至1000;荷叶、荷花与荷梗只在制作过程中需要,不参与成品粥的成分。
莲藕富含淀粉、蛋白质、维生素B、维生素C、脂肪、碳水化合物及钙、磷、铁等多种矿物质。中医认为,藕是一款冬令进补的保健食品,既可食用,又可药用。生食能凉血散淤,能补心益肾,可以补五脏之虚,强壮筋骨,滋阴养血。同时还能利尿通便,帮助排泄体内的废物和毒素。
莲子含有丰富的蛋白质、碳水化合物、烟酸、钾、钙、镁等营养元素,善于补五脏不足,通利十二经脉气血,使气血畅而不腐,莲子所含氧化黄心树宁碱对鼻咽癌有抑制作用,这一切,构成了莲子的防癌抗癌的营养保健功能;莲子所含非结晶形生物碱N-9有降血压作用;莲子芯所含生物碱具有显著的强心作用,莲芯碱则有较强抗钙及抗心律不齐的作用;莲子中所含的棉子糖,是老少皆宜的滋补品,对于久病、产后或老年体虚者,更是常用营养佳品。
木糖醇替代蔗糖或冰糖作为甜味剂。其在体内新陈代谢不需要胰岛素参与,又不使血糖值升高,同时可有效减少口腔内的致龋菌。
荷花粉是蜜蜂采集荷花之精华,荷花粉在蜂花粉系列中属于名贵产品,不仅具有美容、调养等功效,还是无污染的纯天然产品。有清心凉血、解热毒、消湿祛风、调内分泌的功效。
粳米具有健脾胃、补中气、养阴生津、除烦止渴、固肠止泻等作用。所含人体必需氨基酸比较全面,还含有脂肪、钙、磷、铁及B族维生素等多种营养成分。
本发明产品的制备方法是:
(1)莲子放入温水中浸泡一晚,再放入蒸笼中蒸40分钟,变软后取出;
(2)莲藕洗净去皮切丁;
(3)煮粥:将糯米、粳米淘洗好,与莲子、莲藕丁同下锅加水煮粥;
(4)将鲜嫩摘取的荷叶、荷花瓣、荷梗洗净后切碎,包在纱布里放进粥锅,再用一片稍大的荷叶罩住;
(5)粥熬好后,退火稍冷,取走荷叶,取出纱布,加入木糖醇,撒入荷花粉搅拌均匀即可。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)对荷花的各组分进行全面搭配,使其协同生效;
(2)既保留了荷叶、荷花、荷梗的功效和固有荷香,又没有影响粥的口感;
(3)营养价值很高,木糖醇取代蔗糖,适合的人群更广,绿色环保;
(4)此粥清热解暑,益气养阴,健脾开胃,养心安神,对治疗老年体虚、食欲不振、大便溏薄、热病口渴等有很好效果。

1.本发明涉及一种荷多宝夏日养生粥,其特征在于配方如下(重量百分比):莲藕: 100-150g;莲子100-150g;木糖醇:10-20g;荷花粉:25-50g;糯米100-150g ;粳米100-150g;水至1000;荷叶、荷花与荷梗只在制作过程中需要,不参与成品粥的成分。
2. 一种权利要求1所述荷多宝夏日养生粥,其特征在于具有如下的步骤:
(1)莲子放入温水中浸泡一晚,再放入蒸笼中蒸40分钟,变软后取出;
(2)莲藕洗净去皮切丁;
(3)煮粥:将糯米、粳米淘洗好,与莲子、莲藕丁同下锅加水煮粥;
(4)将鲜嫩摘取的荷叶、荷花瓣、荷梗洗净后切碎,包在纱布里放进粥锅,再用一片稍大的荷叶罩住;
(5)粥熬好后,退火稍冷,取走荷叶,取出纱布,加入木糖醇,撒入荷花粉搅拌均匀即可。
