背景技术
食品、饮料是人们消耗最快的消费品,食品、饮料关系到人们的身体健康,现在市场上的副食品越来越多,但是大多数的副食品只是能解决人们基本需求,人们的生活水平在不断的提高,对副食品的营养要求也越来越高。
山药,人类自古食用,是人类食用最早的植物之一。山药肉质细嫩,含有极丰富的营养保健物质。《神农本草经》谓之“主健中补虚、除寒热邪气、补中益气力、长肌肉、久服耳目聪明”;((日华子本草》说其“助五脏、活筋骨、长志安神、主治泄精健忘”;《本草纲目》认为山药能“益肾气、健脾胃、止泻痢、化瘫涎、润毛皮”。近些年来的研究表明,山药具有诱导产生干扰素,增强人体免疫功能的作用。其所含胆碱和卵磷脂有助于提高人的记忆力,常食之可健身强体、延缓衰老,是人们所喜爱的保健佳品。以山药为主、辅以魔芋做成的仿生食品,具有营养丰富、滋补健身、养颜美容之功效,是不可多得的健康营养美食。
梨果鲜美,肉脆多汁,酸甜可口,风味芳香优美,富含糖、蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物及多种维生素,对人体健康有重要作用。梨子具有清肺养肺的作用。多吃梨的人远比不吃或少吃梨的人感冒机率要低,所以有科学家和医师把梨称为“全方位的健康水果”或“全科医生”。由于社会发展空气污染比较严重,梨可改善呼吸系统和肺功能,有润肺的功效,可以降低肺部受空气中的灰尘和烟尘的影响。
梨脯是比较常见的食品,但目前其搭配的食物品种还不够丰富,功能有待开发,可以配合一些具有保健功能的食物品种加入梨脯的制作,满足于人们健康生活的需要。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种清热美容山药梨脯的加工方法,由以下重量份原料组成:山药70-80份、梨260-300份、玉米25-30份、绿豆20-30份、糯米10-15份、核桃仁10-15份、柠檬汁15-20份、草莓汁15-20份、菊花5-6份、虫草花4-5份、橘皮5-6份、甘草5-6份、薄荷叶5-6份、干姜5-6份、鱼腥草2-3份、玉竹2-3份、冰糖15-20份、柠檬酸0.5-1.5份、甜菊糖苷0.5-1.5份、苯甲酸钠0.5-1.5份、葡萄汁4-6份、甜酒5-7份、水适量;

(1)将新鲜的梨洗净后去皮,放入浓度为10%-15%的盐水中浸泡5-10分钟,捞出后将梨去核切成2~4瓣,得梨块备用;
(2)将山药、玉米、绿豆、糯米、核桃仁洗净后放入锅中,加热焖煮30-40分钟,将所有物料取出打成混合浆;
