(2)将里脊肉洗净,切块,沥去水分,将生姜、葱切成细末,将锅中倒入植物油,烧热后倒入生姜、葱、蒜沫翻炒10s,再倒入里脊肉,翻炒1~2分钟;
(3)将荸荠、胡萝、花生、绿豆洗净,用远红外线在70度温度下烘烤20~30分钟,在磨成粉末,过60~70目筛;
(4)将(1)所述的浸泡后的大米、糯米混合,(2)所述的里脊肉和(3)所述混合粉末,搅拌均匀,加入水,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
