Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于小心地清洁、消毒和干燥大量小部件的设备。所述部件例如可以是注射器的部件或者安瓿的部件,亦即主要是在医学领域中应用的部件。
背景技术
为了实施所述步骤,已知不同的设备和方法,但是所述设备和方法有一些缺点,即在方法的范围内或者在设备的实施的范围内有一些缺点。
一种已知的设备包括旋转的固定安装的处理容器,所述处理容器具有筛盘或者网眼细密的筛具作为用于小部件的支撑体。为了进行处理所需要的介质流经所述筛盘并且产生所谓的引起处理的流化床。在进行处理之后,所述部件在保持无菌的情况下转移到所谓的运输容器中并且在其中存放,直到所述部件被转移给后续的设备。
另一已知的装置包括滑动架和位于其中的容器。所述容器必须对接到处理机器上,并且对于处理过程,滑动架被移开,以便可以在对接的状态下转动容器。在处理过程之后,容器又被分离并且放回滑动架中。
该过程是耗费的,一方面在结构上和在机械上均是耗费的,另一方面这样的对接和分离过程对于操作者是与危险相联系的且是不实用的。该装置的另一缺点是容器的可转动性只在处理机器上才是可能的,所述可转动性对于处理是强制的。
此外,对在这样的装置上的容器的检查是耗费的。因为在滑动架中的容器不能转动,因此容器必须例如利用单独的提升设备来举起和转动,以便可以看到容器内。
所述已知的装置的装载也变得困难。此外,由于容器的有限的可转动性,在溢流侧的完全排空是不可实施的。洗涤液则必须朝下被排空并且进而筛盘和干净的进水侧例如被颗粒污染。
同样在已知的装置上消除批料失败(Chargenverlust)是麻烦的。因为容器在滑动架中不能转动,因此容器必须例如利用单独的提升设备被举起并且被转动到卸载位置中,以便可以排空无用的批料。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于:避免现有技术所提及的缺点。
按照本发明,该任务通过开头所述类型的设备来实现,所述设备通过权利要求1所述的特征来表征。

具体实施方式
在图中所示的设备包括一个处理容器1和一个运输滑动架2,所述处理容器与所述运输滑动架固定连接,亦即一个容器和一个滑动架分别构成一个单元。容器借助于支承设备3可转动地支承在滑动架上。所述支承件这样构造,使得容器轴线可以转动240°。此外,支承件之一装备有本身已知的构件,以用于将容器对接到处理站4上。
通过谨慎地转动在滑动架上的容器实现对小部件的小心的处理。同样地通过谨慎地转动容器实现对残余水和冷凝液的排空,以及还有对小部件的空腔的排空,所述排空对于稳定的处理质量是必要的。为了完全排空,容器轴线可以在滑动架中转动到负150°,并且可以利用压缩空气压出(leerdrücken)清洁水。通过该排空可能性,实现无残留地排空在洗涤时被冲洗出的颗粒,更确切地说,没有发生清洁介质的回流。
当流化床停止(流化空气停止)时,还有足够的空气超压位于筛具之下,使得流动过来的水将空气排出并且不会发生朝筛具方向的回流。
紧接着在洗涤过程之后,机器被转动到在图3中示出的排空位置,从而洗涤水可以完全被压出到废水侧处。由此容器能完全朝下排空,于是干净的输入管路和筛盘不被污染的水流过。
滑动架额外地用作检查设备。容器可以在滑动架中朝下转动到在图4中示出的位置,从而能够良好地看到容器内,以便对容器内部进行检查。如果还有残留的部件位于容器内,则可以通过将容器在滑动架中进一步朝下转动来排空所述残留的部件。
在批料失败的情况下,容器可以在滑动架上转动到排空位置并且可以在无附加装置的情况下朝下排空各小部件。
Claims (1)
1.一种用于小心地清洁、消毒和干燥大量小部件的设备,所述设备具有容器,在所述容器中实施对小部件的处理,其特征在于,容器与滑动架固定连接并且所述容器可转动地设置在滑动架上,使得容器能在保留在滑动架上的情况下对接到处理站上。
