Abstract

本发明揭示了OCA光学胶模切工艺,包括以下步骤:湿度80‑90%的千级无尘室内进行模切作业;分切刀除尘后将原材料分切为小卷悬挂物料架上;撕除OCA光学胶自带的上层轻离型膜,露出OCA层;辊刀防粘处理后切断到OCA层两侧,切断线与其边缘之间为预留部;预留部贴麦拉层后一并撕除;OCA层表面通过胶辊贴合抗静电膜,胶辊两侧周向的贴附胶辊泡棉;冲切刀切断抗静电膜,产品外框边缘大于OCA层边缘;冲切刀旋转一周做一次切断,整齐收叠。本发明实现产品无拉胶、无溢胶问题。

OCA光学胶模切工艺
技术领域
本发明属于OCA光学胶制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种OCA光学胶模切工艺。
背景技术
OCA光学胶是重要的触屏原材料之一,将光学亚克力胶做成无基材胶带是触控屏较佳的胶粘剂。具有高清澈度,高透光性,全光穿透率大于90%,同时还具有高粘着力,耐高温,抗紫外线等优点。在OCA光学胶的生产过程中出现气泡溢胶问题,模切出现拉胶现象都会导致OCA整条报废。换膜过程如出现铺设不均对其透光性以及整体质量有很大的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,而提供一种OCA光学胶模切工艺,从而实现产品无拉胶、无溢胶问题。为了达到上述目的,本发明技术方案如下:
OCA光学胶模切工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1,作业环境,湿度80-90%的千级无尘室内进行模切作业;
S2,分切原材料,分切刀除尘后将原材料分切为小卷悬挂物料架上;
S3,换膜,撕除OCA光学胶自带的上层轻离型膜,露出OCA层;
S4,冲切,辊刀防粘处理后切断到OCA层两侧,切断线与其边缘之间为预留部;
S5,排废,预留部贴麦拉层后一并撕除;
S6,贴膜,OCA层表面通过胶辊贴合抗静电膜,胶辊两侧周向的贴附胶辊泡棉;
S7,定位外框,冲切刀切断抗静电膜,产品外框边缘大于OCA层边缘;
S8,切断成型,冲切刀旋转一周做一次切断,整齐收叠。
具体的,所述步骤S1的无尘室内的温度控制在24-26℃。
具体的,所述步骤S2的分切刀边缘用无尘布蘸酒精湿润除尘。
具体的,所述步骤S3的OCA光学胶自带下层重离型膜,其离型力为50g/25.4mm。
具体的,所述步骤S4的辊刀通过在刀口喷涂铁氟龙以及硅油润滑刀口进行防粘处理。
具体的,所述步骤S7的抗静电膜的离型力为8-12g/25.4mm,厚度为0.05-0.075mm,抗静电指数为106-9Ω。
与现有技术相比,本发明OCA光学胶模切工艺的有益效果主要体现在:通过具有一定湿度的作业环境,保证了产品的抗静电性能的稳定;冲切中,辊刀的防粘处理、以及硅油润滑刀口,防止OCA层冲切时拉胶问题;贴膜中,胶辊泡棉对应预留部位置,胶辊泡棉起到支撑胶辊作用,避免胶辊过度挤压OCA层;定位外框和冲切成型,将OCA层处于重离型膜和抗静电膜内部,起到了保护OCA层作用,减小边缘溢胶问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例:
参照图1-3所示,本实施例是OCA光学胶模切工艺,包括以下步骤:S1,OCA光学胶的模切作业环境直接影响辊刀模切的产品品质,作业环境为千级无尘室,温度控制在24-26℃,湿度80-90%,相对静电减小,减少产品上吸附空中的灰尘颗粒。
S2,分切原材料,OCA为无基材双面胶,流动性较大,应避免重压。原材料分切时,分切刀边缘用无尘布蘸酒精湿润除尘后,将原材料分切为小卷料带,避免边缘毛屑。将分切好的材料悬挂于物料架上。
S3,换膜,OCA光学胶本身自带下层的重离型膜1,具有高透光性和抗静电性,离型力为50g/25.4mm。撕除OCA光学胶自带上层的轻离型膜,露出OCA层2。
S4,冲切,辊刀3经过抛光和防粘处理,刀口喷涂铁氟龙。刀口上方轻触辊筒状的吸水泡棉4,吸水泡棉4内吸取硅油,辊刀3圆周运动接触吸水泡棉,硅油润滑刀口31,防止OCA层2冲切时拉胶,辊刀3切断到OCA层2,OCA层2两侧沿料带方向留有切断线21,切断线21与OCA层2外边缘之间为7mm的预留部22。
S5,排废,预留部22上贴合麦拉层(图中未标注),连同预留部的OCA层2与麦拉层一起撕除。
S6,贴膜,排废后的OCA层2表面贴合抗静电膜5,抗静电膜5的离型力为8-12g/25.4mm,厚度为0.05-0.075mm,抗静电指数为106-9Ω。OCA层2上方的胶辊6周向贴附有0.5mm厚度的胶辊泡棉61。胶辊泡棉61对应预留部22位置,胶辊6压合铺平抗静电膜5于OCA层2表面。胶辊泡棉61起到支撑胶辊6作用,避免胶辊6过度挤压OCA层2。
S7,定位外框,根据预先在模具上做好的记号定位冲切产品外框,冲切刀(图中未示出)切断至抗静电膜5,产品外框比OCA层2的边缘大5mm距离,OCA层2处于重离型膜1和抗静电膜5内部,起到了保护OCA层2作用,减小边缘溢胶问题。
S8,切断成型,根据产品长度做相应的冲切刀周长,冲切刀旋转一周做切断,整齐收叠,避免重压,产品放置于专用吸塑盘内。
其中,OCA胶模切换膜后的结构,包括料带7、设于料带7底部的光辊、设于料带7顶部与光辊71相对应的辊刀3。料带7包括OCA层2和重离型膜1。光辊71的端部和辊刀3的端部相互啮合运动。辊刀3的外部周向的设有平行的刀口31,刀口31之间向内设有凹槽32,刀口31高度1.6mm,凹槽32深度3mm。凹槽32减少辊刀3对产品的挤压。刀口31位置对应OCA层2的切断线21位置。辊刀3上方设有吸水泡棉4,刀口31与吸水泡棉4轻触。贴膜时,胶辊6两侧对应切断线21位置向外侧5mm位置分别贴附有胶辊泡棉61。
本实施例通过具有一定湿度的作业环境,保证了产品的抗静电性能的稳定;冲切中,辊刀3的防粘处理、以及硅油润滑刀口31,防止OCA层2冲切时拉胶问题;贴膜中,胶辊泡棉61对应预留部22位置,胶辊泡棉61起到支撑胶辊6作用,避免胶辊6过度挤压OCA层2;定位外框和冲切成型,将OCA层2处于重离型膜1和抗静电膜5内部,起到了保护OCA层2作用,减小边缘溢胶问题。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.OCA光学胶模切工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,作业环境,湿度80-90%的千级无尘室内进行模切作业;
S2,分切原材料,分切刀除尘后将原材料分切为小卷悬挂物料架上;
S3,换膜,撕除OCA光学胶自带的上层轻离型膜,露出OCA层;
S4,冲切,辊刀防粘处理后切断到OCA层两侧,切断线与其边缘之间为预留部;
S5,排废,预留部贴麦拉层后一并撕除;
S6,贴膜,OCA层表面通过胶辊贴合抗静电膜,胶辊两侧周向的贴附胶辊泡棉;
S7,定位外框,冲切刀切断抗静电膜,产品外框边缘大于OCA层边缘;
S8,切断成型,冲切刀旋转一周做一次切断,整齐收叠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的OCA光学胶模切工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1的无尘室内的温度控制在24-26℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的OCA光学胶模切工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S2的分切刀边缘用无尘布蘸酒精湿润除尘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的OCA光学胶模切工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S3的OCA光学胶自带下层重离型膜,其离型力为50g/25.4mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的OCA光学胶模切工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S4的辊刀通过在刀口喷涂铁氟龙以及硅油润滑刀口进行防粘处理。
6.根据权利要求1所述的OCA光学胶模切工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S7的抗静电膜的离型力为8-12g/25.4mm,厚度为0.05-0.075mm,抗静电指数为106-9Ω。
