本发明属于琅琊草加工技术领域,尤其是一种提升琅琊草防霉性能的染色方法,具体方法如下:(1)将刚收割后的琅琊草冲洗干净,浸没于柠檬酸水溶液浸泡20~25min,沥液取出,烘干机烘干至含水率为7%~9%;(2)浸没于染色剂中浸泡70~80min,沥剂取出,置入冷冻箱冷冻处理,取出,真空处理35~40min;(3)浸没于葡萄糖水溶液中浸泡2~3min,沥液取出,微波干燥至无水分;不但赋予琅琊草均匀鲜艳的粉红色彩,且经暴晒雨淋均不褪色,能有效抵抗紫外线的损伤,而且防霉性能极佳,还能有效增强琅琊草的韧性和拉力,有效提升其编制品的编制性能和使用品质。

本发明属于琅琊草加工技术领域,尤其是一种提升琅琊草防霉性能的染色方法。
背景技术
琅琊草的编制方法有平纹花、人字花、桃纹花、椒眼花、鸡爪花、乱搭柴等,品种有草帽、沙发坐垫、提包、拖鞋、餐桌垫、花盒、茶杯套10个大类520多个花色品种,产品做工精细、造型美观,图案新颖,品种繁多,并有穿截取戴轻便、凉爽、美观沥汗等特点,其工艺品在国际市场声誉较高,年出口300多万件,出口收购值300多万元;但是琅琊草编制品的颜色单一且容易滋生霉菌,虽然现有技术中存在染色方法可以对琅琊草进行染色,但其方法不具有针对性,染色效果不佳且染色后容易褪色,所以,发明一种提升琅琊草防霉性能的染色方法能够进一步促进琅琊草工艺品的快速发展。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种提升琅琊草防霉性能的染色方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种提升琅琊草防霉性能的染色方法,具体方法如下:
(1)将刚收割后的琅琊草冲洗干净,浸没于质量分数为2%~3%的柠檬酸水溶液浸泡20~25min,沥液取出,烘干机烘干至含水率为7%~9%;
(2)将经步骤(1)处理后的琅琊草浸没于染色剂中浸泡70~80min,沥剂取出,置入冷冻箱冷冻处理,取出,置入温度为55~60℃、真空度为900~940Pa的条件下真空处理35~40min;
所述的染色剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:苋菜红13~15份、黄芪多糖0.4~0.6份、羟丙基甲基纤维素3.2~3.6份、卡瓦内酯0.2~0.3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5~6份、丙三醇16~18份、水75~80份;
(3)将经步骤(2)处理后的琅琊草浸没于质量分数为8%~10%的葡萄糖水溶液中浸泡2~3min,沥液取出,微波干燥至无水分。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(1)所述的烘干机烘干,先调整烘干机的温度为74~78℃烘干至含水率为34%~38%,然后调整烘干机的温度为56~60℃烘干至含水率为7%~9%。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(2)所述的冷冻处理,先在温度为-5~-3℃的条件下恒温冷冻处理10~12min,然后以1.1~1.5℃/min的降温速率降温至-23~-21℃继续恒温冷冻处理17~19min。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(3)所述的微波干燥,先在温度为42~44℃、频率为330~350MHz的条件下微波干燥至含水率为28%~32%,然后调整温度为50~52℃、频率为480~500MHz微波干燥至无水分。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种提升琅琊草防霉性能的染色方法,不但赋予琅琊草均匀鲜艳的粉红色彩,打破传统琅琊草编制品古板的颜色,且经暴晒雨淋均不褪色,能有效抵抗紫外线的损伤,而且能够有效抑制霉菌的滋生,防霉性能极佳,有效延长其使用寿命和使用安全性,有效避免霉菌的产生对人体造成伤害,另外,还能有效增强琅琊草的韧性和拉力,有效提升其编制品的编制性能和使用品质。

下面用具体实施例说明本发明,但并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
本发明实施例中,一种提升琅琊草防霉性能的染色方法,具体方法如下:
(1)将刚收割后的琅琊草冲洗干净,浸没于质量分数为2%的柠檬酸水溶液浸泡20min,沥液取出,烘干机烘干至含水率为7%;
(2)将经步骤(1)处理后的琅琊草浸没于染色剂中浸泡70min,沥剂取出,置入冷冻箱冷冻处理,取出,置入温度为55℃、真空度为900Pa的条件下真空处理35min;
所述的染色剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:苋菜红13份、黄芪多糖0.4份、羟丙基甲基纤维素3.2份、卡瓦内酯0.2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5份、丙三醇16份、水75份;
(3)将经步骤(2)处理后的琅琊草浸没于质量分数为8%~10%的葡萄糖水溶液中浸泡2~3min,沥液取出,微波干燥至无水分。

(1)将刚收割后的琅琊草冲洗干净,浸没于质量分数为2.5%的柠檬酸水溶液浸泡23min,沥液取出,烘干机烘干至含水率为8%;
(2)将经步骤(1)处理后的琅琊草浸没于染色剂中浸泡75min,沥剂取出,置入冷冻箱冷冻处理,取出,置入温度为58℃、真空度为920Pa的条件下真空处理38min;
所述的染色剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:苋菜红14份、黄芪多糖0.5份、羟丙基甲基纤维素3.4份、卡瓦内酯0.25份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5.5份、丙三醇17份、水78份;
(3)将经步骤(2)处理后的琅琊草浸没于质量分数为9%的葡萄糖水溶液中浸泡2.5min,沥液取出,微波干燥至无水分。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(1)所述的烘干机烘干,先调整烘干机的温度为76℃烘干至含水率为36%,然后调整烘干机的温度为58℃烘干至含水率为8%。

所述的染色剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:苋菜红15份、黄芪多糖0.6份、羟丙基甲基纤维素3.6份、卡瓦内酯0.3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6份、丙三醇18份、水80份;
(3)将经步骤(2)处理后的琅琊草浸没于质量分数为10%的葡萄糖水溶液中浸泡3min,沥液取出,微波干燥至无水分。

为了对比本发明防霉效果,对实施例处理后的琅琊草和对比例现有技术琅琊草的防霉处理方法处理后的琅琊草进行特殊的湿度霉菌测试实验,具体方法如下:将处理后的琅琊草分别放入试验箱中,控制试验箱中的温度为25℃、常压、相对湿度为98%,在试验箱中接种有青霉菌、黄曲霉菌、烟曲霉菌和木素木霉菌,统计被霉菌感染面积为50%时所经历的总时长,用防霉时长表示,来衡量防霉效果,结果如下表:
