Description

Method for branch fixing and anti-breaking for sprout inhibition of orange top grafting and variety changing pile retaining
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for retaining piles to inhibit sprouts after high-grafting and seed changing of citrus to fix scion shoots and prevent the scion shoots from being broken by wind, rain and the like, and a chemical dipping paper adopted by the method.
Technical Field
China is the biggest orange producing and consuming country in the world, the national orange area is 3770 ten thousand mu in 2015, the yield is 3660 ten thousand tons, and orange production becomes an important poverty-removing and enriching industry in southern rural mountain areas. However, about 80% of citrus in China is medium-maturing varieties which are mature in 10-12 months, and the harvesting and marketing period is concentrated, so that the problem of difficult seasonal fruit selling is serious day by day, and the improvement of the industrial benefit is restricted. In order to solve the problem, in recent years, variety updating is vigorously promoted in each citrus producing area, and middle-maturing citrus varieties are replaced by early-maturing varieties which mature 10 months ago, or late-maturing varieties which mature 1-5 months next year, or high-quality middle-maturing new varieties. The first method is to cut or dig off the original variety and then cultivate the new variety of nursery stock; the second method is to graft the original species of trees at a high position and replace the original species of trees with a new species (called "top grafting and changing" for short). The first method is mainly used in citrus canker and Huanglong disease areas, such as Guangxi, Guangdong, Fujian, Yunnan, Jiangxi and Hunan; the second method is mainly used in the areas without canker and Huanglong diseases, such as Sichuan, Chongqing, Hubei, Shaanxi, etc. In citrus producing areas of Sichuan basin, in recent 30 years, most citrus gardens have been subjected to high grafting and seed changing for 3-4 times, and varieties are continuously updated, so that the citrus benefits of the producing areas are always listed in the national future. Therefore, high grafting and seed changing play an important role in citrus production in China.
The high grafting of citrus is mainly carried out on big trees, and the grafting position is usually carried out on big branches such as main branches, auxiliary main branches, side branches and the like, and sometimes also on main branches. Usually, the branch above the grafting bud position is removed (sawed off or cut off) in early spring, and 1-2 years after grafting, the branch tip (scion branch tip) grown from the grafting bud is not firmly healed because of the grafting opening, the growth amount of the scion branch tip is large, and the branch tip is easily broken or split from the grafting position when encountering wind and rain, so that high grafting and seed changing failure are caused. In order to solve the problem, the method adopted in the prior production is to insert bamboo, wood or other rods beside the scion branch tips and tie and fix the scion branch tips on the rods by ropes. However, because of the large number of grafting openings for high grafting, many rods need to be inserted beside the grafted tree, which is time-consuming, labor-consuming and expensive. The former attempts to leave a tree pile (hereinafter referred to as "pile") with the length of 30-60cm above the grafted bud of the high-grafting tree for binding and fixing the scion shoot, but a large number of shoots can be germinated on the pile, and the shoots need to be erased manually and repeatedly, so that the labor cost is high, and the germination and growth of the shoots can consume a large amount of nutrients stored in the tree body, so that the scion shoot is weak in growth, and the grafted bud can not germinate seriously. Therefore, the main obstacle of the stump of the high grafting tree is stump sprout tillering, and a new method for simply, conveniently and efficiently preventing stump sprout tillering and fixing scion shoot by using the stump is needed to be developed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the medical impregnated paper for preventing sprouting of the high-grafting and replanting preserved piles of the citrus.
The first object of the present invention is achieved by:
the pile remaining germination inhibiting medicine impregnated paper is 0.1-0.2 mm in thickness and 30-70 cm in width; the liquid medicine is an aqueous solution containing 5000-15000 mg/kg of sodium naphthalene acetate and 900-1500 mg/kg of glufosinate-ammonium.
Specifically, the preparation method of the medicinal impregnated paper for restraining sprouting of the pile comprises the following steps: soaking paper with the thickness of 0.1-0.2 mm and the width of 30-70 cm in a liquid medicine containing 5000-15000 mg/kg sodium naphthaleneacetate and 900-1500 mg/kg glufosinate-ammonium, taking out after completely soaking, hanging the paper in an outdoor ventilation place for airing (no sunshine exposure, the same below), drying, recovering and storing for later use. The length of the paper is not limited, so that the paper is convenient to be soaked in a container containing the liquid medicine.
The above components are preferably: the thickness of the paper is 0.15mm, and the width is 50 cm; the content of the traditional Chinese medicine in the liquid medicine is as follows: 10000mg/kg sodium naphthaleneacetate +1200mg/kg glufosinate.
The paper is preferably kraft paper, and is common commercial kraft paper.
The sodium naphthylacetate has a chemical formula C12H9O2Na, purity requirement 95% above.
The glufosinate-ammonium is a herbicide and has the chemical name: 2-amino-4- [ hydroxy (methyl) phosphono group]Ammonium butyrate with molecular formula C5H15N2O4P。
The medicinal impregnated paper can effectively inhibit the generation of pile-retaining sprout tillers, and the breaking and damage resistance of grafted branch tips is improved.
The second purpose of the invention is to provide a specific method for fixing scion shoot by using the citrus high grafting seed changing pile bud retention. The second object of the present invention is achieved by:
the method for fixing the citrus scion shoot by using the medicine impregnated paper for pile retaining and sprouting inhibition comprises the following steps: the grafting time of the high grafting and changing of the citrus is selected as much as possible to be carried out in the next 8-10 months, or before spring germination, or immediately before germination, and the grafting time is selected as much as possible to be carried out on the main trunk or the thick branch forming an included angle of 50-90 degrees with the ground plane (namely, the grafting is carried out on the more upright branch so as to retain a pile to bind and fix the branch tip of the scion). The method comprises the following steps of (1) reserving piles and removing stocks (sawing stocks or shearing stocks, the same is applied below) for branches before or just after the grafted buds sprout, wherein the positions of the stocks are 50-60 cm above the grafted buds (the stocks of the grafted varieties with medium or weak growth potential can be shorter, and the stocks can be longer if the stocks of the grafted varieties are not longer), and a section of tree piles with the length of 50-60 cm is reserved above the grafted buds after the stocks are removed. Removing branches on the stump by using a tool, then, circularly peeling the stump for a complete circle by using a circular peeling knife with the width of 3-5 mm at a position 2-3 cm above the grafting bud, reaching the xylem during circular peeling, completely peeling off the cortex, and peeling off the xylem for 1-2 mm. The stump left above the girdling opening is the 'remained stump', the remained stump is tightly wound and bound for 2 circles by using the medicine impregnated paper, the outside of the remained stump is bound for 2 circles by using a commercially available black plastic film with the thickness of 0.02-0.05 mm or an opaque silver plastic film, and finally the plastic film is bound by using a rope or adhesive sticker, so that the remained stump is waterproof and lightproof; the pile after the treatment has no germination and growth of tillers, and after the second branch tip and the fourth branch tip of the scion are aged respectively, the scion branch tips are bound and fixed for one time respectively, namely, the soft durable rope is used for binding and fixing the scion branch tips on the pile twice, so that the scion branch tips are prevented from being broken by wind, rain and the like.
The invention relates to a grafting method of a citrus high-grafting and replanting tree, other field management methods after grafting and the like according to a conventional method.
The grafted branch tip in the invention refers to a branch tip formed by sprouting and growing of a grafted bud.
Advantageous effects
1. After the citrus is high-grafted and replanted, a section of stump (stump) is reserved above the grafting bud, the stump sprout is restrained, and the stump is used for binding and fixing scion branch tips to prevent the scion branch tips from being broken by wind, rain and the like. The stump of the orange high-grafting seed-changing tree treated by the method of the invention can not sprout (sprout tillers), can not grow, can not consume the stored nutrients of the tree body, and can not influence the germination and growth of the grafted bud.
2. The pile can be directly used for binding and fixing the scion branch tips, so that the cost of inserting rods beside the high-grafting tree for binding and fixing the scion branch tips is saved, the labor, the material resources and the financial resources are saved, and the labor intensity is reduced.
3. The method has no adverse effect on citrus trees, is simple and feasible, has low cost, and is convenient for popularization and use in agricultural practice.
4. The invention can efficiently inhibit and kill the remaining pile sprout tillers, the remaining pile can not generate any sprout tillers and can not grow, the remaining pile can be directly used for binding and fixing the scion branch tips, and the traditional complicated method that a plurality of rods are inserted beside a high-grafting seed changing tree and are used for binding and fixing the scion branch tips is replaced.

After the second shoot aging of grafted bud germination on the treated control tree (T-CK) and all T treated trees (including T1, T2, T3, the same below), it was tied to a stump with a durable soft rope (first tie-up); after the fourth time of tip aging, the scion branch tips are tied on the remaining piles by using durable soft ropes (second tying), namely, the scion branch tips are tied at an upper position and a lower position, so that the scion branch tips are prevented from being broken by wind, rain and the like.
The 10 control trees (CK) are divided into two groups because no pile is left, each group comprises 5 trees, after the second-time tip of the grafted bud germination of the 5 trees (CK-1) in one group is aged, a arrowhead bamboo rod with the diameter of about 4cm and the length of about 2.5 meters is inserted beside each grafting position and used for binding and fixing the scion branch tips, and the fourth-time scion branch tips are aged and then bound once again; no bamboo pole is inserted beside the other 5 trees (CK-2), and the other 5 trees are not bound and fixed, and the scion tips are allowed to grow.
All treated and control trees were investigated periodically for scion shoot growth and graft breakage.
2. Test results
All the T-treated and CK tree grafted buds successively sprout first tips (spring tips) in 3 months in 2016, the T-CK tree grafted buds sprout later, and the T-CK tree grafted buds successively sprout first tips (spring tips) in 3 middle months; the scion shoots on T-treated trees and CK trees grow fast, while the scion shoots on T-CK trees grow significantly slower and grow more weakly. The T-processed tree and the CK tree sprout a second tip (first summer tip) in the last 5 th month, a third tip (second summer tip) in the last 6 th month, a fourth tip (first autumn tip) in the middle 8 th month, and a fifth tip (second autumn tip) in the last 9 th month, so that the grafted bud sprouts sprout 5 times of new tips all the year round, and the tips grow robustly each time. The T-CK tree germinates the second tip (summer tip) in the first 6 th month, germinates the third tip (first autumn tip) in the first 8 th month, germinates the fourth tip (second autumn tip) in the second 9 th month, germinates 4 new tips all year round, and the growth of each tip is weaker. From the fracture condition of the scion branch tips at the grafting openings, in 2016, only 5 trees of CK-2 have 17 fractures (average 3.4 trees per tree) because the scion branch tips are not bound and fixed, and the fracture positions are all the grafting openings; the remaining treatments and controls did not develop scion shoot splits (table 1).
In the last 3 months of 2017, all treatments and controls started to germinate spring tips, and in the last 5 months, the treatments started to germinate summer tips successively. The 5-plant CK-2 tree is broken by wind and rain in 2017 (by the end of 7 months) to have 8 grafted shoot tips (1.6 grafted shoots per plant on average), and the broken part is also a grafting opening; the remaining treatments and controls did not develop shoot splits (table 1).
All the stumps treated by T (T1, T2 and T3) have no sprout, in 2016, CK-1 and CK-2 have 6.2 sprouts and 8.4 sprouts on the short stumps above grafted buds respectively on average, while the sprout amount of the stumps of T-CK is up to 223.6 sprouts, and much labor is spent on erasing the sprouts.

From the fracture condition of the scion branch tips at the grafting openings, in 2016, only 5 trees of CK-2 have 10 fractures (average 2.0 trees per tree) because the scion branch tips are not bound and fixed, and the fracture positions are all the grafting openings; the remaining treatments and controls did not develop scion shoot splits (table 2).
In the last 3 months of 2017, all treatments and controls started to germinate spring tips, and in the last 5 months, the treatments started to germinate summer tips successively. The 5-plant CK-2 tree is broken by wind and rain in 2017 (by the end of 7 months) to have 4 grafted shoot tips (0.8 graft/plant on average), and the broken part is also at the grafting opening; the remaining treatments and controls did not develop shoot splits (table 2).
All the stumps treated by T (T1, T2 and T3) have no sprout, CK-1 and CK-2 respectively have 6.4 sprouts/plant and 5.8 sprouts/plant on the short stump above the grafted bud, the sprout height of T-CK is up to 210.2 sprouts/plant, and more labor is spent on erasing the sprouts.
