E、打浆:将杀青后的迷迭香叶切碎,向碎叶中加入碎叶重量2倍的水, 搅拌均匀后打浆处理,制得迷迭香叶浆;
F、混合:取60重量份的锦灯笼果浆、30重量份的迷迭香叶浆,麦芽糖醇8重量份、果胶1.5重量份、柠檬酸0.5重量份,充分混合均匀,制得混合浆液;
G、浓缩:在不锈钢锅内加热浓缩,蒸发去除部分水分,不断搅拌,浓缩到固形物含量达到85% 时停止加热;
H、摊皮:把浓缩后的物料倒在不锈钢盘中,刮平,厚度为6mm;
I、烘烤:将不锈钢盘送去烘房在65° C 下烘烤6h;

D、迷迭香叶制备:采摘新鲜的迷迭香叶清洗后用蒸汽进行杀青,蒸汽杀青温度为125℃,杀青时间为8s,杀青后立即摊凉散热;
E、打浆:将杀青后的迷迭香叶切碎,向碎叶中加入碎叶重量2倍的水, 搅拌均匀后打浆处理,制得迷迭香叶浆;
F、混合:取60重量份的锦灯笼果浆、30重量份的迷迭香叶浆,麦芽糖醇8重量份、果胶1.5重量份、柠檬酸0.5重量份,充分混合均匀,制得混合浆液;
G、浓缩:在不锈钢锅内加热浓缩,蒸发去除部分水分,不断搅拌,浓缩到固形物含量达到85% 时停止加热;
H、摊皮:把浓缩后的物料倒在不锈钢盘中,刮平,厚度为6mm;
I、烘烤:将不锈钢盘送去烘房在65° C 下烘烤6h;
J、揭皮:从烘房取出后,把果丹皮趁热揭起;
K、切分、包装:按要求切片卷起,切分后小袋或筒状密封包装。
