本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种原料来源广泛、价格低廉、散寒燥湿、醒脾消食、清热利湿、除风湿、益肺排脓、健脾胃、强筋骨的红豆薏米代用茶。
本发明的技术方案是一种红豆薏米代用茶,它是由如下重量份的原料配比制成:赤小豆24-26份、薏米仁24-26份、大枣24-26份、枸杞11-13份、山药11-13份。
所述的赤小豆、薏米仁、大枣、枸杞和山药采用低温干燥技术进行干燥,且干燥温度为37-40℃,干燥时间为20-24h。
所述的赤小豆、薏米仁、大枣、枸杞和山药采用瞬间紫外线照射设备进行灭菌,其中灭菌时间为25-35s。

1)赤小豆:一年生草本,茎纤细,长达1米或过之,幼时被黄色长柔毛,老时无毛,羽状复叶具3小叶;托叶盾状着生,披针形或卵状披针形,长10-15毫米,两端渐尖;小托叶钻形,小叶纸质,卵形或披针形,长10-13厘米,宽(2-)5-7.5厘米,先端急尖,基部宽楔形或钝,全缘或微3裂,沿两面脉上薄被疏毛,有基出脉3条,总状花序腋生,短,有花2-3朵;苞片披针形;花梗短,着生处有腺体;花黄色,长约1.8厘米,宽约1.2厘米;龙骨瓣右侧具长角状附属体,荚果线状圆柱形,下垂,长6-10厘米,宽约5毫米,无毛,种子6-10颗,长椭圆形,通常暗红色,有时为褐色、黑色或草黄色,直径3-3.5毫米,种脐凹陷,花期5-8月,一年生半攀援草本,茎长可达1.8米,密被倒毛,托叶披针形或卵状披针形;小叶3枚,披针形、矩圆状披针形至卵状披针形,长6~10厘米,宽2~6厘米,全缘或具3浅裂,两面均无毛,仅叶脉上有疏毛,纸质,脉3出,总状花序腋生,小花多枚,小花柄极短;小苞2枚,披针状线形,具毛;花萼短钟状,萼齿5;花冠蝶形,黄色,旗瓣肾形,顶面中央微凹,基部心形,翼瓣斜卵形,基部具渐狭的爪,龙骨瓣狭长,有角状突起;雄蕊10,两体,花药小;子房上位,密被短硬毛,花柱线形,荚果线状扁圆柱形;种子6~10枚,干燥种子略呈圆柱形而稍扁,长5~7毫米,直径约3毫米,种皮赤褐色或紫褐色,微有光泽,种脐线形,白色,约为全长的2/3,中间凹陷成一纵沟,偏向一端,背面有一条不明显的棱脊。质坚硬,除去种皮,可见两瓣乳白色于仁,嚼之有豆腥味,以身干,颗粒饱满,色赤红发暗者为佳。花期5~8月,果期8~9月。
性味归经:味甘、酸,性平;归心、小肠经。
功能主治:具有利水消肿、解毒排脓的功效,用于水肿胀满、脚气浮肿、黄疸尿赤、风湿热痹、痈肿疮毒、肠痈腹痛。
2)枸杞:枸杞为人们对商品枸杞子、植物宁夏枸杞、中华枸杞等枸杞属下物种的统称,人们日常食用和药用的枸杞子多为宁夏枸杞的果实"枸杞子",而且宁夏枸杞是唯一载入《2010年版中国药典》的品种,与琼珍灵芝、长白山人参,东阿阿胶并称为中药四宝,宁夏枸杞在中国栽培面积最大,宁夏枸杞主要分布在中国西北地区,而其它地区常见的为中华枸杞及其变种,如果"枸杞"指的是商品"枸杞子",则基本是指来源于宁夏枸杞的干燥成熟果实;如果"枸杞"指的是除西北以外地区的野生枸杞植物,则基本是植物枸杞或者北方枸杞。
性味归经:味甘;性平;归肝、肾经。

3)大枣:为红枣的晒制品,起源于中国,在中国已有四千多年的种植历史,自古以来就被列为“五果”(桃、李、梅、杏、枣)之一,含有抑制癌细胞,甚至可使癌细胞向正常细胞转化的物质,经常食用鲜枣的人很少患胆结石,这是因为鲜枣中丰富的维生素C,使体内多余的胆固醇转变为胆汁酸,我国古代名医孙思邈说过:“春日宜省酸增甘,以养脾气。”意思是说,春季宜少吃酸的,多吃甜的,中医认为春季为肝气旺盛之时,多食酸味食品会使肝气过盛而损害脾胃,所以应少食酸味食品,而人们在春天里的户外活动比冬天增多,体力消耗较大,需要的热量增多,但此时脾胃偏弱,胃肠的消化能力较差,不适合多吃油腻的肉食,因此,热量可适当由甜食供应,红枣正是这样一味春季养脾佳品。
性味归经:味甘;性温;归脾、胃经。
功能主治:具有补中益气、养血安神的功效,用于脾虚食少、乏力便溏、妇人脏躁。
4)薏米仁:薏米可用作粮食吃,味道和大米相似,且易消化吸收,煮粥、作汤均可,夏秋季和冬瓜煮汤,既可佐餐食用,又能清暑利湿,由于薏米营养丰富,对于久病体虚、病后恢复期患者,老人、产妇、儿童都是比较好的药用食物,可经常服用,不论用于滋补还是用于治病,作用都较为缓和,微寒而不伤胃,益脾而不滋腻,据报道,薏米治病的成份薏苡仁酯,不仅具有滋补作用,而且还是一种抗癌剂,能抑制艾氏腹水癌细胞,可用于胃癌及子宫颈癌,薏米的根中所含的薏米醇,除具有上述的薏苡仁酯的作用外,还有降压、利尿、解热和驱蛔虫的效果,适用于高血压、尿路结石、尿路感染、蛔虫病等,薏米的叶,可煎水作茶饮,其味清香,饮之可以利尿,薏米的常用量为20-30克,病重者可加大剂量至60克。
性味归经:味甘淡,性微寒,归脾、胃、肺、大肠。
功能主治:具有清热利湿、除风湿、利小便、益肺排、健脾胃的功效,用于风湿身痛、湿热脚气、湿热筋急拘挛、湿痹、水肿、肺萎肺痈、咳吐脓血、喉痹痈肿、肠痈热淋。
5)山药:为薯蓣科植物薯蓣Dioscorea opposita Thunb. 的干燥根茎,冬季茎叶枯萎后采挖,切去根头,洗净,除去外皮及须根,用硫黄熏后,干燥;也有选择肥大顺直的干燥山药,置清水中,浸至无干心,闷透,用硫黄熏后,切齐两端,用木板搓成圆柱状,晒干,打光,习称“光山药”,作为药食两用的中药材,受区域气候特征、地质特点、生长习性等因素的影响,具有不同的产地特征,山药主产地河南博爱、武陟、温县等地,山西、陕西、山东、河北、浙江、湖南、四川、云南、贵州、广西等地也有栽培,以广西、河北、河南等地为主的几大产地构成了国内主要山药栽培区。
性味归经:味甘,性平;归脾、肺、肾经。
功能主治:具有补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精的功效,用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
本发明在具体实施时,采用如下原料制成:赤小豆24g、薏米仁26g、大枣25g、枸杞12g、山药13g。
本发明基于传统中医理论,参考现代药理研究成果,按中药配伍原则加热水泡制而成,采用口服的方式饮用,本发明原料来源广泛、价格低廉,具有散寒燥湿、醒脾消食、清热利湿、除风湿、益肺排脓、健脾胃、强筋骨的优点。

本发明在具体实施时,采用如下原料制成:赤小豆26g、薏米仁24g、大枣24g、枸杞13g、山药13g。

Claims (4)
1.一种红豆薏米代用茶,其特征在于:它是由如下重量份的原料配比制成:赤小豆24-26份、薏米仁24-26份、大枣24-26份、枸杞11-13份、山药11-13份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种红豆薏米代用茶,其特征在于:所述的赤小豆、薏米仁、大枣、枸杞和山药采用低温干燥技术进行干燥,且干燥温度为37-40℃,干燥时间为20-24h。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种红豆薏米代用茶,其特征在于:所述的赤小豆、薏米仁、大枣、枸杞和山药采用瞬间紫外线照射设备进行灭菌,其中灭菌时间为25-35s。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种红豆薏米代用茶,其特征在于:所述的赤小豆、薏米仁、大枣、枸杞和山药按照比例混合均匀以8g/袋的重量进行袋装。
