一种具有美白功效的营养米饭及其制备方法,由粳米、小米、绿豆、白芨、白蒺藜、干荷叶、紫苏、益母草、火棘果、青豌豆、红枣、甘薯、山药、枸杞、荔枝肉、蜂蜜、蜂胶等原料组成,通过选料清洗、辅料熬煮、原料混合、中温浸泡、高温蒸煮制成。该营养米饭原料配比合理,营养结构科学,富含多种功效成分,具有美容美白、排毒养颜的功效,尤其适用于面部有色素斑点和皮肤不好的人群,同时由于组分简单,来源广泛,生产成本较低,工艺简单,有着广阔的市场。

本发明涉及一种营养米饭及其制备方法,具体的涉及到一种具有美白功效的营养米饭及其制备方法。
背景技术
“一白遮百丑”,拥有白皙的皮肤是广大女士的追求。除了天生的皮肤黑外,从中医角度看,不白往往是身体健康欠佳,脏腑气血失调,处于亚健康状态的表现。所以,美白不但要注重局部皮肤的美白护理,还要强调内治内调。因此中药美白也受到了很多人的欢迎。目前市场上也出现了很多宣称具有美白效果的保健品和药品,但价格都较高,而且很多产品的美白效果也不尽人意。如果能通过日常三餐来改善和解决这个问题,将会受到很多人的欢迎。目前市场上并未见到利用粳米、小米等与常见食材配伍中草药加工而成的具有良好美白功效的营养米饭。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供了一种具有美白功效的营养米饭及其制备方法,该产品具有美容美白、排毒养颜的功效,尤其适用于面部有色素斑点和皮肤不好的人群。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种具有美白功效的营养米饭及其制备方法,按重量组分计包括:主料:粳米50-70份、小米10-30份、绿豆4-8份;辅料一:白芨0.1-0.3份、白蒺藜0.4-0.6份、干荷叶0.2-0.4份、紫苏0.1-0.2份、益母草0.2-0.4份、火棘果0.5-0.7份;辅料二:青豌豆4-8份、红枣2-4份、甘薯2-4份、山药2-4份、枸杞1-2份、荔枝肉1-2份、蜂蜜3-5份、蜂胶4-6份。
作为优选的,原料组合由以下重量的原料组成:主料:粳米60份、小米20份、绿豆6份;辅料一:白芨0.2份、白蒺藜0.5份、干荷叶0.3份、紫苏0.15份、益母草0.3份、火棘果0.6份;辅料二:青豌豆6份、红枣3份、甘薯3份、山药3份、枸杞1.5份、荔枝肉1.5份、蜂蜜4份、蜂胶5份。

3)原料混合:将辅料二中的甘薯、山药切成小块,再将主料和辅料二一起混合,按比例加入辅料一煎煮后的中草药水,混匀备用;
4)中温浸泡;将步骤3混合均匀的物料置不锈钢容器中,先加热到55-60℃,保温浸泡20-30分钟;
5)高温蒸煮:再以蒸汽蒸煮25-30分钟至粳米、小米完全糊化,得到营养米饭。
本发明的有益效果:
一是选用粳米、小米、绿豆与青豌豆相配伍,弥补了米类中赖氨酸不足的缺陷,很大程度上提高了原料的营养价值;二是产品配伍使用了多种高活性作用的中草药和食物,具有良好美容美白、排毒养颜的功效,尤其适用于面部有色素斑点和皮肤不好的人群;三是原料易得,生产成本较低,工艺简单,易于标准化,适合大规模工业化生产。

实施例1,采用下述方式配制:
一种具有美白功效的营养米饭及其制备方法,按重量组分计包括:主料:粳米60份、小米20份、绿豆6份;辅料一:白芨0.2份、白蒺藜0.5份、干荷叶0.3份、紫苏0.15份、益母草0.3份、火棘果0.6份;辅料二:青豌豆6份、红枣3份、甘薯3份、山药3份、枸杞1.5份、荔枝肉1.5份、蜂蜜4份、蜂胶5份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有美白功效的营养米饭及其制备方法,其特征在于:优选的原料组合由以下重量的原料组成:主料:粳米60份、小米20份、绿豆6份;辅料一:白芨0.2份、白蒺藜0.5份、干荷叶0.3份、紫苏0.15份、益母草0.3份、火棘果0.6份;辅料二:青豌豆6份、红枣3份、甘薯3份、山药3份、枸杞1.5份、荔枝肉1.5份、蜂蜜4份、蜂胶5份。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种具有美白功效的营养米饭及其制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)选料清洗:精选来源合格的主料和辅料,在流动清水中经人工洗去表面的泥土砂石等杂物,并沥干水分;
2)辅料熬煮:将辅料一中的各种材料置于陶器中,加冷水,用武火煮沸后,再以文火煎煮40分钟,熬制中草药水,将其用纱布过滤,留滤液备用;
3)原料混合:将辅料二中的甘薯、山药切成小块,再将主料和辅料二一起混合,按比例加入辅料一煎煮后的中草药水,混匀备用;
4)中温浸泡;将步骤3混合均匀的物料置不锈钢容器中,先加热到55-60℃,保温浸泡20-30分钟;
