Abstract
一种具有清热去火功效的营养米饭及其制备方法,由粳米、小米、绿豆、芡实、竹叶、荷叶、连翘、半夏、玄参、麦门冬、芦根、柚子皮、槐米、莲藕、山药、梨、蒲公英、鱼腥草、海带、百合、蜂蜜等原料组成,通过选料清洗、辅料熬煮、原料混合、中温浸泡、高温蒸煮制成。该营养米饭原料配比合理,营养结构科学,富含多种功效成分,具有养阴清热、去火解毒的功效,尤其适用于火气较旺人群,也可供普通人群夏天食用,同时由于组分简单,来源广泛,生产成本较低,工艺简单,有着广阔的市场。

本发明涉及一种营养米饭及其制备方法,具体的涉及到一种具有清热去火功效的营养米饭及其制备方法。
背景技术
中医认为人体阴阳失衡,内火旺盛,即会上火。因此所谓的“火”是形容身体内某些热性的症状,而上火也就是人体阴阳失衡后出现的内热证候,具体症状如眼睛红肿、口角糜烂、尿黄、牙痛、咽喉痛等。“上火”在干燥气候及连绵湿热天气时更易发生。当前社会由于生活、工作压力越来越大,加上不规律的饮食和作息习惯,并且普遍缺乏锻炼,上火的人也越来越多。
目前市场上也出现了形形色色的宣称具有清热去火效果的保健品和药品,但由于大多清热去火效果不理想且服用不方便,有的甚至还会产生很大的副作用。如果能通过日常三餐来改善和解决这个问题,将会受到很多人的欢迎。目前市场上并未见到利用粳米、小米等与常见食材配伍中草药加工而成的具有良好清热去火功效的营养米饭。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供了一种具有清热去火功效的营养米饭及其制备方法,该产品具有养阴清热、去火解毒的功效,尤其适用于火气较旺人群,也可供普通人群夏天食用。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种具有清热去火功效的营养米饭及其制备方法,按重量组分计包括:主料:粳米30-40份、小米10-20份、绿豆3-5份、芡实2-4份;辅料一: 竹叶2-4份、荷叶0.2-0.4份、连翘0.3-0.5份、半夏0.4-0.6份、玄参0.3-0.5份、麦门冬0.1-0.3份、芦根0.2-0.4份、柚子皮0.2-0.4份;辅料二: 槐米2-4份、莲藕3-5份、山药2-4份、梨1-3份、蒲公英0.2-0.4份、鱼腥草0.2-0.4份、海带1-2份、百合0.4-0.6份、蜂蜜0.6-0.8份。
作为优选的,原料组合由以下重量的原料组成:主料:粳米35份、小米15份、绿豆4份、芡实3份;辅料一: 竹叶3份、荷叶0.3份、连翘0.4份、半夏0.5份、玄参0.4份、麦门冬0.2份、芦根0.3份、柚子皮0.3份;辅料二: 槐米3份、莲藕4份、山药3份、梨2份、蒲公英0.3份、鱼腥草0.3份、海带1.5份、百合0.5份、蜂蜜0.7份。

3)原料混合:将辅料二中的莲藕、山药、梨切成小块,蒲公英、鱼腥草、海带切成小段,再将主料和辅料二一起混合,按比例加入辅料一煎煮后的中草药水,混匀备用;
4)中温浸泡;将步骤3混合均匀的物料置不锈钢容器中,先加热到55-60℃,保温浸泡20-30分钟;
5)高温蒸煮:再以蒸汽蒸煮25-30分钟至粳米和小米完全糊化,得到营养米饭。
本发明的有益效果:
一是选用粳米、小米等与绿豆相配伍,弥补了谷类中赖氨酸不足的缺陷,很大程度上提高了原料的营养价值;二是产品配伍使用了多种高活性作用的食物和中草药,具有养阴清热、去火解毒的功效,尤其适用于火气较旺人群,也可供普通人群夏天食用;三是原料易得,生产成本较低,工艺简单,易于标准化,适合大规模工业化生产。

一种具有清热去火功效的营养米饭及其制备方法,按重量组分计包括:主料:粳米35份、小米15份、绿豆4份、芡实3份;辅料一: 竹叶3份、荷叶0.3份、连翘0.4份、半夏0.5份、玄参0.4份、麦门冬0.2份、芦根0.3份、柚子皮0.3份;辅料二: 槐米3份、莲藕4份、山药3份、梨2份、蒲公英0.3份、鱼腥草0.3份、海带1.5份、百合0.5份、蜂蜜0.7份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有清热去火功效的营养米饭及其制备方法,其特征在于:优选的原料组合由以下重量的原料组成:主料:粳米35份、小米15份、绿豆4份、芡实3份;辅料一: 竹叶3份、荷叶0.3份、连翘0.4份、半夏0.5份、玄参0.4份、麦门冬0.2份、芦根0.3份、柚子皮0.3份;辅料二: 槐米3份、莲藕4份、山药3份、梨2份、蒲公英0.3份、鱼腥草0.3份、海带1.5份、百合0.5份、蜂蜜0.7份。
3.根据权利要求1-2所述的一种具有清热去火功效的营养米饭及其制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)选料清洗:精选来源合格的主料和辅料,在流动清水中经人工洗去表面的泥土砂石等杂物,并沥干水分;
2)辅料熬煮:将辅料一中的各种材料置于陶器中,加冷水,用武火煮沸后,再以文火煎煮40分钟,熬制中草药水,将其用纱布过滤,留滤液备用;
3)原料混合:将辅料二中的莲藕、山药、梨切成小块,蒲公英、鱼腥草、海带切成小段,再将主料和辅料二一起混合,按比例加入辅料一煎煮后的中草药水,混匀备用;
4)中温浸泡;将步骤3混合均匀的物料置不锈钢容器中,先加热到55-60℃,保温浸泡20-30分钟;
5)高温蒸煮:再以蒸汽蒸煮25-30分钟至粳米和小米完全糊化,得到营养米饭。
