本发明涉及一种清补凉果肉罐头,尤指一种清补凉果肉罐头及其制备方法,所述的清补凉果肉罐头主要由以下原材料组成:干淮山、玉竹、党参、红枣、枸杞、薏米、莲子、百合、冰糖、樱桃、柠檬、蓝莓、黄桃、樱桃、荔枝、西瓜、苹果。本发明的清补凉果肉罐头根据其特殊的材料搭配,吃起来健脾润肺、清热降火、并具有生津润肠、益气补血、驻颜美容、促进消化的功效。本发明制作工艺创新、食材选择范围广泛、操作条件易掌控,与现有技术相比,具有营养丰富,不易上火,果肉罐头的色泽好的优点。且不添加任何防腐剂、色素,对人体有益,适合批量化生产。

本发明涉及一种食品加工技术领域,尤其是一种清补凉果肉罐头及其制备方法。
背景技术
清补凉是一道美味可口的汉族名点,夏天清热祛湿的老火汤,其材料并不统一,具有很好的健脾益气的功效,同时清热润肺,家庭汤水,老幼咸宜,体弱虚火上升者尤其适合党参能够补中益气,健脾益肺。用于脾肺虚弱,气短心悸,食少便溏,虚喘咳嗽,内热消渴。临床常用的补气药,功能补脾益肺,效近人参而为较弱,适用于各种气虚不足者。随着人们生活水平的日益提高,人们对食品的天然、营养、健康越来越重视。在边防、海岛等蔬菜供应不便的地区,罐头是一种能够保证能量和营养供应的食品。人们对饮食中健康的需求也逐渐递增,过去市场上肉类、蔬菜类和水果类的罐头,已经不能简单的作为填饱肚子的食物供上餐桌,人们需求一类更科学、更健康的罐头。果肉罐头的鲜度的保持和营养价值是得天独厚的,仅次于新鲜水果。从原材料采摘到加工好的全过程一般很短,高温热叫停了果蔬产品的所有化学反应。罐头不仅仅储存了水果的营养价值,还方便了运输,可以使人们品尝到来自全国甚至全世界水果的口感,提高水果的利用价值。
发明内容
本发明目的是要提供一种清补凉果肉罐头及其制作方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
1、一种清补凉果肉罐头,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:干淮山1-5份、玉竹1-5份、党参1-5份、红枣2-6份、枸杞5-9份、薏米5-9份、莲子3-8份、百合5-9份、冰糖8-12份、樱桃18-25份、柠檬8-12份、蓝莓18-25份、黄桃12-16份、樱桃18-25份、荔枝16-22份、西瓜10-15份、苹果3-6份;
2、一种清补凉果肉罐头,其特征在于,包括以下步骤制成:
(1)将干淮山1-5份、玉竹1-5份、党参1-5份、红枣2-6份、枸杞5-9份、薏米5-9份、莲子3-8份、百合5-9份分别洗净、去核,用清水浸泡18-24小时;
(2)将上述步骤2-(1)浸泡好的材料放入温度为90-100℃的水中进行预煮1-3小时后,放入搅拌机均匀搅拌,过滤,取滤液即清补凉提取液;
(3)将樱桃18-25份、柠檬8-12份、蓝莓18-25份、黄桃12-16份、樱桃18-25份、荔枝16-22份、西瓜10-15份、苹果3-6份清洗干净,去皮后,切块,去核,放入搅拌机中加入冰糖8-12份搅拌均匀后,倒出备用;
(4)将清补凉提取液与上述步骤2-(3)混合后送入真空浓缩锅浓缩;
(5)将浓缩好的清补凉果肉冷却后倒入罐中,真空封口,在100度下杀菌5-8分钟,即可得到清补凉果肉罐头。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的清补凉果肉罐头将清补凉和水果混合加工制得的这种罐头更加科学营养的为人民提供身体所需的营养物质,根据其材料的特殊搭配,吃起来健脾润肺、清热降火,并具有生津润肠、益气补血、驻颜美容、促进消化的功效,且不含防腐剂,对人体有益。

实施例1
1、一种清补凉果肉罐头,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:干淮山1-5份、玉竹1-5份、党参1-5份、红枣2-6份、枸杞5-9份、薏米5-9份、莲子3-8份、百合5-9份、冰糖8-12份、樱桃18-25份、柠檬8-12份、蓝莓18-25份、黄桃12-16份、樱桃18-25份、荔枝16-22份、西瓜10-15份、苹果3-6份;
2、一种清补凉果肉罐头,其特征在于,包括以下步骤制成:
(1)将干淮山1份、玉竹1份、党参1份、红枣2份、枸杞5份、薏米5份、莲子3份、百合5份分别洗净、去核,用清水浸泡18小时;
(2)将上述步骤2-(1)浸泡好的材料放入温度为90-100℃的水中进行预煮1小时后,放入搅拌机均匀搅拌,过滤,取滤液即清补凉提取液;
(3)将樱桃18份、柠檬8份、蓝莓18份、黄桃12份、樱桃18份、荔枝16份、西瓜10份、苹果3份清洗干净,去皮后,切块,去核,放入搅拌机中加入冰糖8份搅拌均匀后,倒出备用;
(4)将清补凉提取液与上述步骤2-(3)混合后送入真空浓缩锅浓缩;
(5)将浓缩好的清补凉果肉冷却后倒入罐中,真空封口,在100度下杀菌5分钟,即可得到清补凉果肉罐头。

2、一种清补凉果肉罐头,其特征在于,包括以下步骤制成:
(1)将干淮山3份、玉竹3份、党参3份、红枣4份、枸杞8份、薏米8份、莲子5份、百合7份分别洗净、去核,用清水浸泡21小时;
(2)将上述步骤2-(1)浸泡好的材料放入温度为90-100℃的水中进行预煮2小时后,放入搅拌机均匀搅拌,过滤,取滤液即清补凉提取液;
(3)将樱桃21份、柠檬10份、蓝莓21份、黄桃14份、樱桃21份、荔枝20份、西瓜12份、苹果5份清洗干净,去皮后,切块,去核,放入搅拌机中加入冰糖10份搅拌均匀后,倒出备用;
(4)将清补凉提取液与上述步骤2-(3)混合后送入真空浓缩锅浓缩;
(5)将浓缩好的清补凉果肉冷却后倒入罐中,真空封口,在100度下杀菌7分钟,即可得到清补凉果肉罐头。
实施例3
1、一种清补凉果肉罐头,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:干淮山1-5份、玉竹1-5份、党参1-5份、红枣2-6份、枸杞5-9份、薏米5-9份、莲子3-8份、百合5-9份、冰糖8-12份、樱桃18-25份、柠檬8-12份、蓝莓18-25份、黄桃12-16份、樱桃18-25份、荔枝16-22份、西瓜10-15份、苹果3-6份;
2、一种清补凉果肉罐头,其特征在于,包括以下步骤制成:
(1)将干淮山5份、玉竹5份、党参5份、红枣6份、枸杞9份、薏米9份、莲子8份、百合9份分别洗净、去核,用清水浸泡24小时;
(2)将上述步骤2-(1)浸泡好的材料放入温度为90-100℃的水中进行预煮3小时后,放入搅拌机均匀搅拌,过滤,取滤液即清补凉提取液;
(3)将樱桃25份、柠檬12份、蓝莓25份、黄桃16份、樱桃25份、荔枝22份、西瓜15份、苹果6份清洗干净,去皮后,切块,去核,放入搅拌机中加入冰糖12份搅拌均匀后,倒出备用;
(4)将清补凉提取液与上述步骤2-(3)混合后送入真空浓缩锅浓缩;
(5)将浓缩好的清补凉果肉冷却后倒入罐中,真空封口,在100度下杀菌8分钟,即可得到清补凉果肉罐头。

1.一种清补凉果肉罐头,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:干淮山1-5份、玉竹1-5份、党参1-5份、红枣2-6份、枸杞5-9份、薏米5-9份、莲子3-8份、百合5-9份、冰糖8-12份、樱桃18-25份、柠檬8-12份、蓝莓18-25份、黄桃12-16份、樱桃18-25份、荔枝16-22份、西瓜10-15份、苹果3-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种清补凉果肉罐头,其特征在于,包括以下步骤制成:(1)将干淮山、玉竹、党参、红枣、枸杞、薏米、莲子、百合分别洗净、去核,用清水浸泡18-24小时;(2)将上述权利要求2-(1)浸泡好的材料放入温度为90-100℃的水中进行预煮1-3小时后,放入搅拌机均匀搅拌,过滤,取滤液即清补凉提取液;(3)将樱桃、柠檬、蓝莓、黄桃、樱桃、荔枝、西瓜、苹果清洗干净,去皮后,切块,去核,放入搅拌机中加入冰糖搅拌均匀后,倒出备用;(4)将清补凉提取液与权利要求2-(3)混合后送入真空浓缩锅浓缩;(5)将浓缩好的清补凉果肉冷却后倒入罐中,真空封口,在100度下杀菌5-8分钟,即可得到清补凉果肉罐头。
