技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药领域，特别是一种治疗急性上呼吸道感染的中药及其制备方法。 
背景技术
急性上呼吸道感染简称上感，又称普通感冒。是包括鼻腔、咽或喉部急性炎症的总称。广义的上感不是一个疾病诊断，而是一组疾病，包括普通感冒、病毒性咽炎、喉炎、疱疹性咽峡炎、咽结膜热、细菌性咽-扁桃体炎。狭义的上感又称普通感冒，是最常见的急性呼吸道感染性疾病，多呈自限性，但发生率较高。成人每年发生2～4次，儿童发生率更高，每年6～8次。全年皆可发病，冬春季较多。目前，用于治疗急性上呼吸道感染的药物较多，多以抗生素为主，存在治疗效果较差、依赖性强、治疗时间长、副作用大等不足。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是：提供一种治疗急性上呼吸道感染的中药，通过选择合适的药材及其配比，达到安全有效治愈急性上呼吸道感染的目的。 
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用以下技术方案：

所述的治疗急性上呼吸道感染的中药的制备方法是：由所述中药按常规方法制成汤剂、胶囊剂、散剂或颗粒剂。 
用法及用量：本发明的中药以汤剂为主，每日1付，分2次服用，早、晚各服用1次，7天为1个疗程，一般2-3个疗程即可治愈；也可将其制成胶囊剂、散剂或颗粒剂。 
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是：本发明是在传统中医理论和临床经验指导下，精选出各原料药及其配比，具有清热消炎解毒、养阴生津、清肺利咽散结、化痰止咳、散瘀止痛的功效，实现治疗急性上呼吸道感染的目的；本发明具有疗效显著、见效快、无毒副作用、制备方法简单等优点，经临床验证，本发明治疗急性上呼吸道感染有效率97.5％。

具体实施例1 
1)、汤剂的制备方法：称取大青叶20克、葛根20克、荆芥10克、白茅根20克、牛蒡子12克、鱼腥草20克、蒲公英20克、薄荷20克、紫葳茎叶12克、金银花30克、连翘30克、柴胡30克、黄芩15克、丹皮15克、生石膏20克、生大黄9克、枳壳12克、半夏10克、厚朴10克、板蓝根25克、玄参12克、马勃10克、杏仁10克、下田菊10克、桔梗10克、博落回10克、三叉苦12克、三对节10克、前胡12克、紫玉簪根12克、羌活12克、生地12克、淡竹叶12克、钩藤12克、细叶小羽藓12克、鸭舌草10克、苘麻10克、枇杷叶12克、秦艽12克、龙胆草10克、山豆根12克、沙参12克、紫花一炷香12克、麦冬12克、肿节风12克、青蒿15克、白薇12克、山楂20克、贯众12克、菊花15克。用传统的煎药方法，把药物放入药锅中加入适量的水浸泡1小时，用武火煮沸以后再用中火煮20-30分钟，把药汁倒出，再放适量的水用武火煮沸后中火煎煮15-20分，倒出药汁，2次药汁混合后分2份，早晚各一次服用。 
2)、胶囊剂的制备方法：称取大青叶20克、葛根20克、荆芥10克、白茅根20克、牛蒡子12克、鱼腥草20克、蒲公英20克、薄荷20克、紫葳茎叶12克、金银花30克、连翘30克、柴胡30克、黄芩15克、丹皮15克、生石膏20克、生大黄9克、枳壳12克、半夏10克、厚朴10克、板蓝根25克、玄参12克、马勃10克、杏仁10克、下田菊10克、桔梗10克、博落回10克、三叉苦12克、三对节10克、前胡12克、紫玉簪根12 克、羌活12克、生地12克、淡竹叶12克、钩藤12克、细叶小羽藓12克、鸭舌草10克、苘麻10克、枇杷叶12克、秦艽12克、龙胆草10克、山豆根12克、沙参12克、紫花一炷香12克、麦冬12克、肿节风12克、青蒿15克、白薇12克、山楂20克、贯众12克、菊花15克。把药物放入药锅中加10倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，装入空胶囊中，即得符合正常成人一天用量的胶囊剂。 
用于治疗急性上呼吸道感染。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。 
3)、散剂的制备方法：称取大青叶20克、葛根20克、荆芥10克、白茅根20克、牛蒡子12克、鱼腥草20克、蒲公英20克、薄荷20克、紫葳茎叶12克、金银花30克、连翘30克、柴胡30克、黄芩15克、丹皮15克、生石膏20克、生大黄9克、枳壳12克、半夏10克、厚朴10克、板蓝根25克、玄参12克、马勃10克、杏仁10克、下田菊10克、桔梗10克、博落回10克、三叉苦12克、三对节10克、前胡12克、紫玉簪根12克、羌活12克、生地12克、淡竹叶12克、钩藤12克、细叶小羽藓12克、鸭舌草10克、苘麻10克、枇杷叶12克、秦艽12克、龙胆草10克、山豆根12克、沙参12克、紫花一炷香12克、麦冬12克、肿节风12克、青蒿15克、白薇12克、山楂20克、贯众12克、菊花15克。把药物放入药锅中加12倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加10倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，包装，即得符合正常成人一天用量的散剂。 
用于治疗急性上呼吸道感染。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。 
4)、颗粒剂的制备方法：称取大青叶20克、葛根20克、荆芥10克、白茅根20克、牛蒡子12克、鱼腥草20克、蒲公英20克、薄荷20克、紫葳茎叶12克、金银花30克、连翘30克、柴胡30克、黄芩15克、丹皮15克、生石膏20克、生大黄9克、枳壳12克、半夏10克、厚朴10克、板蓝根25克、玄参12克、马勃10克、杏仁10克、下田菊10克、桔梗10克、博落回10克、三叉苦12克、三对节10克、前胡12克、紫玉簪根12克、羌活12克、生地12克、淡竹叶12克、钩藤12克、细叶小羽藓12克、鸭舌草10克、苘麻10克、枇杷叶12克、秦艽12克、龙胆草10克、山豆根12克、沙参12克、紫花一炷香12克、麦冬12克、肿节风12克、青蒿15克、白薇12克、山楂20克、贯众12克、菊花15克。把药物放入药锅中加8倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，再加入适量的糊精和矫味剂，按照本领域常规工艺制粒，包装，即得符合正常成人一天用量的颗粒剂。 
用于治疗急性上呼吸道感染。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。

按照实施例1的方法制备成汤剂、胶囊剂、散剂或颗粒剂。 
实验例： 
1)临床资料：本发明共治疗急性上呼吸道感染患者40例，其中男23例，女17例，年龄为16-55岁。 
2)治疗方法：本发明的中药以汤剂为主，每日1付，分2次服用，早、晚各服用1次7天为1个疗程，一般2-3个疗程即可治愈；也可将其制成胶囊剂、散剂或颗粒剂。 
3)疗效评价标准： 
治愈：症状消失，实验室检查正常； 
好转：症状明显改善，实验室检查有改善； 
未愈：主症未改善，实验室检查未改善。 
4)治疗结果：本发明共治疗急性上呼吸道感染患者40例，经过2-3个疗程的治疗，治愈34例，占85％，好转5例，占12.5％，未愈1例，占2.5％，有效率为97.5％。 
5)典型病例： 
1、张某，男，22岁，急性化脓性扁桃体炎，经诊断为急性上呼吸道感染，服用本发明的中药1个疗程后好转，服用2个疗程治愈，加服1个疗程巩固。 
2、柏某某，女，17岁，急性疱疹性咽峡炎，经诊断为急性上呼吸道感染，服用本发明的中药1个疗程后好转，服用2个疗程治愈。 
3、宋某，男，48岁，急性喉炎，经诊断为急性上呼吸道感染，服用本发明的中药1个疗程后好转，服用3个疗程治愈。 
4、马某，男，39岁，急性病毒性咽炎，经诊断为急性上呼吸道感染，服用本发明的中药1个疗程后好转，服用2个疗程治愈，加服1个疗程巩固。 
经过大量的临床医疗实践证明，本发明治疗急性上呼吸道感染的中药，属于纯中药制剂，对人体毒、副作用小，对治疗急性上呼吸道感染具有可靠、安全、显著的治疗效果 。
