技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于治疗气管炎的中药。
背景技术
气管炎是病毒或细菌感染、物理、化学刺激或过敏反应等对支气管粘膜损害所致造成的炎症，常发生于寒冷季节或气温突然变化时。急性支气管炎一般起病较急，病程短，多在一周至三周好转；个别迁延不愈、演变成慢性支气管炎。气管炎按照病情进展情况可分为三期：1、急性发作期；2、慢性迁延期；3、临床缓解期。
本病属于中医学的“咳嗽”、“痰饮”、“咳喘”范畴。本病的发生与发展常与外斜的反复侵袭，肺、脾、肾三脏功能失调密切相关。其并发症有：阻塞性肺气肿、支气管炎、支气管扩张。
对于气管炎的治疗一般采用：控制感染、祛痰、镇咳、解痉、平喘的治疗法则。
中国专利号为2007100150278的发明专利公开了一种《治疗急慢性支气管炎的中药方剂》；以款冬花、百部、桑皮、五味子、花粉、麦冬、冬瓜子、党参、知母入药，“对急慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘，具有阴虚肺燥、症状表现者有良好疗效”。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有清热化痰、养阴润肺、利痰止咳功效的中药，对于气管炎的治疗具有良效。
本发明选取的原料药材及其重量组份分别是：麻黄9份、白芍6份、五味子10份、干姜9份、甘草6份、细辛6份、桂枝9份、半夏10份、其制剂首选散剂，以及适合内服应用的所有剂型。
本发明选取的原料药材，诸药共用，具有清热化痰、养阴润肺、利痰止咳的功效，对于气管炎的治疗具有良效。门诊收治患者182例，有效率100％。本发明治疗确切、无毒副作用、治疗成本低廉、耐受性好、治愈后无复发。
