本发明公开了一种植物组合—复方儿茶颗粒的制备方法及应用,所述复方儿茶颗粒由儿茶100‑200份、细辛50‑100份、五味子100‑200份,麻黄50‑100份白芍100‑200份,半夏100‑200份组成。一种植物提取物—复方儿茶颗粒经特定微生物发酵,烘干、破壁粉碎混合后,分别经溶剂提出法、超声提取法和超临界流体萃取法提取,再按一定比例配伍采用喷雾干燥制粒法制得成品。其中植物药有效成分、活性物质被最大限度的提取、利用、吸收,起到高效止咳、平喘、化痰,恢复正常肺功能的作用,避免了大剂量长期使用抗生素导致的抗药性和环境污染现状。

随着社会经济的发展,人们对饮食质量和食品安全的要求越来越高。特别是猪肉作为一种食用价值很高的蛋白质来源,是目前我过主要的肉食品种之一,在大规模牲猪养殖过程中,呼吸道疾病发生率尤为突出,严重困扰着养猪业发展,因此养猪人通常在饲喂过程添加大量抗生素,如氟苯尼考、多西环素、替米考星等等,把这些药物当成动物饲料添来帮助牲猪预防疾病、促进生长,提高产量。但长期大量使用抗生素致使动物产生明显的耐药性,疾病治愈率显著下降,死亡率增高,经济效益下降。而抗生素残留会对人体健康产生很多不利影响。人长期食用含抗生素残留的动物性食品后,药物不断在体内蓄积,对人体产生毒性作用和耐药性;此外还可能导致人体肠道内正常菌群失调紊乱,以及过敏反应等。
为了克服上述猪肉抗生素残留的问题和养殖过程中出现呼吸道疾病的问题,本发明提供了一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒用于防治猪咳喘的技术,并增强牲猪的抗病能力。通过使用一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒,能够降低牲猪呼吸道疾病的发生率和死淘率、减少抗生素的使用率。达到了降低生产成本,绿色生态养殖的目的。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的之一是提供一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒,具体技术方案如下:
一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒,包括以下组分:儿茶、细辛、五味子,麻黄、白芍、半夏等植物的混提物。
优选的,儿茶100-200份、细辛50-100份、五味子100-200份,麻黄50-100份,白芍100-200份,半夏100-200份。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种上述一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒的制备方法。具体技术方案如下:
上述一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒的制备方法包括以下骤:
(1)将以上植物成分初粉为80~100目细粉,按上述配比混合后,得到物料A;
(2)向物料A中加入假丝酵母、啤酒酵母、活性乳酸菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌,混合得到物料B;将物料B发酵24-48小时,再干燥即得到物料C;
(3)将物料C超微破壁粉碎,分别经溶剂提出法、超声提取法和超临界流体萃取法提取,再按上述配伍采用喷雾干燥制粒法制得成品。得到物料D;
(4)按照配比将得到的物料D加入稀释物(即载体),制成10-50%的一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒的浓度,即可得到所述的一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒。
按上述方法制得的一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒成品,其中的中药有效成分、活性物质被最大限度的提取、利用,能高效的被畜禽吸收。
本发明的目的之三为提供上述一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒在制备治疗猪咳喘药物中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.止咳平喘:随着养猪规模化、集约化饲养方式的改变,母猪、生长育肥猪急性和慢性呼吸道疾病极为普遍,严重影响了猪的繁殖与生长,而猪场普遍采取的措施就是在饲料中大剂量间断性的添加抗生素如氟苯尼考、多西环素、泰乐菌素、土霉素等,致使致病菌形成了很强的耐药性,而呼吸道疾病未能得到有效控制。而使用复方儿茶颗粒属纯中药制剂,利用中医治病原理,并通过大量的临床实验,取得了良好效果。
2.本发明植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒经特定微生物发酵,烘干、破壁粉碎混合后,分别经溶剂提出法、超声提取法和超临界流体萃取法提取,再按一定比例配伍采用喷雾干燥制粒法制得成品。其中植物药有效成分、活性物质被最大限度的提取、利用、吸收,起到高效止咳、平喘、化痰,恢复正常肺功能的作用,避免了大剂量长期使用抗生素导致的抗药性和环境污染现状。
3.抗过敏,改善代谢,提高机体免疫力:儿茶、细辛、五味子具有提高机体免疫力、改善肺部血液循环,降低有害菌在肺部繁殖所产生的过敏原。
4.儿茶、细辛具有广谱抗菌作用,尤其是肺炎球菌,支原体等极为敏感。

下文将结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做更进一步的详细说明。下列实施例仅为示例性地说明和解释本发明,而不应被解释为对本发明保护范围的限制,凡基于本发明上述内容所实现的技术均涵盖在本发明旨在保护的范围内。
除非另有说明,以下实施例中使用的原料和试剂均为市售商品,或者可以通过已知方法制备。
一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒,包括以下组分:儿茶、细辛、五味子,麻黄、白芍、半夏等植物的混提物。
优选的,儿茶100-200份、细辛50-100份、五味子100-200份,麻黄50-100份,白芍100-200份,半夏100-200份。
本发明提供一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒,具体技术方案如下:

本发明还提供上述一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒在猪饲养中的应用。

本发明提供一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒制备方法,具体技术方案如下:
一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒,包括以下组分:儿茶、细辛、五味子,麻黄、白芍、半夏等植物的混提物。
优选的,儿茶100份、细辛50份、五味子100份,麻黄50份,白芍100份,半夏100份。

一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒,包括以下组分:儿茶、细辛、五味子,麻黄、白芍、半夏等植物的混提物。
优选的,儿茶200份、细辛100份、五味子200份,麻黄100份,白芍200份,半夏200份。
本发明提供一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒制备方法,具体技术方案如下:
(1)将以上植物成分初粉为80~100目细粉,按上述配比混合后,得到物料A;
(2)向物料A中加入假丝酵母、啤酒酵母、活性乳酸菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌,混合得到物料B。将物料B发酵24-48小时,再干燥即得到物料C;
(3)将物料C超微破壁粉碎,分别经溶剂提出法、超声提取法和超临界流体萃取法提取,再按上述配伍采用喷雾干燥制粒法制得成品。得到物料D;
(4)按照配比将得到的物料D加入稀释物(即载体),制成10-50%的一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒的浓度,即可得到所述的一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒。
应用例1
河南某猪场试验,试验组150头,对照组155头,实验组饲料添加本发明一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒实施例2,按每吨饲料1kg添加饲喂;对照组按常规饲料中添加10%氟苯尼考粉按每吨饲料2kg添加饲喂,经过5天试验观察,结果分析:实验组咳嗽治愈率达到85%,对照组咳嗽治愈率为78%,说明复方儿茶颗粒对猪咳嗽有显著疗效,而且效果还优于常用的氟苯尼考,完全可以替代抗生素。
应用例2
江苏某猪场试验,试验组320头,对照组330头,实验组饮水中添加本发明一种植物提取物-复方儿茶颗粒实施例1,按每吨饮水1kg添加自由饮用;对照组饮水中添加10%多西环素可溶性粉按每吨饮水2kg添加自由饮用,经过5天试验观察,结果:实验组咳嗽治愈率达到75%,对照组咳嗽治愈率为71%,说明复方儿茶颗粒在饮水中添加对猪咳嗽有显著疗效,而且效果还优于常用的多西环素,完全可以替代抗生素。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式。但是,本发明不限定于上述实施方式。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种植物提取物—复方儿茶颗粒,其特征在于,所述一种植物提取物—复方儿茶颗粒包括以下组分:儿茶、细辛、五味子,麻黄、白芍、半夏等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物提取物—复方儿茶颗粒,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述儿茶100-200份、细辛50-100份、五味子100-200份,麻黄50-100份,白芍100-200份,半夏100-200份。
3.据权利要求1所述的一种植物提取物—复方儿茶颗粒,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述儿茶100份、细辛50份、五味子100份,麻黄50份,白芍100份,半夏100份。
4.制备权利要求2或3所述植物提取物—复方儿茶颗粒的方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将以上植物成分初粉为80~100目细粉,按上述配比混合后,得到物料A;
(2)向物料A中加入假丝酵母、啤酒酵母、活性乳酸菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌,混合得到物料B;将物料B发酵24-48小时,再干燥即得到物料C;
(3)将物料C超微破壁粉碎、提取,再按权利要求2或3配伍制得成品得到物料D;
(4)按照配比将得到的物料D加入稀释物,制成10-50%的一种植物提取物—复方儿茶颗粒的浓度,即可得到所述的一种植物提取物—复方儿茶颗粒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的植物提取物—复方儿茶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中提取方法为溶剂提出法、超声提取法和超临界流体萃取法。
6.根据权利要求4所述的植物提取物—复方儿茶颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中采用喷雾干燥制粒法得到物料D。
7.采用权利要求1-3任一项植物提取物—复方儿茶颗粒在制备治疗猪咳喘药物中的应用。
