本发明公开了一种牛羊中草药保健舔砖的制备方法,属于饲料制备技术领域。本发明的牛羊中草药保健舔砖包括中药成分、酶制剂和微生态制剂。本发明采用纳米级别的中药成分增加了饲料添加剂的适口性,并使中药成份中的活性物质释放出来,提高了药物的利用率。本发明的纤维素酶、酸性蛋白酶和植酸酶是利用微生物发酵产生的酶制剂,三种酶配合使用可以提高饲料中纤维、蛋白成分的消化吸收率,促进牛羊的生长。本发明中中草药保健舔砖用于饲喂羊,其采食量为640.6~641.2g/天,相比较于对比文件增加6.64~6.74个百分点。本发明对育肥羊进行饲喂试验,其药物的利用率为86.4%~87.1%,消化吸收率为88.3%~89.2%,胃肠道的发病率仅为5%~8%,经济效益显著。

本发明属于饲料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种牛羊中草药保健舔砖的制备方法。
背景技术
由于养殖业的发展,牛羊养殖规模越来越大,数量越来越多,牛羊发生各种疾病的机率也在增加,现有的解决办法是注射各种抗生素和各种激素,问题是抗生素对病菌的抵抗和杀灭能力不如病菌的抗性增加快,所以效果也越来越差。因此用量也越来越大,这样恶性循环,使肉制品中含有的抗生素和激素也越来越多,对人体有害。
对于畜禽耐药性和药物残留问题以及提高饲料利用率问题,国内外营养学家已做了大量研究工作,提出了许多解决措施和方法,如欧盟国家规定在畜禽饲料中禁止使用抗生素以解决药物残留问题,添加益生素、酶制剂等以提高饲料利用率,取得了不同程度的效果。因此开发新型饲料添加剂替代抗生素解决畜禽药物残留及饲料利用率问是当前亟待解决的课题。
经现有文献检索发现,中国专利公开号CN109511790A,公开日2019年3月26日的专利申请公开了一种肉羊中草药舔砖及其制备方法,该专利文献主要是以中草药为原料进行制备舔砖,虽然该发明缩短了出栏时间和提高养殖率,但是对于药物的利用率,采食量和营养消化率还略显不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够增加牛羊的采食量、提高饲料用率、促进牛羊生长,提高牛羊免疫功能、预防疾病,提高商品价值的含中药成分、酶制剂和微生态制剂组成的饲料舔砖及其制备方法。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种牛羊中草药保健舔砖,包括中药成分、酶制剂和微生态制剂,所述各成分由如下重量份的原料组成:
所述中药成分为,板蓝根5-15份、黄芪5-15份、甘草10-20份、山楂10-20份;所述酶制剂成分为,纤维素酶4-10份,酸性蛋白酶4-10份,植酸酶4-10份;所述微生态制剂成分为,双歧杆菌1-3份、酵母菌1-3份、乳酸菌1-3份。
所述的牛羊中草药保健舔砖的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将中药成分中的板蓝根、黄芪、甘草、山楂,分别于55℃干燥15-18小时,制备成混合溶液在0℃下搅拌活化2h,加入十二烷基硫酸钠,3×103r/min高剪切3h,反应溶液冷却至室温后减压抽滤,所得沉淀在105℃下干燥至恒重,得到纳米级中药组合物:
2)将微生态制剂中的双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌经活化后冷冻干燥,备用;
3)按重量配比称取步骤1)的纳米级中药组合物、步骤2)的微生态制剂和酶制剂,将称量好的成分倒入混合机,混合均匀;
4)将混合均匀的饲料提升至强制混合机,泵入占干物料25%糖蜜,混合好的物料进入压模机,压力为15kgf/cm2,模具的长、宽、高为15.5cm的正方体,压制成为15.5cm×15.5cm×11.5cm方形舔砖,放入晾晒架晒干或烘干,最后质检包装。
进一步地,所述的牛羊中草药保健舔砖,由如下重量份的原料组成:板蓝根10份、黄芪10份、甘草15份、山楂15份、纤维素酶7份,酸性蛋白酶7份,植酸酶7份、双歧杆菌2份、酵母菌2份、乳酸菌2份。
进一步地,所述步骤2)中菌种的活化温度为-40℃~-50℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明反刍饲料添加剂具有促进消化、促进生长、抗细菌、抗病毒、预防疾病等功能,使用后对动物及其产品无残留、无毒副作用,不易产生抗药性。

一、将本发明制备的中草药保健舔砖用于饲喂羊,其采食量如表1所示,其中对比文件为专利公开号CN109511790A,公开日2019年3月26日的专利申请;

由表1可知,本发明中中草药保健舔砖用于饲喂羊,其采食量为640.6~641.2g/天,相比较于对比文件增加6.64~6.74个百分点。
二、选择30只体重30kg育肥羊,进行饲喂试验,试验期为1个月,其药物的利用率、消化吸收率和胃肠道的发病率如表2所示:

由表2可知,本发明对育肥羊进行饲喂试验,其药物的利用率为86.4%~87.1%,消化吸收率为88.3%~89.2%,胃肠道的发病率仅为5%~8%,经济效益显著。

Claims (4)
1.一种牛羊中草药保健舔砖,包括中药成分、酶制剂和微生态制剂,其特征在于所述各成分由如下重量份的原料组成:
所述中药成分为,板蓝根5-15份、黄芪5-15份、甘草10-20份、山楂10-20份;
所述酶制剂成分为,纤维素酶4-10份,酸性蛋白酶4-10份,植酸酶4-10份;
所述微生态制剂成分为,双歧杆菌1-3份、酵母菌1-3份、乳酸菌1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛羊中草药保健舔砖,其特征在于由如下重量份的原料组成:板蓝根10份、黄芪10份、甘草15份、山楂15份、纤维素酶7份,酸性蛋白酶7份,植酸酶7份、双歧杆菌2份、酵母菌2份、乳酸菌2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种牛羊中草药保健舔砖的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)将中药成分中的板蓝根、黄芪、甘草、山楂,分别于55℃干燥15-18小时,制备成混合溶液在0℃下搅拌活化2h,加入十二烷基硫酸钠,3×103r/min高剪切3h,反应溶液冷却至室温后减压抽滤,所得沉淀在105℃下干燥至恒重,得到纳米级中药组合物:
2)将微生态制剂中的双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌经活化后冷冻干燥,备用;
3)按重量配比称取步骤1)的纳米级中药组合物、步骤2)的微生态制剂和酶制剂,将称量好的成分倒入混合机,混合均匀;
4)将混合均匀的饲料提升至强制混合机,泵入占干物料25%糖蜜,混合好的物料进入压模机,压力为15kgf/cm2,模具的长、宽、高为15.5cm的正方体,压制成为15.5cm×15.5cm×15.5cm方形舔砖,放入晾晒架晒干或烘干,最后质检包装。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种牛羊中草药保健舔砖的制备方法,其特征在于所述步骤2)中菌种的活化冷冻冷藏温度为-40℃~-50℃。
