背景技术
自2018年8月份我国确认第一例非洲猪瘟以来,非瘟在全国大部分地区肆虐,给养殖业带来巨大的损失,由于该病目前尚未有有效疫苗及治疗手段,而且对于其传播途径尚未清楚掌握,未来3至5年即使发明疫苗从实验到临床应用还要5-7年,非瘟防控只能以猪场为中心提高猪群免疫力。
未来3-5年非瘟常态化养猪业的综合成活率将下降到70%以下,综合成活率在80%以上的场每头育肥猪利润超千元以上,可以预见,我国将进入3-5年的“金猪”时代。
在非洲猪瘟背景下的“金猪”时代,养猪的高利润是建立在活猪的基础上的,因此提高猪只的健康水平增强抵抗力(免疫力)提高成活率是第一位的。另外,由于非洲猪瘟光临猪场的不确定性,尽早出栏,可以最大限度的减少风险。
仔猪的生长潜力较大,仔猪阶段是养猪成活率最重要的阶段,可以为后期生长和健康打下坚实的基础,但是仔猪的免疫力较弱,在这种背景下,仔猪饲料必须进行根本的改变。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改善肠道健康促生长的仔猪用饲料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种改善肠道健康促生长的仔猪用饲料,其原料按重量份包括:膨化玉米40-75份、发酵酒糟15-27份、发酵豆粕20-45份、月见草籽饼3-12份、蛋白肽5-8份、苹果纤维素肽2-7份、红枣膳食纤维4-12份、鱼粉7-12份、有机酸0.1-0.8份、益生菌0.01-0.1份、山茶油0.5-3份、甜菜碱0.01-0.1份、发酵中药渣5-12份、脱毒紫茎泽兰草粉0.5-3份、垂盆草粉0.2-1.4份。

一种改善肠道健康促生长的仔猪用饲料,其原料按重量份包括:膨化玉米70份、发酵酒糟17份、发酵豆粕40份、月见草籽饼6份、蛋白肽7份、苹果纤维素肽3份、红枣膳食纤维11份、鱼粉8份、有机酸0.6份、益生菌0.04份、山茶油2.6份、甜菜碱0.03份、发酵中药渣10份、脱毒紫茎泽兰草粉0.9份、垂盆草粉1.3份;
其中,所述发酵酒糟为酵母二次发酵酒糟;
所述蛋白肽为鱼肽;
所述有机酸为乙酸与乳酸的混合物;
所述益生菌为丁酸梭菌、屎肠球菌的混合物。
实施例4
一种改善肠道健康促生长的仔猪用饲料,其原料按重量份包括:膨化玉米49份、发酵酒糟22份、发酵豆粕26份、月见草籽饼10份、蛋白肽6份、苹果纤维素肽6份、红枣膳食纤维7份、鱼粉11份、有机酸0.3份、益生菌0.08份、山茶油0.9份、甜菜碱0.07份、发酵中药渣8份、脱毒紫茎泽兰草粉2.6份、垂盆草粉0.6份;
其中,所述发酵酒糟为酵母二次发酵酒糟;
所述蛋白肽为小麦水解蛋白肽;
所述有机酸为丙酸、柠檬酸与乳酸的混合物;
所述益生菌为丁酸梭菌、屎肠球菌的混合物;
所述发酵中药渣按照以下工艺进行制备:将肉桂渣、香茅渣、红芪药渣、熟地黄药渣、山药药渣和金银花药渣混合后干燥、粉碎至平均粒度为20目,然后与活化后的EM菌按60:1的重量比混合均匀,加水后得到发酵物料,将发酵物料加入发酵槽中,并堆至80cm高,发酵30h得到所述发酵中药渣,其中,发酵的具体过程为:将堆至80cm高的发酵物料静置,待发酵物料的温度大于45℃时翻料,使发酵物料通风并降至室温,然后重复上述过程;其中,肉桂渣、香茅渣、红芪药渣、熟地黄药渣、山药药渣、金银花药渣的重量比为10:9:2:15:6:15。
实施例5
一种改善肠道健康促生长的仔猪用饲料,其原料按重量份包括:膨化玉米60份、发酵酒糟19份、发酵豆粕37份、月见草籽饼8份、蛋白肽7份、苹果纤维素肽5份、红枣膳食纤维8份、鱼粉9份、有机酸0.55份、益生菌0.05份、山茶油1.5份、甜菜碱0.07份、发酵中药渣6.8份、脱毒紫茎泽兰草粉1.4份、垂盆草粉1份;
其中,所述发酵酒糟为酵母二次发酵酒糟;
所述蛋白肽为鱼肽、小麦水解蛋白肽、大豆蛋白肽的混合物;
所述有机酸为乙酸、丙酸、柠檬酸、甲酸与乳酸的混合物;
所述益生菌为丁酸梭菌、屎肠球菌的混合物;
所述发酵中药渣按照以下工艺进行制备:将肉桂渣、香茅渣、红芪药渣、熟地黄药渣、山药药渣和金银花药渣混合后干燥、粉碎至平均粒度为10目,然后与活化后的EM菌按100:1的重量比混合均匀,加水后得到发酵物料,将发酵物料加入发酵槽中,并堆至70cm高,发酵50h得到所述发酵中药渣,其中,发酵的具体过程为:将堆至70cm高的发酵物料静置,待发酵物料的温度大于45℃时翻料,使发酵物料通风并降至室温,然后重复上述过程;其中,肉桂渣、香茅渣、红芪药渣、熟地黄药渣、山药药渣、金银花药渣的重量比为25:5:10:4:20:5。
实施例6
一种改善肠道健康促生长的仔猪用饲料,其原料按重量份包括:膨化玉米55份、发酵酒糟22份、发酵豆粕38份、月见草籽饼9份、蛋白肽5.8份、苹果纤维素肽6.3份、红枣膳食纤维8.7份、鱼粉9.5份、有机酸0.6份、益生菌0.055份、山茶油1.6份、甜菜碱0.04份、发酵中药渣8.6份、脱毒紫茎泽兰草粉2.3份、垂盆草粉1.1份;
其中,所述发酵酒糟为酵母二次发酵酒糟;
所述蛋白肽为鱼肽、小麦水解蛋白肽、大豆蛋白肽的混合物,且鱼肽、小麦水解蛋白肽、大豆蛋白肽的重量比为1:1:1;
所述有机酸为乙酸、丙酸、柠檬酸、甲酸与乳酸的混合物,且乙酸、丙酸、柠檬酸、甲酸与乳酸的重量比为1:4:3:5:1;
所述益生菌为丁酸梭菌、屎肠球菌的混合物;
所述发酵中药渣按照以下工艺进行制备:将肉桂渣、香茅渣、红芪药渣、熟地黄药渣、山药药渣和金银花药渣混合后干燥、粉碎至平均粒度为16目,然后与活化后的EM菌按75:1的重量比混合均匀,加水后得到发酵物料,将发酵物料加入发酵槽中,并堆至75cm高,发酵42h得到所述发酵中药渣,其中,发酵的具体过程为:将堆至75cm高的发酵物料静置,待发酵物料的温度大于45℃时翻料,使发酵物料通风并降至室温,然后重复上述过程;其中,肉桂渣、香茅渣、红芪药渣、熟地黄药渣、山药药渣、金银花药渣的重量比为17:8:8:11:13:9.5。
试验
选择120头体重接近的仔猪,随机分为4组,每组30头,分别记为试验组1、试验组2、试验组3和对照组,试验组1平均体重为23.55kg,试验组2平均体重为23.2kg,试验组3平均体重为23.7kg,对照组平均体重为23.5kg;试验组在传统普通饲料中添加本发明中饲料,添加量占普通饲料重量的12%,其中,试验组1、试验组2、试验组3投喂的饲料中分别添加本发明实施例1、实施例3和实施例5中的饲料,对照组饲喂传统普通饲料,试验期间自由采食和饮水,饲喂50天后进行测试;测试结果如下表所示:

1.一种改善肠道健康促生长的仔猪用饲料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:膨化玉米40-75份、发酵酒糟15-27份、发酵豆粕20-45份、月见草籽饼3-12份、蛋白肽5-8份、苹果纤维素肽2-7份、红枣膳食纤维4-12份、鱼粉7-12份、有机酸0.1-0.8份、益生菌0.01-0.1份、山茶油0.5-3份、甜菜碱0.01-0.1份、发酵中药渣5-12份、脱毒紫茎泽兰草粉0.5-3份、垂盆草粉0.2-1.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述改善肠道健康促生长的仔猪用饲料,其特征在于,所述发酵酒糟为酵母二次发酵酒糟。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述改善肠道健康促生长的仔猪用饲料,其特征在于,所述蛋白肽为鱼肽、小麦水解蛋白肽、大豆蛋白肽中的一种或者多种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述改善肠道健康促生长的仔猪用饲料,其特征在于,所述有机酸为乙酸、丙酸、柠檬酸、甲酸中的一种或者多种与乳酸的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述改善肠道健康促生长的仔猪用饲料,其特征在于,所述益生菌为丁酸梭菌、屎肠球菌的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述改善肠道健康促生长的仔猪用饲料,其特征在于,所述发酵中药渣按照以下工艺进行制备:将肉桂渣、香茅渣、红芪药渣、熟地黄药渣、山药药渣和金银花药渣混合后干燥、粉碎,然后与活化后的EM菌按60-100:1的重量比混合均匀,加水后得到发酵物料,将发酵物料加入发酵槽中,并堆至70-80cm高,发酵30-50h得到所述发酵中药渣,其中,发酵的具体过程为:将堆至70-80cm高的发酵物料静置,待发酵物料的温度大于45℃时翻料,使发酵物料通风并降至室温,然后重复上述过程。
7.根据权利要求6所述改善肠道健康促生长的仔猪用饲料,其特征在于,肉桂渣、香茅渣、红芪药渣、熟地黄药渣、山药药渣、金银花药渣的重量比为10-25:5-9:2-10:4-15:6-20:5-15。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述改善肠道健康促生长的仔猪用饲料,其特征在于,将肉桂渣、香茅渣、红芪药渣、熟地黄药渣、山药药渣和金银花药渣混合后干燥、粉碎至平均粒度为10-20目。
