Abstract
本发明涉及一种纳米鸭饲料添加剂的制备方法,该原料包括中药成分、酶制剂和微生态制剂。该鸭饲料添加剂具有增进食欲、促进动物生长、促进饲料消化,提高机体免疫功能、预防治疗鸭病毒性肝炎,提高商品价值,无毒副作用、无药物残留的特点,是一种绿色安全的饲料添加剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饲料添加剂,具体涉及一种纳米鸭饲料添加剂的制备方法。
背景技术
由于养鸭业的发展,鸭场越来越大,越来越多,鸭发生各种传染病的机会也在增加,现有的解决办法是定期给鸭注射各种抗生素和各种激素,问题是抗生素对病菌的抵抗和杀灭能力不如病菌的抗性增加快,所以效果也越来越差。因此用量也越来越大,这样恶性循环,使鸭肉和鸭蛋中含有的抗生素和激素也越来越多,对人体有害。
对于畜禽耐药性和药物残留问题以及提高饲料利用率问题,国内外营养学家已做了大量研究工作,提出了许多解决措施和方法,如欧盟国家规定在畜禽饲料中禁止使用抗生素以解决药物残留问题,添加益生素、酶制剂等以提高饲料利用率,取得了不同程度的效果。因此开发新型饲料添加剂替代抗生素解决畜禽药物残留问题及饲料利用率问题是目前亟待解决的课题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足提供一种中药成分、酶制剂和微生态制剂组成的纳米饲料添加剂,该饲料添加剂能够增进鸭的食欲、提高饲料利用率、促进鸭生长,提高鸭免疫功能、预防治疗鸭病毒性肝炎。
本发明通过以下方法实现上述目的:
1. 一种纳米鸭饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1) 原料准备:该原料包括中药成分、酶制剂和微生态制剂,其特征在于组成成分及配比为:
中药成分:山楂10-20份,金银花10-20份,肉桂5-15份,大黄5-15份,茵陈5-15份,栀子5-15份;
酶制剂:纤维素酶4-10份,中性蛋白酶4-10份,植酸酶4-10份;
微生态制剂:双歧杆菌1-3份、植物乳杆菌1-3份、干酪乳杆菌1-3份;
将中药成分山楂、金银花、肉桂、大黄、茵陈、栀子,分别于55℃干燥20-25小时,制备成混合溶液在0℃下搅拌活化 2 h,加入十二烷基硫酸钠,3×104 r/min高剪切3 h,反应溶液冷却至室温后减压抽滤,所得沉淀在105℃下干燥至恒重,得到纳米级中药组合物;
(2)双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌经活化后冷冻干燥,备用;
(3)按配比称取步骤(1)的纳米级中药组合物、步骤(2)的微生态制剂和酶制剂,将称量好的成分倒入混合机,混合均匀;
(4)将混合均匀的饲料添加剂放入晾晒架晒干或烘干,最后质检包装。
本发明的有益效果是:
① 发明鸭饲料添加剂具有促进消化、促进生长、抗细菌、抗病毒、预防治疗鸭病毒性肝炎等功能,使用后对动物及其产品无残留、无毒副作用,不易产生抗药性;便于运输、携带、商业化方便。
②本发明的中药成分金银花具有清热解毒、疏散风热的功效;肉桂对痢疾杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎双球菌等多种细菌具有抑制作用,减少鸭感染肠道疾病的机率;山楂有助于提高鸭采食量和营养消化率;栀子味苦、性寒,有清利湿热,泻火除烦,凉血止血之功效;茵陈内含有绿原酸、咖啡酸,能不同程度减轻肝细胞肿胀、脂肪变性与坏死;大黄具有攻积滞、清湿热、泻火、凉血、祛瘀、解毒等功效;栀子、茵陈和大黄配合使用可以预防治疗鸭病毒性肝炎。
③本发明采用纳米级别的中药成分增加了饲料添加剂的适口性,并使中药成份中的活性物质暴露出来,提高了药物的利用率。
④本发明的纤维素酶、中性蛋白酶和植酸酶是利用微生物发酵产生的酶制剂,三种酶配合使用可以提高饲料添加剂中纤维、蛋白成分的消化吸收率,促进鸭的生长。
⑤本发明的微生态制剂双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌可以改善鸭肠道菌群,调节肠道功能,防止和治疗鸭腹泻、便秘。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,下述各实施例仅用于说明本发明,对本发明并没有限制。
实施例1

(1) 原料准备:该原料包括中药成分、酶制剂和微生态制剂,其特征在于组成成分及配比为:
中药成分:山楂10-20份,金银花10-20份,肉桂5-15份,大黄5-15份,茵陈5-15份,栀子5-15份;
酶制剂:纤维素酶4-10份,中性蛋白酶4-10份,植酸酶4-10份;
微生态制剂:双歧杆菌1-3份、植物乳杆菌1-3份、干酪乳杆菌1-3份;将中药成分山楂、金银花、肉桂、大黄、茵陈、栀子,分别于55℃干燥20-25小时,制备成混合溶液在0℃下搅拌活化 2 h,加入十二烷基硫酸钠,3×104 r/min高剪切3 h,反应溶液冷却至室温后减压抽滤,所得沉淀在105℃下干燥至恒重,得到纳米级中药组合物;(2)双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、干酪乳杆菌经活化后冷冻干燥,备用;(3)按配比称取步骤(1)的纳米级中药组合物、步骤(2)的微生态制剂和酶制剂,将称量好的成分倒入混合机,混合均匀; (4)将混合均匀的饲料添加剂放入晾晒架晒干或烘干,最后质检包装。选择50只2个月大的鸭,进行饲喂试验,试验期为1个月,结果发现鸭病毒性肝炎的发病率为1%,远低于通常发病率。

(1) 原料准备:该原料包括中药成分、酶制剂和微生态制剂,其特征在于组成成分及配比为:
中药成分:山楂10-20份,金银花10-20份,肉桂5-15份,大黄5-15份,茵陈5-15份,栀子5-15份;
酶制剂:纤维素酶4-10份,中性蛋白酶4-10份,植酸酶4-10份;
微生态制剂:双歧杆菌1-3份、植物乳杆菌1-3份、干酪乳杆菌1-3份;
