本发明公开了一种滋补养颜粥及其制备方法,所述滋补养颜粥的原料成分的重量配比为:糯米10~20份、黑米30~40份、莲子5~15份、蜂蜜10~20份、丝瓜络5~10份、昆布5~10份、白术5~10份、地黄5~10份、白酒10~15份、燕麦10~20份、山楂5~15份、党参5~10份、松子5~15份、大枣5~10份、水400~600份。其生产工艺流程为:选料→蒸煮→烘干→炒熟→磨粉→混合→包装→杀菌。本发明采用燕麦和黑米熬煮,具有滋补养颜,可抑制胆固醇升高,降低心脏病死亡率,滋阴补肾、健脾暖肝、明目活血的功效。

本发明属于食品领域,涉及一种滋补养颜粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代文明日益发达的今天,现代文明疾病也悄悄地渗透到人群中,亚健康慢性疾病已成为世界公认的危害人们身体健康的重要原因,如何消除这类疾病也是医学界永久的课题。在中国四千年有文字记载的历史中,粥的踪影伴随始终。传统的粥大多采用稻米、小米等熬煮而成,我们一般会以早饭为主。而随着人们口味的不同就产生了各种各样的粥,比如海鲜粥、皮蛋瘦肉粥等。而这些粥往往只在熬煮的过程中添加了增加味道的佐料,并没有很好的保持营养的最大化。如何能将治疗、预防各种慢性疾病,亚健康疾病的传统中草药配方融入到保健粥中,使人们在食用粥的同时,能吸收中草药成分,食用与治疗、预防一举两得。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种滋补养颜粥及其制备方法,具有滋补养颜,可抑制胆固醇升高,降低心脏病死亡率,滋阴补肾、健脾暖肝、明目活血的功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种滋补养颜粥,原料成分的重量配比如下:糯米10~20份、黑米30~40份、莲子5~15份、蜂蜜10~20份、丝瓜络5~10份、昆布5~10份、白术5~10份、地黄5~10份、白酒10~15份、燕麦10~20份、山楂5~15份、党参5~10份、松子5~15份、大枣5~10份、水400~600份。
进一步,所述滋补养颜粥,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:糯米10份、黑米30份、莲子5份、蜂蜜10份、丝瓜络5份、昆布5份、白术5份、地黄5份、白酒10份、燕麦10份、山楂5份、党参5份、松子5份、大枣5份、水400份。

本发明还提供滋补养颜粥的制备方法:制备方法步骤如下
(1)将山楂、党参、松子、大枣洗净后切片,用白酒浸泡1~2个月,过滤,得到提取液,将丝瓜络、昆布、白术、地黄洗净,加水加热至沸腾,在文火慢炖20~30分钟,过滤,得到的溶液与上述提取液混合,得混合提取液备用;
(2)将燕麦洗净后,用远红外线在70~80度温度下烘烤10~20分钟,在磨成细粉,过50~60目筛,将糯米、黑米加入到(1)所述混合提取液中,浸泡6~8小时;
(3)将泡好的黑米、糯米一起连同浸泡的浸泡液,放入料理机打碎,并加入燕麦粉末,混合均匀;
(4)将(3)所述的混合物料,放入锅中,加入水、莲子搅拌均匀,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,再加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
本发明有益效果:
(1)具有滋补养颜,可抑制胆固醇升高,降低心脏病死亡率的功效;
(2)滋阴补肾、健脾暖肝、明目活血。

或按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:糯米15份、黑米35份、莲子10份、蜂蜜15份、丝瓜络7份、昆布7份、白术7份、地黄7份、白酒13份、燕麦15份、山楂13份、党参7份、松子7份、大枣7份、水500份。
实施例三
一种滋补养颜粥,原料成分的重量配比如下:糯米10~20份、黑米30~40份、莲子5~15份、蜂蜜10~20份、丝瓜络5~10份、昆布5~10份、白术5~10份、地黄5~10份、白酒10~15份、燕麦10~20份、山楂5~15份、党参5~10份、松子5~15份、大枣5~10份、水400~600份。
其制备方法步骤为:
(1)将山楂、党参、松子、大枣洗净后切片,用白酒浸泡1~2个月,过滤,得到提取液,将丝瓜络、昆布、白术、地黄洗净,加水加热至沸腾,在文火慢炖20~30分钟,过滤,得到的溶液与上述提取液混合,得混合提取液备用;
(2)将燕麦洗净后,用远红外线在70~80度温度下烘烤10~20分钟,在磨成细粉,过50~60目筛,将糯米、黑米加入到(1)所述混合提取液中,浸泡6~8小时;
(3)将泡好的黑米、糯米一起连同浸泡的浸泡液,放入料理机打碎,并加入燕麦粉末,混合均匀;
(4)将(3)所述的混合物料,放入锅中,加入水、莲子搅拌均匀,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,再加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。

5.一种制备权利要求1所述的滋补养颜粥的方法,其特征在于:制备方法如下:
(1)将山楂、党参、松子、大枣洗净后切片,用白酒浸泡1~2个月,过滤,得到提取液,将丝瓜络、昆布、白术、地黄洗净,加水加热至沸腾,在文火慢炖20~30分钟,过滤,得到的溶液与上述提取液混合,得混合提取液备用;
(2)将燕麦洗净后,用远红外线在70~80度温度下烘烤10~20分钟,在磨成细粉,过50~60目筛,将糯米、黑米加入到(1)所述混合提取液中,浸泡6~8小时;
(3)将泡好的黑米、糯米一起连同浸泡的浸泡液,放入料理机打碎,并加入燕麦粉末,混合均匀;
(4)将(3)所述的混合物料,放入锅中,加入水、莲子搅拌均匀,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,再加入蜂蜜,搅拌均匀,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
