本发明属于食品加工领域,具体涉及一种燕窝固元膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
固元膏,也叫阿胶糕,据传是慈禧晚年非常喜欢的一道药膳。来源于水经注:岁尝煮胶,以贡天府。也有说此方是由唐代杨贵妃所创,常食可以养血润肤,头发乌黑。燕窝具有滋阴润肺,化痰止咳,益气补中,去燥润肤,养胃壮脾等功效,加入燕窝的固元膏适宜气血亏虚的中年女性、肾阴阳两亏、肝血不足的老年人,以及体质差的人群食用;也适合老年人补血,补肾,治疗咳喘效果也很好。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种燕窝固元膏,该燕窝固元膏的成分配伍合理,原料之间能协同发挥滋阴补肾之功效;
本发明的另外一个目的,是提供上述燕窝固元膏的制备方法,该方法简单,易于工业化生产。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种燕窝固元膏,包括如下成分:燕窝20份、枸杞100份、蜂蜜50份、红枣200份、阿胶200份、核桃200份、黑芝麻120份、冰糖20份、黄酒600份。
本发明还提供了燕窝固元膏的一种制备方法,将枸杞、红枣、阿胶、核桃、黑芝麻和冰糖均匀磨成粉,与蜂蜜和黄酒一并放入盆中搅拌均匀,用盖密封,然后放入锅内隔水蒸。先用大火蒸30分钟,再用小火蒸60分钟,放凉后放入洁净干燥的瓶内即成。
本发明提供的燕窝固元膏,物料配伍合理,营养丰富,适宜气血亏虚的中年女性、肾阴阳两亏、肝血不足的老年人,以及体质差的人群食用;也适合老年人补血,补肾,治疗咳喘效果也很好。

下面实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例1 一种燕窝固元膏
本实施例为一种燕窝固元膏,它由以下重量份的原料制成:燕窝20g、枸杞100g、蜂蜜50g、红枣200g、阿胶200g、核桃20g、黑芝麻120g、冰糖20份、黄酒600份。
本发明的制备方法如下:
将枸杞、红枣、阿胶、核桃、黑芝麻和冰糖均匀磨成粉,与蜂蜜和黄酒一并放入盆中搅拌均匀,用盖密封,然后放入锅内隔水蒸。先用大火蒸30分钟,再用小火蒸60分钟,放凉后放入洁净干燥的瓶内即成。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种燕窝固元膏,其特征在于按照量份数计它包括如下成分:燕窝20份、枸杞100份、蜂蜜50份、红枣200份、阿胶200份、核桃200份、黑芝麻120份、冰糖29份、黄酒600份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种燕窝固元膏的制备方法,其特征在于:将枸杞、红枣、阿胶、核桃、黑芝麻和冰糖均匀磨成200目以下粉,与蜂蜜和黄酒一并放入盆中搅拌均匀,用盖密封,然后放入锅内隔水蒸;先用大火蒸30分钟,再用小火蒸60分钟,放凉后放入洁净干燥的瓶内即成。
