鹅肉于2002年被联合国粮农组织列为21世纪重点发展的绿色食品之一,世界卫生组织公布的2011年度健康饮食排行榜中,鹅肉也是肉类冠军。众所周知,鹅肉是理想的高蛋白、低脂肪、低胆固醇的肉类食品,其蛋白质的含量比鸭肉、鸡肉、牛肉和猪肉都高,并且富含人体必需的多种氨基酸、维生素以及微量元素。鹅肉性平、味甘,归脾、肺经,具有益气补虚、和胃止渴、止咳化痰和解铅毒等作用,是中医食疗的上品,适宜身体虚弱,气血不足,营养不良的人食用。
随着人民物质生活水平的不断提高,对餐桌安全越来越关注,对食品的质量要求也越来越高。传统的饲养过程中,为解决鹅饲养过程中产量和成活率,而在鹅的饲养过程中使用添加抗生素、生长激素、高微量元素等添加剂,加了上述添加剂的饲料,可以促进鹅的快速生长,提高鹅的产量和成活率,但饲养出来的鹅,肉质差,口感差,就像吃“木头”一样,没有散养鹅的鲜美味道,而且,如果抗生素在鹅体内大量的蓄积,残留在各组织中,使细菌产生耐药性和在鹅蛋、鹅肉中产生残留,都会对人类健康产生极为严重的危害。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种拥有美味健康的鹅肉的优质鹅的饲喂方法,该方法可以投入规模化养殖,操作简单、安全环保、纯生态、无污染。本发明所用的鹅品种为皖西白鹅。为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
1.制备复合饲料:
a.称取按以下重量份组成的中草药:党参2-5份,白芷7-12份,小茴香6-10份,良姜7-14份,丁香3-12份,陈皮6-14份,豆蔻2-13份,当归6-8份,百合8-12份,五味子6-10份,地丁5-10份;将上述中草药混合粉碎,备用;
b.向所述a的混合中草药中加入5-7倍量的水,浸泡,武火煮沸,文火保温40-70min,冷却后过滤;滤渣再加3-5倍量水,浸泡,武火煮沸,文火保温40-70min,冷却后,过滤;合并两次滤液,备用;
c.向所述b的合并滤液中以100Kg滤液为单位,添加蔗糖25-30Kg,并煮沸6-12min,冷却至常温,接种干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、乳球菌结合酵母菌制剂4-11Kg,发酵至长出淡黄色菌块;得到养料液,备用;
d.将桑叶,花生藤粉粹,并过60-100目筛;将麦麸,豆麸,红薯渣粉粹,并过50-80目筛;称取按以下重量份组成的配料:桑叶粉20-30份,花生藤粉18-27份,麦麸12-25份,豆麸12-15份,红薯渣14-20份,玉米面25-36份,盐18-27份,植物油5-12份;备用;
e.向所述养料液中加入所述配料,按照1:35-45混合均匀,得到复合饲料,备用;
2.饲喂鹅:刚出壳的雏鹅,1日龄进行第一次免疫,1周后进行饲喂,同时将所述养料液稀释3-4倍,让鹅自由饮用;第2周以后的鹅,用所述复合饲料进行喂养,直至鹅成熟,得到优质鹅。
进一步的,所述a中称取按以下重量份组成的中草药:党参3份,白芷10份,小茴香9份,良姜13份,丁香8份,陈皮11份,豆蔻12份,当归7份,百合10份,五味子9份,地丁9份;将上述中草药混合粉碎,备用。
进一步的,所述c中发酵的时间为5-9天,温度为38-40℃。
进一步的,所述e中向所述养料液中加入所述配料,按照1:40混合均匀,得到复合饲料,备用。

实施例1
1.制备复合饲料:
(1)称取党参300g,白芷1000g,小茴香900g,良姜1300g,丁香800g,陈皮1100g,豆蔻1200g,当归700g,百合1000g,五味子900g,地丁900g,进行混合粉碎,备用;
(2)向混合的中草药中加入2.4kg的水,浸泡,武火煮沸,文火保温50min,冷却后过滤;滤渣再加1.2kg的水,浸泡,武火煮沸,文火保温50min,冷却后,过滤;合并两次滤液,备用;
(3)向合并的滤液中以100Kg滤液为单位,添加蔗糖27Kg,并煮沸10min,冷却至常温,接种干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、乳球菌结合酵母菌制剂4Kg,在39℃的温度下发酵8天,得到养料液,备用;

b.向所述a中的混合中草药中加入5-7倍量的水,浸泡,武火煮沸,文火保温40-70min,冷却后过滤;滤渣再加3-5倍量水,浸泡,武火煮沸,文火保温40-70min,冷却后,过滤;合并两次滤液;备用;
c.向所述b的合并滤液中以100Kg滤液为单位,添加蔗糖25-30Kg,并煮沸6-12min,冷却至常温,接种干酪乳杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、乳球菌结合酵母菌制剂4-11Kg,发酵至长出淡黄色菌块;得到养料液,备用;
d.将桑叶,花生藤粉粹,并过60-100目筛;将麦麸,豆麸,红薯渣粉粹,并过50-80目筛;称取按以下重量份组成的配料:桑叶粉20-30份,花生藤粉18-27份,麦麸12-25份,豆麸12-15份,红薯渣14-20份,玉米面25-36份,盐18-27份,植物油5-12份;备用;
e.向所述养料液中加入所述配料,按照1:35-45混合均匀,得到复合饲料,备用;
步骤二、饲喂鹅:刚出壳的雏鹅,1日龄进行第一次免疫,1周后进行饲喂,同时将所述养料液稀释3-4倍,让鹅自由饮用;第2周以后的鹅,用所述复合饲料进行喂养,直至鹅成熟,得到优质鹅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一a称取按以下重量份组成的中草药:党参3份,白芷10份,小茴香9份,良姜13份,丁香8份,陈皮11份,豆蔻12份,当归7份,百合10份,五味子9份,地丁9份;将上述中草药混合粉碎,备用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述c中所述发酵的时间为5-9天,温度为38-40℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述e中向所述养料液加入所述配料,按照1:40混合均匀,得到复合饲料,备用。
