Abstract
本发明涉及一种双向高收缩磨毛家纺面料,双向高收缩磨毛家纺面料,其特征在于,加工工艺具体如下:(1)面料经纱两种:经一棉21S,经二涤高收缩丝100D/48F,配比1:1;纬纱两种:纬一棉21S,纬二涤高收缩丝100D/48F,配比1:1,该面料实用又具有新颖性,丰富了床品被套的类型,且具有很高的性价比。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种提花面料呢,具体涉及一种双向高收缩磨毛家纺面料,属于纺织用品技术领域。
背景技术
常用的高收缩丝有涤纶高收缩丝、涤丙高收缩丝、腈纶高收缩丝等,其主要应用于服装面料中,提高面料的柔软性及款式的装饰性。在家纺面料中,高收缩丝应用于三层面料的中间层或二层面料的底层,使得面料起皱,实现立体感强的凹凸面料。这种二层、三层的面料克重一般比较高,适合家居装饰用,不适合做床上用品。此外,高收缩丝不宜做经纱,因无法进行上浆处理,会使断头率太高而无法织造。因此,开发一款双向高收缩具有毛绒感、轻薄、柔软的床品面料,本领域的技术人员也不断的尝试,该问题一直没有得到妥善解决。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种双向高收缩磨毛家纺面料,该面料实用又具有新颖性,丰富了床品被套的类型,且具有很高的性价比。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下,一种双向高收缩磨毛家纺面料,加工工艺具体如下,(1)面料的构成:面料经纱有两种,经纱一是棉21S,经纱二是涤纶高收缩丝100D/48F,配比1:1;纬纱有两种,纬纱一棉21S,纬纱二涤高收缩丝100D/48F,配比1:1;即(C21+T100D/48F)1:1*(C21+T100D/48F)1:1 150*100;
(2)所述面料原料棉与涤纶高收缩丝的纱支粗细比小于1:2,即棉比涤高收缩丝粗2倍及以上,使得涤高收缩丝处于两根棉的中间位置,起到收缩棉的作用,同时磨毛时不被损害。
(3)两种经纱分别浆纱,经向棉织轴的根数7950根,经向涤纶高收缩丝的根数也是7950根,浆纱分别采用以淀粉浆和化学浆为主的浆料,后整理退浆时采用一次退浆工艺法。
(4)所述面料是单层面料,织造采用天地轴织造法,天轴是经向涤纶高收缩丝,地轴是经向棉,两轴的送经量需保持一致,且涤纶高收缩丝尽量处于两棉纱的中部或偏下部。组织采用方平组织,使得面料松紧有序、具有蓬松性,从而提升面料的柔软度。
(5)所述面料的后整理采用先磨毛后沸水收缩的工序,收缩率达23-30%。
相对于现有技术,本发明的优点如下:1)本发明整个技术方案设计巧妙,利用高收缩丝与棉1:1的配比,将高收缩丝置于两棉之间用于被套的A、B版中,使得被套具有蓬松、毛绒感,且美观大方,其既具有实用性又具有新颖性。本发明丰富了床品被套的类型,且具有很高的性价比;2)该技术方案成本较低,方便进行市场推广。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解和认识,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述和介绍。
实施例1:
一种双向高收缩磨毛家纺面料,规格:经密381根/10cm,纬密256根/10cm,幅宽106英寸。经纱采用紧密纺棉21S和涤高收缩丝100D/48F,配比1:1,纬纱亦采用紧密纺棉21S和涤高收缩丝100D/48F 1:1配比。
其设计开发步骤如下:
(1)组织设计:为了发挥高收缩的作用保证抛花均匀,组织采用方平,以便形成凹凸感。
(2)整经:经纱棉采用分批整经,涤高收缩采用分条整经。
(3)浆纱:棉上浆采用淀粉浆为主的浆料配方;涤纶高收缩丝以改性淀粉为主,PVA为辅的浆料配方。上浆采用定积法,遵循“高浓、低粘”的调浆原理。
(4)穿综:采用半自动穿综。
(5)织造:利用Sliver剑杆织机天地轴织造,为减少涤高收缩丝的断头,天轴是涤高收缩100D/48F,天轴是21S棉;筘入数2入,开口量74mm、半清晰开口,后梁23mm、开口时间310度、引纬时间90度。
(6)后整理步骤:坯布翻缝——磨毛——精练退浆——氧漂——烘干——拉幅定型——轧光———预缩——成品。其中精炼采用高温高压松弛整理解除高收缩丝的预定型使其充分收缩。此工艺不同与普通的磨毛面料,其是退浆前先磨毛,防止面料收缩后磨毛不均匀。
需要说明的是上述实施例,并非用来限定本发明的保护范围,在上述技术方案的基础上所作出的等同变换或替代均落入本发明权利要求所保护的范围。
Claims (1)
1.双向高收缩磨毛家纺面料,其特征在于,加工工艺具体如下:(1)面料经纱两种:经一棉21S,经二涤高收缩丝100D/48F,配比1:1;纬纱两种:纬一棉21S,纬二涤高收缩丝100D/48F,配比1:1;
(2)所述的经一棉和纬一棉与涤高收缩丝的纱支粗细比小于1:2,即棉比涤高收缩丝粗2倍及以上,使得涤高收缩丝处于棉中间,经纱采用分别浆轴,织造采用天地轴;
(3)两种经纱分别浆纱,经向棉织轴的根数7950根,经向涤纶高收缩丝的根数也是7950根,浆纱分别采用以淀粉浆和化学浆为主的浆料,后整理退浆时采用一次退浆工艺法;
(4)所述面料是单层面料,其组织采用方平,使得面料松紧有序、具有蓬松性,从而提升面料的柔软度;
(5)所述面料的后整理采用先磨毛后沸水收缩的工序,收缩率达23-30%。
