技术领域
本公开涉及涂胶设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种曲面涂布装置以及具有该曲面涂布装置的涂胶设备。
背景技术
目前新型的基于OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode)技术的具有弧度或者可弯曲的显示面板在电视、手机和可穿戴设备等终端中的应用变得越来越流行。这些显示面板通常为柔性曲面板,例如具有弧度或者可弯曲的玻璃基板。
相关技术中,OLED基板具有弧度或者可弯曲,在生产制造过程中,采用涂胶设备对OLED基板涂封面胶或封框胶时,会因为弧度的原因导致涂胶不均匀。目前在进行柔性可弯曲基板的涂布时,相对于平面基板的涂布过程控制比较难,可控性差,导致OLED基板表面涂布胶厚度不均匀,进而影响最终的曲面显示面板的显示质量。
因此,有必要提供一种新的技术方案改善上述方案中存在的一个或者多个问题。

本公开的目的在于提供一种曲面涂布装置以及具有该曲面涂布装置的涂胶设备,进而至少在一定程度上克服由于相关技术的限制和缺陷而导致的一个或者多个问题。

根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种曲面涂布装置,该装置包括:
支架,包括第一端和第二端;
涂胶部,与所述支架的第一端连接;

本公开的一种实施例中,通过上述曲面涂布装置及涂胶设备,通过支架、传动件、第一驱动机构以及第二驱动机构的配合,支架带动涂胶部旋转以在曲面板表面涂胶,在此涂胶过程中支架直线运动可以改变涂胶部与曲面板表面之间的间隙距离。这样,一方面,可以在涂布过程中根据曲面板的曲面弧度或者局部突起等调整涂布半径,以高精度且均匀地涂布涂布胶;另一方面,相比相关技术,可以使对于曲面板的涂布过程控制的可控性好,涂布后曲面板表面的膜面胶厚度更为均匀,进而可以提高曲面显示屏的显示质量。

本示例实施方式中首先提供了一种曲面涂布装置。参考图1~2中所示,该曲面涂布装置100可以包括支架110、涂胶部130、传动件120、第一驱动机构150和第二驱动机构160。其中,所述支架110包括第一端和第二端。所述涂胶部130与所述支架110的第一端连接。所述传动件120连接于所述支架110的第一端和第二端之间且与所述支架110的第一端之间的距离可调。所述第一驱动机构150,与所述传动件120连接(图未示),用于通过所述传动件120驱动所述支架110以所述传动件120为旋转中心旋转。所述第二驱动机构160,与所述支架110连接(图未示),用于驱动所述支架110在所述第一端和第二端所在的直线上运动。
通过上述上述曲面涂布装置,一方面,可以在涂布过程中根据曲面板的曲面弧度或者局部突起等调整涂布半径,以高精度且均匀地涂布涂布胶;另一方面,相比相关技术,可以使对于曲面板的涂布过程控制的可控性好,涂布后曲面板表面的膜面胶厚度更为均匀,进而可以提高曲面显示屏的显示质量。
下面,将参考图1至图4对本示例实施方式中的上述曲面涂布装置的各个部分进行更详细的说明。
参考图1中所示,所述支架110可以包括第一端和第二端。示例性的,该支架110可以是矩形或者其他形状的支架。当该支架110处于竖直位置(即S2位置)时所述第一端可以是下端,所述第二端可以是上端。在该支架110的上端和下端之间位置可以固定安装所述传动件120,例如在该支架110的上端和下端之间的中间位置固定安装所述传动件120,当然并不限于此。所述涂胶部130与所述支架110的第一端连接。示例性的,该涂胶部130可以与所述支架110的下端连接,并与待涂布的曲面基板140匹配。所述传动件120可以连接于所述支架110的第一端(如下端)和第二端(如上端)之间且与所述支架110的第一端(如下端)之间的距离可调。示例性的,所述传动件120可以为旋转轴,当然可以是其他旋转部件,对此不作特殊限制。
所述第一驱动机构150与所述传动件120(如旋转轴)连接,所述第一驱动机构150可以包括电机,该电机的转轴可以与所述传动件120连接以驱动该传动件120旋转。该第一驱动机构150可以用于通过所述传动件120(如旋转轴)驱动所述支架110以所述传动件120为旋转中心旋转。这样所述支架110可以带动所述涂胶部130在曲面基板140表面旋转以进行涂布作业。所述第一驱动机构150可以控制所述涂胶部130的旋转范围,如支架110运动时从位置S1到S3限定的旋转范围内旋转。
所述第二驱动机构160也与所述支架110连接(图未示)。示例性的,该第二驱动机构160也可以包括电机,且用于驱动所述支架110在所述第一端(如下端)和第二端(如上端)所在的直线上运动,如沿着方向P向上或者向下运动。例如该第二驱动机构160可以控制改变所述传动件120(即旋转轴)的位置从而带动所述支架110直线运动。这样,当所述支架110带动所述涂胶部130在曲面基板140表面旋转以进行涂布作业时,还可以同时根据待涂布的曲面基板140的曲率匹配调整所述涂胶部130的涂布半径,也即可以动态调整所述涂胶部130与曲面基板140表面之间的间隙距离Gap,或者说该涂胶部130具有高度轴(对应P方向)的控制,用于控制涂布厚度。该装置可以在涂布过程中根据曲面基板140的曲面弧度或者局部突起等调整该涂胶部130的涂布半径,以高精度且均匀地涂布涂布胶。下面对所述涂胶部130进行详细说明。
继续参考图1中所示,在一种示例性实施例中,所述涂胶部130可以包括涂布头131、储胶腔132、推动部133、传动杆134和第三驱动机构135。其中,所述涂布头131包括具有狭缝的圆弧形表面。该具有圆弧形表面的涂布头131可以与具有一定弧度的曲面基板140匹配,使得更加均匀地进行涂布。示例性的,所述涂布头131可以是涂布喷嘴。所述储胶腔132一端与所述涂布头131密封连接。该储胶腔132可以用于存储涂布胶。所述推动部133位于所述储胶腔132内,且与所述储胶腔132的大小匹配。该推动部133类似于活塞头,可以将所述储胶腔132内的空间变小,对涂布胶产生向外的推力,从而可以挤压将储胶腔132内的涂布胶从所述涂布头131的狭缝(图未示)中挤出。所述传动杆134的第一端伸入所述储胶腔132内,且与所述推动部133连接。所述第三驱动机构135与所述传动杆134的第二端连接,用于驱动所述传动杆134沿所述储胶腔132的轴向运动。这样,所述第三驱动机构135可以驱动所述传动杆134沿所述储胶腔132的轴向运动,从而驱动所述推动部133在所述储胶腔132的轴向运动以从所述涂布头131上的狭缝挤出涂布胶。示例性的,所述第三驱动机构135均可以包括电机,该电机可以采用步进电机。采用步进电机可以控制涂布胶的吐出量。这样在第三驱动机构135控制所述涂胶部130的涂布过程中可以比较高效的控制涂布效果。例如,可以在对待涂布曲面基板140表面进行涂布时,使膜面胶厚度均匀,从而提高最终的曲面显示屏的显示质量。
参考图2中所示,在一种示例性实施例中,所述装置100还可以包括控制机构170,该控制机构170可以包括PLC(Programmable Logic Controlle)控制单元。所述控制机构170可以与所述第一驱动机构150、第二驱动机构160以及第三驱动机构135电连接,用于控制所述第一驱动机构150、第二驱动机构160和第三驱动机构135的动力输出。也即可以通过所述PLC控制单元控制所述第一驱动机构150、第二驱动机构160以及第三驱动机构135的动力输出,进而控制改变所述涂胶部130的旋转半径,涂布半径和涂布压力等。
具体的,所述PLC控制单元还可以依次电连接CDA(Compressed Dry Air,压缩干燥空气)压力控制装置180和气动伺服装置190,如图4中所示。所述气动伺服装置190与所述涂胶部130连接9(如与第三驱动机构即步进电机连接)可以用于反馈所述涂胶部130中的推动部133在所述储胶腔132中的位置信息给所述PLC控制单元,该位置信息可以用于所述涂胶部130的涂布压力计算。需要说明的是,所述CDA压力控制装置180和气动伺服装置190为目前的涂胶设备中的现有成熟设备,其具体结构和工作原理不再赘述。
参考图3中所示,示例性的,所述控制机构170可以包括参数获取单元和运动控制单元。其中,所述参数获取单元用于获取旋速参数、与基板间隙参数以及涂布压力参数。如图4所示,具体的,所述PLC控制单元还可以电连接涂布压力机器视觉检测装置200和涂布状态检测装置210。该涂布状态检测装置210可以用于检测获取所述涂胶部130的旋速参数和间隙参数,所述涂布压力机器视觉检测装置200可以用于获取涂布压力参数。需要说明的是,所述涂布压力机器视觉检测装置200和涂布状态检测装置210也为目前的涂胶设备中的现有成熟设备,其具体结构和工作原理不再赘述。
所述运动控制单元,与所述参数获取单元连接,用于根据所述旋速参数控制所述第一驱动机构150的动力输出、根据所述间隙参数控制所述第二驱动机构160的动力输出以及根据所述涂布压力参数控制所述第三驱动机构135的动力输出。以上对于三个驱动机构的具体控制过程,可以参考以下对该曲面涂布装置的示例性工作过程的描述,继续结合图1~4中所示,该工作过程具体可以包括如下方法步骤301~307:
步骤301、在所述控制机构170上进行初始曲率设定,控制旋转轴(即所述传动件120)运动到指定位置。也即控制所述涂胶部130运动到指定位置以与待涂布的曲面基板140匹配。
步骤302、在所述控制机构170上设定初始的旋转速度、Gap值、涂布压力和误差上限等参数。具体来说,所述控制机构170可以包括输入/输出设备(图未示),例如触摸显示屏或者键盘等,通过该输入/输出设备可以设置以上这些初始参数。
步骤303、所述控制机构170控制进行涂布状态检测。如检测所述涂布状态检测装置210中位于该曲面涂布装置上部的两红外摄像管的角度以及水平红外摄像管的状态等(图未示)。
步骤304、所述控制机构170控制所述涂胶部130旋转进行涂布作业,控制涂布胶的吐出量。
具体来说,涂布时,所述控制机构170控制第一驱动机构150驱动旋转轴转动,从而通过所述支架110带动所述涂胶部130的涂布头131在曲面基板140表面旋转,可以控制旋转的速度以适应可能出现的情况,使涂布更加均匀。所述控制机构170同时控制第三驱动机构135以控制所述涂胶部130的所述传动杆134运动,进而驱动所述推动部133运动将所述储胶腔132内的空间变小,对涂布胶产生向外的推力,以使涂布胶从所述涂布头131的狭缝内挤出,随着所述涂布头131的旋转,涂布胶被涂抹到所述曲面基板140表面。此过程中可以根据涂布压力控制调整涂布胶的吐出量。
所述控制机构170还可以控制第二驱动机构160驱动旋转轴直线移动(对应P方向),从而通过支架110带动所述涂胶部130的涂布头131直线移动,以改变所述涂布头131与所述曲面基板140表面之间的间隙距离Gap。示例性的,所述间隙距离Gap控制在10um~30um范围内;通过将所述间隙距离Gap控制在10um~30um范围内,可以在保证所涂布的涂布胶满足需求的同时不会造成过多的浪费。在涂布过程中,可以通过所述涂布状态检测装置210检测曲面基板140表面的凹凸起伏,进而控制适应性地动态调整所述涂布头131的高度以保持所述涂布头131与所述曲面基板140表面之间的所述间隙距离Gap,从而实现高精度且均匀的对曲面基板140进行涂布。
步骤305、涂布效果监测压力控制,例如通过所述涂布压力机器视觉检测装置200检测实际所需涂布压力,所述控制机构170根据气动伺服装置190返回的推动部133的当前位置信息计算当前涂布压力,根据实际所需涂布压力调整当前涂布压力,以挤出适量的涂布胶。当前一笔涂布与上一笔涂布的截面积对比超过误差上限时输出误差大小到涂胶设备的线调节装置。
步骤306、在没超过误差上限时则进入下一涂布周期,返回上述步骤303继续重复上述步骤已完成整个曲面基板140的涂布。本实施例可以在涂布过程中根据曲面基板140的曲面弧度或者局部突起等调整涂布半径,以高精度且均匀地涂布涂布胶。
进一步的,本示例实施方式中,还提供了一种涂胶设备(图未示)。该涂胶设备可以包括上述任一实施例中所述的曲面涂布装置。
在一种示例性实施例中,所述设备还可以包括进料通道和物料流通通道(图未示)。其中,所述进料通道,用于接收涂布胶。示例性的,所述进料通道可以为位于所述传动件120或支架110上的一通道。所述物料流通通道连接于所述进料通道与所述涂胶部130的储胶腔132之间,用于输送补入所述涂布胶进入所述涂胶部130的储胶腔132内。示例性的,所述物料流通通道的体积大于所述储胶腔132,如所述物料流通通道的截面为矩形或者圆形时,其直径或边长大于所述储胶腔132的直径或边长,这样可以快速补入涂布胶。所述设备还可以包括控制阀(图未示),设于所述进料通道和所述涂胶部130之间,用于控制涂布胶的输送过程。示例性的,所述控制阀可以是电控阀,如可以设置两个电控阀,一个设置于涂胶部上用于涂胶部130中的储胶腔132的开/闭,一个设置于进料通道口用于进料通道的开/闭。在涂布胶不足时,控制开启进料的阀门,进行涂布胶的补充。补充完在涂布时,开启储胶腔132的阀门,关闭进料的阀门。
该涂胶设备可以根据涂布路径要求,移动改变所述传动件120(即旋转轴)的位置从而改变所述涂布头131的位置,以实现控制涂布路径的曲率。本示例实施方式中所示的上述曲面涂布装置以及涂胶设备具有可调的曲率涂布路径,涂布面位置可控,可以容易地将涂布胶高精度且均匀地涂布于具有翘曲或起伏凹凸的曲面基板上,可以适应多曲率涂布或者单一曲率涂布作业,应用范围广。

Claims (10)

1.一种曲面涂布装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
支架,包括第一端和第二端;
涂胶部,与所述支架的第一端连接,包括涂布头,所述涂布头包括具有狭缝的圆弧形表面,能够与待喷涂的曲面基板匹配;
传动件,连接于所述支架的第一端和第二端之间且与所述支架的第一端之间的距离可调;
第一驱动机构,与所述传动件连接,用于通过所述传动件驱动所述支架以所述传动件为旋转中心旋转;以及
第二驱动机构,与所述支架连接,用于驱动所述支架在所述第一端和第二端所在的直线上运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述曲面涂布装置,其特征在于,所述涂胶部还包括:
储胶腔,所述储胶腔一端与所述涂布头密封连接;
推动部,所述推动部位于所述储胶腔内,且与所述储胶腔的大小匹配;
传动杆,所述传动杆的第一端伸入所述储胶腔内,且与所述推动部连接;以及
第三驱动机构,所述第三驱动机构与所述传动杆的第二端连接,用于驱动所述传动杆沿所述储胶腔的轴向运动。
3.根据权利要求2所述曲面涂布装置,其特征在于,所述第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构和第三驱动机构均包括电机。
4.根据权利要求1所述曲面涂布装置,其特征在于,所述传动件为旋转轴。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述曲面涂布装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
控制机构,与所述第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构以及第三驱动机构电连接,用于控制所述第一驱动机构、第二驱动机构和第三驱动机构的动力输出。
6.根据权利要求5所述曲面涂布装置,其特征在于,所述控制机构包括:
参数获取单元,用于获取旋速参数、与基板间隙参数以及涂布压力参数;
运动控制单元,与所述参数获取单元连接,用于根据所述旋速参数控制所述第一驱动机构的动力输出、根据所述基板间隙参数控制所述第二驱动机构的动力输出以及根据所述涂布压力参数控制所述第三驱动机构的动力输出。
7.根据权利要求6所述曲面涂布装置,其特征在于,所述基板间隙参数为10um~30um。
8.一种涂胶设备,其特征在于,所述涂胶设备包括权利要求1~7任一项所述的曲面涂布装置。
9.根据权利要求8所述涂胶设备,其特征在于,所述涂胶部还包括:
储胶腔,所述储胶腔一端与所述涂布头密封连接;
推动部,所述推动部位于所述储胶腔内,且与所述储胶腔的大小匹配;
传动杆,所述传动杆的第一端伸入所述储胶腔内,且与所述推动部连接;以及
第三驱动机构,所述第三驱动机构与所述传动杆的第二端连接,用于驱动所述传动杆沿所述储胶腔的轴向运动;
所述设备还包括:
进料通道,用于接收涂布胶;
物料流通通道,连接于所述进料通道与所述涂胶部的储胶腔之间。
10.根据权利要求9所述涂胶设备,其特征在于,所述物料流通通道的体积大于所述储胶腔。
