具体实施方式
[0012] 由图1知,一种智能全自动断膜装置,由机架1与移动小车2组成,所述的移动小车2放置在机架1右端,所述的机架1上设有电气控制柜3、放卷装置4、前压合装置5、输送装置6、服装圆刀装置7与后压合装置8;所述的输送装置6由自动辊61、从动辊62、传动带63、输送带64与步进电机65组成,自动辊61与从动辊62通过输送带64连接,步进电机65与自动辊61通过传动带63连接;前压合装置5上设有压合辊51,压合辊51位于自动辊61的正上方;后压合装置8上设有压合辊51,压合辊51位于从动辊62的正上方;服装圆刀装置7位于前压合装置5与后压合装置8之间,其上设有切刀71,切刀71位于输送带64的上方,并在服装圆刀装置7的侧立面上设有三个传动辊73,此处的输送带64通过传导辊73避开切刀71,很好的防止切刀工作时割伤到输送带64;所述的输送带64为尼龙输送带,提高输送带64的使用寿命;所述的压合辊51均为硅胶材质的压合辊,硅胶材质的压合辊不会伤害到卷材与输送带;所述的服装圆刀装置7上设有传感器72,通过传感器72感应接收卷材信息,并将接收信息反馈给电气控制柜3,由电气控制柜3控制步进电机65、前压合装置5、后压合装置8与服装圆刀装置7工作。所述的机架1在从动辊62附近还设有涨紧辊9,通过涨紧辊9对输送带64进行松紧调节。[〇〇13] 工作时,通过电气控制柜3控制,输送装置6将卷材送到服装圆刀装置7的切刀下方,传感器72感应并将信息反馈给电气控制柜3,电气控制柜3控制输送装置6上的步进电机65停止工作,前压合装置5与后合装置8上的压合辊51下压,压住输送带64及卷材,服装圆刀装置7上的切刀71对下方的卷材进行切割,切割后各装置恢复原状态,通过输送带64将需要切割的卷材从前压合装置5处继续引入,同时己切割后的卷料从后压合装置8处输出,落入移动小车2中,进料、切割、出料无需人工操作,大大提高了生产效率,解放了劳动力。
Claims (5)
1.一种智能全自动断膜装置,由机架(I)与移动小车(2)组成,所述的移动小车(2)放置在机架(I)右端,所述的机架(I)上设有电气控制柜(3)、放卷装置(4)、前压合装置(5)、输送装置(6)、服装圆刀装置(7)与后压合装置(8);其特征在于:所述的输送装置(6)由自动辊(61)、从动辊(62)、传动带(63)、输送带(64)与步进电机(65)组成,自动辊(61)与从动辊(62)通过输送带(64)连接,步进电机(65)与自动辊(61)通过传动带(63)连接;前压合装置(5)上设有压合辊(51),压合辊(51)位于自动辊(61)的正上方;后压合装置(8)上设有压合辊(51),压合辊(51)位于从动辊(62)的正上方;所述的服装圆刀装置(7)位于前压合装置(5)与后压合装置(8)之间,其上设有切刀(71),切刀(71)位于输送带(64)的上方,并在服装圆刀装置(7)的侧立面上设有三个传动辊(73),此处的输送带(64)通过传导辊(73)避开切刀(71)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能全自动断膜装置,其特征在于:所述的输送带(64)为尼龙输送带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能全自动断膜装置,其特征在于:所述的压合辊(51)均为硅胶材质的压合辊。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能全自动断膜装置,其特征在于:所述的服装圆刀装置(7)上设有传感器(72),通过传感器(72)感应接收卷材信息,并将接收信息反馈给电气控制柜(3),由电气控制柜(3)控制步进电机(65)、前压合装置(5)、后压合装置(8)与服装圆刀装置(7)工作。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能全自动断膜装置,其特征在于:所述的机架(I)在从动辊(62)附近还设有涨紧辊(9),通过涨紧辊(9)对输送带(64)进行松紧调节。
