本发明药物是选择川楝子 、金银花、延胡索、牡丹皮、桃仁、大黄、木香、芒消、竹茹、半夏、大血藤、赤芍、败酱、蒲公英、延胡索、当归、地丁、知母、石膏、没药、乳香、陈皮、青皮、川楝子、甘草进行组合制备的，将这些药物组合使得各药物功效产生协同作用，从而能够有效治疗阑尾炎。其中选用川楝子是因为其性味苦，寒，有毒，入肝、胃、小肠经，有降湿热，清肝火，止痛，杀虫的功能，治热厥心痛，胁痛，疝痛，虫积腹痛。选用金银花是因为其性味甘，寒，入肺、胃经，有清热，解毒的功能，治温病发热，热毒血痢，痈疡，肿毒，瘰疬，痔漏。选用延胡索是因为其性味辛苦，温，入肝、胃经，有活血，散瘀，理气，止痛的功能，治心腹腰膝诸痛，月经不调，癥瘕，崩中，产后血晕，恶露不尽，跌打损伤。选用牡丹皮是因为其性味辛苦，凉，入心、肝、肾经，有清热，凉血，和血，消瘀的功能，治热入血分，发斑，惊癎，吐、衄、便血，骨蒸劳热，经闭，癥瘕，痈疡，扑损。选用桃仁是因为其性味苦甘，平，入心、肝、大肠经，有破血行瘀，润燥滑经的功能，治经闭，癥瘕，热病蓄血，血痹，疟疾，跌打损伤，瘀血肿痛，血燥便秘。选用大黄是因为其性味苦、寒，入胃、大肠、肝径，有泻热毒，破积滞，行瘀血的功能，治实热便秘，谵语发狂，食积痞满，痢疾初起，里急后重，瘀停经闭，癥瘕积聚，时行热疫，暴眼赤痛，吐血，衄血，阳黄，水肿，淋浊，溲赤，痈疡肿毒，疔疮，汤火伤。选用木香是因为其性味辛苦，温，入肺、肝、脾经，有行气止痛，温中和胃的功能，治中寒气滞，胸腹胀痛，呕吐，泄泻，下痢里急后重，寒疝。选用芒消是因为其性味辛苦咸，寒，入胃、大肠经，有泻热，润燥，软坚的功能，治实热积滞，腹胀便秘，停痰积聚，目赤障翳，丹毒，痈肿。选用竹茹是因为其性味甘，凉，入胃、胆经，有清热，凉血，化痰，止吐的功能，治烦热呕吐、呃逆，痰热咳喘，吐血，衄血，崩漏，恶阻，胎动，惊癎。选用半夏是因为其性味辛，温，有毒，入脾、胃经，有燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结的功能，治湿痰冷饮，呕吐，反胃，咳喘痰多，胸膈胀满，痰厥头痛，头晕不眠，外消痈肿。选用大血藤是因为其性味苦，平，入肝、大肠二经，有败毒消痈，活血通络，祛风杀虫的功能，治急、慢性阑尾炎，风湿痹痛，赤痢，血淋，月经不调，疳积，虫痛，跌扑损伤。选用赤芍是因为其性味苦，微寒，归肝经，有清热凉血，散瘀止痛的功能，治温毒发狂，吐血衄血，目赤肿痛，肝郁胁痛，经闭痛经，癎瘕腹痛，跌扑损伤，痈肿疮疡。选用败酱是因为其性味苦，平，入肝、胃、大肠经，有清热解毒，排脓破瘀的功能，治肠痈，下痢，赤白带下，产后瘀滞腹痛，目赤肿痛，痈肿疥癣。选用蒲公英是因为其性味苦甘，寒，入肝、胃经，有清热解毒，利尿散结的功能，治急性乳腺炎，淋巴腺炎，瘰疬，疔毒疮肿，急性结膜炎，感冒发热，急性扁桃体炎，急性支气管炎，胃炎，肝炎，胆囊炎，尿路感染。选用延胡索是因为其性味辛苦，温，入肝、胃经，有活血，散瘀，理气，止痛的功能，治心腹腰膝诸痛，月经不调，癥瘕，崩中，产后血晕，恶露不尽，跌打损伤。选用当归是因为其性味甘辛，温，入心、肝、脾经，有补血和血，调经止痛，润燥滑肠的功能，治月经不调，经闭腹痛，癥瘕结聚，崩漏，血虚头痛，眩晕，痿痹，肠燥难便，赤痢后重，痈疽疮疡，金疮，跌扑损伤。选用地丁是因为其性味苦，寒，入心、肝经，有清热利湿，解毒消肿的功能，治疔疮，痈肿，瘰疬，黄疸，痢疾，腹泻，目赤，喉痹，毒蛇咬伤。选用知母是因为其性味苦，寒，入肺、胃、肾经，有滋阴降火，润燥滑肠的功能，治烦热消渴，骨蒸劳热，肺热咳嗽，大便燥结，小便不利。选用石膏是因为其性味辛甘，寒，入肺、胃经，生用有解肌清热，除烦止渴的功能，治热病壮热不退，心烦神昏，谵语发狂，口渴咽干，肺热喘急，中暑自汗，胃火头痛、牙痛，热毒壅盛，发斑发疹，口舌生疮，煅敷生肌敛疮，外治痈疽疮疡，溃不收回，汤火烫伤。选用没药是因为其性味苦，平，入肝经，有散血去瘀，消肿定痛的功能，治跌损，金疮，筋骨，心腹诸痛，癥瘕，经闭，痈疽肿痛，痔漏，目障。选用乳香是因为其性味辛苦，温，入心、肝、脾经，有调气活血，定痛，追毒的功能，治气血凝滞，心腹疼痛，痈疮肿毒，跌打损伤，痛经，产后瘀血刺痛。选用陈皮是因为其性味苦、辛，温，归肺、脾经，有理气健脾，燥湿化痰的功能，治胸脘胀满，食少吐泻，咳嗽痰多。选用青皮是因为其性味苦辛，微温，入肝、胆经，有疏肝破气，散结消痰的功能，治胸胁胃脘疼痛，疝气，食积，乳肿，乳核，久疟癖块。选用甘草是因为其性味甘平，入脾、胃、肺经，有和中缓急，润肺，解毒，调和诸药的功能，炙用治脾胃虚弱，食少，腹痛便溏，劳倦发热，肺痿咳嗽，心悸，惊痈，生用治咽喉肿痛，消化性溃疡，痈疽疮疡，解药毒及食物中毒。
具体实施方式
本发明组分的药物用量也是发明人经过大量摸索总结得出的，各组分的用量在下述重量范围内都具有较好的疗效：
川楝子10-20克，金银花10-20克，延胡索5-15克，牡丹皮5-15克，桃仁5-15克，大黄5-15克，木香5-15克，芒消5-15克，竹茹5-15克，半夏5-15克，大血藤35-45克，赤芍10-14克，败酱25-35克，蒲公英25-35克，延胡索5-15克，当归15-25克，地丁15-25克，知母10-20克，石膏5-15克，没药10-14克，乳香10-14克，陈皮5-15克，青皮5-15克，川楝子15-25克，甘草5-15克。
优选为：
川楝子15克，金银花15克，延胡索10克，牡丹皮10克，桃仁10克，大黄10克，木香10克，芒消10克，竹茹10克，半夏10克，大血藤40克，赤芍12克，败酱30克，蒲公英30克，延胡索10克，当归20克，地丁20克，知母15克，石膏10克，没药12克，乳香12克，陈皮10克，青皮10克，川楝子20克，甘草10克。
本发明药物的制备方法如下
一、备料
1、川楝子：拣去杂质，洗净，烘干，轧碎或劈成两半；
2、金银花：筛去泥沙，拣净杂质；
3、延胡索：拣去杂质，用水浸泡，洗净，晒晾，润至内外湿度均匀，切片或打碎；
4、牡丹皮：拣去杂质，除去木心，洗净，润透，切片，晾干；
5、桃仁：除去硬壳杂质，置沸水锅中煮至外皮微皱，捞出，浸入凉水中，搓去种皮，晒干，簸净；
6、大黄：拣净杂质，大小分档，闷润至内外湿度均匀，切片或切成小块、晒干；
7、木香：将原生药放清水内洗净，捞出，闷润12—24小时使软，切片，晒干；
8、芒消：取天然产的芒消，经煮炼、过滤、冷却后，取上层的结晶为芒消；
9、竹茹：除去硬竹签、杂质，抖掉灰屑，揉成小团或切段；
10、半夏：拣去杂质，筛去灰屑；
11、大血藤：用水浸泡，洗净泥屑，润透，切片，晒干；
12、赤芍：取原药材，除去杂质，大小分档，洗净，润透，切薄片，干燥，筛去碎屑；
13、败酱：取原药材，除去杂质，用水喷淋，稍晾，切段，干燥；
14、蒲公英：拣去杂质，洗净泥土，切段，晒干；
15、延胡索：拣去杂质，用水浸泡，洗净，晒晾，润至内外湿度均匀，切片或打碎；
16、当归：拣去杂质，洗净，闷润，稍晾至内外湿度适宜时，切片晒干；
17、地丁：拣净杂质，用水洗去泥土，切段，晒干；
18、知母：拣净杂质，用水撞洗，捞出，润软，切片晒干；
19、石膏：去净杂石，洗净泥土，打碎成小块；
20、没药：拣去杂质，打成碎块；
21、乳香：拣去砂子杂质；
22、陈皮：取原药材，除去杂质及变黑的果皮，抢水洗净，润软，切丝，晒干或低温干燥，筛去灰屑；
23、青皮：拣净杂质，用水浸泡，捞出，润透，切片，晒干；
24、甘草：拣去杂质，洗净，用水浸泡至八成透时，捞出，润透，切片，晾干。
二、制备
1、将所述重量的川楝子 、金银花、延胡索、牡丹皮、桃仁、大黄、木香、芒消、竹茹、半夏、大血藤、赤芍、败酱、蒲公英、延胡索、当归、地丁、知母、石膏、没药、乳香、陈皮、青皮、川楝子、甘草放入煎药容器内，加水7倍量，浸泡90分钟后，武火煎煮沸腾，再用文火煎煮20分钟，过滤得第一次煎煮液，将第一次煎煮液倒入容器内；
2、将过滤的药渣加水6倍量，武火煮沸，再用文火煎煮20分钟，过滤得第二次煎煮液；
3、将两次煎煮液混合搅拌均匀，分为3剂服用。
组方中延胡索有活血散瘀，理气止痛的功能为君药；木香有行气止痛，温中和胃的功能；大血藤有败毒消痈，活血通络，祛风杀虫的功能，二者为臣药，三味药共同发挥活血散瘀，理气止痛，败毒消痈，活血通络，祛风杀虫的作用，治疗阑尾炎效力全面，且以活血散瘀，理气止痛，败毒消痈为主可治本，败酱有清热解毒，排脓破瘀的功能为佐药，没药有散血去瘀，消肿定痛的功能为使药，与下余诸药是治标。
本发明药物具有活血散瘀，理气止痛，败毒消痈，活血通络，清热解毒的功能，用于治疗阑尾炎，疗程短、见效快、治愈后不复发。
以下通过试验例来进一步阐述本发明所述药物的有益效果，这些试验例包括本发明药物的动物毒性试验报告和临床疗效观察资料。
[试验例1]本发明药物的动物毒性试验报告：
取家兔30只，雌雄兼用，体重2.0—2.5kg，分两组，每组15只，其中一组为超剂量试验组，另一组为正常量试验组。超常量组为20ml/kg，正常量为10ml/kg，给药方式为灌胃法给药，每天两次，连服7天，每天观察给药反应，结果表明二组家兔活动、饮食正常，药物无不良毒副作用。
[试验例2]本发明药物的临床疗效观察
1、一般资料
收治阑尾炎门诊患者共33例。
2、诊断标准
阑尾炎典型症状为右下腹疼痛、恶心、呕吐、便秘或腹泻、低烧、食欲不振和腹胀等；腹痛开始的部位多在上腹部、剑突下或肚脐周围，约经6-8小时后，腹痛部位逐渐下移，最后固定于右下腹部。咳嗽、打喷嚏或按压时，右下腹都会疼痛。
3、治疗方法
选用上述药剂，给患者服用，每次服用1剂，每天早、中、晚各服1次，7天为一个疗程，连续服用3个疗程。
4、疗效评定标准
显效：阑尾炎症状消失，恢复正常，痊愈；
好转：阑尾炎症状明显好转，恶心、呕吐、低烧、腹痛得到有效控制，阑尾逐步恢复正常；
无效：达不到好转标准者。
5、治疗结果（见下表）
在上述治疗中，用本发明药物治疗阑尾炎患者33例，结果显效21例，显效率为81.8%，好转4例，好转率为12.1%，无效2例，总有效率为93.9%。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗阑尾炎的药物，其特征在于：它是由下列重量范围内的原料药制成：
川楝子10-20克，金银花10-20克，延胡索5-15克，牡丹皮5-15克，桃仁5-15克，大黄5-15克，木香5-15克，芒消5-15克，竹茹5-15克，半夏5-15克，大血藤35-45克，赤芍10-14克，败酱25-35克，蒲公英25-35克，延胡索5-15克，当归15-25克，地丁15-25克，知母10-20克，石膏5-15克，没药10-14克，乳香10-14克，陈皮5-15克，青皮5-15克，川楝子15-25克，甘草5-15克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物，其中各原料药的用量为：
川楝子15克，金银花15克，延胡索10克，牡丹皮10克，桃仁10克，大黄10克，木香10克，芒消10克，竹茹10克，半夏10克，大血藤40克，赤芍12克，败酱30克，蒲公英30克，延胡索10克，当归20克，地丁20克，知母15克，石膏10克，没药12克，乳香12克，陈皮10克，青皮10克，川楝子20克，甘草10克。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述药物的制备方法，它包括下列步骤：
（一）备料
（1）川楝子：拣去杂质，洗净，烘干，轧碎或劈成两半；
（2）金银花：筛去泥沙，拣净杂质；
（3）延胡索：拣去杂质，用水浸泡，洗净，晒晾，润至内外湿度均匀，切片或打碎；
（4）牡丹皮：拣去杂质，除去木心，洗净，润透，切片，晾干；
（5）桃仁：除去硬壳杂质，置沸水锅中煮至外皮微皱，捞出，浸入凉水中，搓去种皮，晒干，簸净；
（6）大黄：拣净杂质，大小分档，闷润至内外湿度均匀，切片或切成小块、晒干；
（7）木香：将原生药放清水内洗净，捞出，闷润12—24小时使软，切片，晒干；
（8）芒消：取天然产的芒消，经煮炼、过滤、冷却后，取上层的结晶为芒消；
（9）竹茹：除去硬竹签、杂质，抖掉灰屑，揉成小团或切段；
（10）半夏：拣去杂质，筛去灰屑；
（11）大血藤：用水浸泡，洗净泥屑，润透，切片，晒干；
（12）赤芍：取原药材，除去杂质，大小分档，洗净，润透，切薄片，干燥，筛去碎屑；
（13）败酱：取原药材，除去杂质，用水喷淋，稍晾，切段，干燥；
（14）蒲公英：拣去杂质，洗净泥土，切段，晒干；
（15）延胡索：拣去杂质，用水浸泡，洗净，晒晾，润至内外湿度均匀，切片或打碎；
（16）当归：拣去杂质，洗净，闷润，稍晾至内外湿度适宜时，切片晒干；
（17）地丁：拣净杂质，用水洗去泥土，切段，晒干；
（18）知母：拣净杂质，用水撞洗，捞出，润软，切片晒干；
（19）石膏：去净杂石，洗净泥土，打碎成小块；
（20）没药：拣去杂质，打成碎块；
（21）乳香：拣去砂子杂质；
（22）陈皮：取原药材，除去杂质及变黑的果皮，抢水洗净，润软，切丝，晒干或低温干燥，筛去灰屑；
（23）青皮：拣净杂质，用水浸泡，捞出，润透，切片，晒干；
（24）甘草：拣去杂质，洗净，用水浸泡至八成透时，捞出，润透，切片，晾干；
（二）制备
（1）将所述重量的川楝子 、金银花、延胡索、牡丹皮、桃仁、大黄、木香、芒消、竹茹、半夏、大血藤、赤芍、败酱、蒲公英、延胡索、当归、地丁、知母、石膏、没药、乳香、陈皮、青皮、川楝子、甘草放入煎药容器内，加水7倍量，浸泡90分钟后，武火煎煮沸腾，再用文火煎煮20分钟，过滤得第一次煎煮液，将第一次煎煮液倒入容器内；
（2）将过滤的药渣加水6倍量，武火煮沸，再用文火煎煮20分钟，过滤得第二次煎煮液；
（3）将两次煎煮液混合搅拌均匀，分为3剂服用。
