红曲也称“丹曲”,一直被认为是具有药用和食用双重功效的产品。红曲的应用在我国有着很长的历史,红曲烹调食物的最早记录见于五代陶谷的《清异录》,“有赐绯羊,其法以红曲煮肉,紧卷,石镇,深入酒骨腌透,切如纸薄袄,乃进”,也是红曲色素应用于食品方面的最早记录。明代李时珍在《本草纲目》中记述了红曲在中医学中的应用:“红曲主治消食活血,健脾燥胃,治赤白痢,下水谷。酿酒,破血行药势,治打扑伤损”。现代科学研究报告表明,红曲菌能产生多种次级代谢产物,主要是红曲色素,Monacolin K;红曲中Monacolin K有两种存在形式,分别是酸式和内酯式,其中实际在人体内真正起抑制HMG-CoA还原酶作用的是酸式结构的Monacolin K。而服用以内酯式洛伐他汀的降脂药物后,人体会产生一种羧基酯酶,将其水解成酸型洛伐他汀,再起降脂作用,这个过程会造成人体肝肾负担加重,对部分人有不良作用,并且酸式Monacolin K极不稳定,容易受外界条件影响转化为内酯式Monacolin K。此外红曲米中还含有麦角固醇、葡萄糖胺、γ~氨基丁酸(GABA),不饱和脂肪酸、红曲多糖、黄酮等多种生理活性物质。正是这些生理活性物质赋予了红曲具有降血脂、降血压、抗氧化、抗菌、抗疲劳、软化血管、预防老年痴呆等多重功效,并且使其具有很高的商业价值。
如何能将减肥的传统中草药配方融入到饼干中,使人们在食用饼干的同时,能吸收中草药成分,食用与治疗、预防一举两得。所以,我们可以从改善小麦浸泡的程序入手,来改善饼干的营养价值和健康品质。如何将健康,绿色保健等概念融入到饼干中,这正是本发明将要研讨的核心问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种保健饼干,该保健饼干在生产工艺中加入一种减肥的中草药配方,该保健饼干在生产工艺中没有加入任何色素、添加剂、化学成分及矿物质,且具有治疗、预防疾病的健康功效。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种保健饼干,所述保健饼干包括有小麦原料1000克、中草药、香料和辅料;
所述中草药组份及重量份数配比为:红曲12克、黄精8克、玛咖7克、川芎8克、首乌12克、泽泻9克、山楂11克、丹参15克、茵陈16克、水牛角14克、桔皮8克、生大黄5克,花蕊石5克,石榴皮7克,赤小豆15克;以上中草药组合在一起构成一种减肥的中草药配方;
所述香料组份及重量份数配比为:丁香4克、肉桂4克;
所述辅料组份及重量份数配比为:番茄和红萝卜各150克或苦瓜、芹菜和菠菜各150克。
本发明的保健饼干的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)在锅内倒入2500克清水,将上述的中草药和香料投入锅内,先用大火熬制30分钟,后用小火熬制45分钟后停火,待冷却后滤出水溶液,备用;
2)将中草药和香料按上述组份及重量份数配比另备一份,一起上制粉机,经过反复磨粉后,得中草药和香料的混合粉;
3)取小麦原料1000克淘洗干净,再取步骤2)中制备的混合粉一起放入步骤1)中的水溶液浸泡24h,并加入1.2%的食用碱调解浸泡液的pH值,使小麦原料充分足够的吸收中草药、香料成分而膨胀;
4)将步骤3)中的小麦过滤制作成面粉,将辅料榨汁备用;
5)将步骤4)中的面粉和辅料混合成团,饧半小时;
6)用擀面杖把面团擀成厚薄均匀的大面片,用模子压出形状;饼干厚度0.3-0.6cm即可,放入烤箱烤20分钟即可食用。
本发明保健饼干的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述辅料加入到用于制作保健饼干的混合成团工艺中;在混合成团工艺中加入番茄和红萝卜,保健饼干的成品表面为淡红色;加入苦瓜、芹菜和菠菜,保健饼干的成品表面为淡绿色,并增加了保健饼干中含有各种维生素成分,且具有治疗、预防疾病的健康绿色功效的食品之一本发明创造性的以红曲、玛咖为原料,还将其与鸡蛋、起酥油混合在一起,有效改善红曲玛咖饼干的风味、口感、均一性等,大大提升了产品的感官评价,是非常有价值的一个配方,另外其能补充人体所需的多种氨基酸,具有很好的滋补作用。
本发明一种保健饼干及其生产工艺的有益效果是:该保健饼干在生产工艺中没有加入任何色素、添加剂、化学成分及矿物质,且具有治疗、预防疾病的健康功效。此外、本发明的配方不仅可发挥组分的各自功效,又可体现上述组分的协同功效,强化了预防肥胖的功效,且均衡了营养,互相促进吸收。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
一种保健饼干,所述保健饼干包括有小麦原料1000克、中草药、香料和辅料;
所述中草药组份及重量份数配比为:红曲12克、黄精8克、玛咖7克、川芎8克、首乌12克、泽泻9克、山楂11克、丹参15克、茵陈16克、水牛角14克、桔皮8克、生大黄5克,花蕊石5克,石榴皮7克,赤小豆15克;以上中草药组合在一起构成一种减肥的中草药配方;
所述香料组份及重量份数配比为:丁香4克、肉桂4克;
所述辅料组份及重量份数配比为:番茄和红萝卜各150克或苦瓜、芹菜和菠菜各150克。

典型案例
何某,女,38岁,身高1.6米,体重155斤并且体弱多病,已有两年多。每天食用保健饼干200-300克,连续食用三个月后体重减轻20斤,食用六个后体重减轻至110斤,体质也有了很大的改善,更精神,而且没发烧感冒之类的小毛病,在服用期间没有出现呕吐、头晕、疼痛等症状,因此本发明具有治疗稳定、无副作用的功效。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (3)
1.一种保健饼干,其特征在于:所述保健饼干包括有小麦原料1000克、中草药、香料和辅料;
所述中草药组份及重量份数配比为:红曲12克、黄精8克、玛咖7克、川芎8克、首乌12克、泽泻9克、山楂11克、丹参15克、茵陈16克、水牛角14克、桔皮8克、生大黄5克,花蕊石5克,石榴皮7克,赤小豆15克;以上中草药组合在一起构成一种减肥的中草药配方;
所述香料组份及重量份数配比为:丁香4克、肉桂4克;
所述辅料组份及重量份数配比为:番茄和红萝卜各150克或苦瓜、芹菜和菠菜各150克。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的保健饼干的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)在锅内倒入2500克清水,将上述的中草药和香料投入锅内,先用大火熬制30分钟,后用小火熬制45分钟后停火,待冷却后滤出水溶液,备用;
2)将中草药和香料按上述组份及重量份数配比另备一份,一起上制粉机,经过反复磨粉后,得中草药和香料的混合粉;
3)取小麦原料1000克淘洗干净,再取步骤2)中制备的混合粉一起放入步骤1)中的水溶液浸泡24h,并加入1.2%的食用碱调解浸泡液的pH值,使小麦原料充分足够的吸收中草药、香料成分而膨胀;

3.一种如权利要求1所述的保健饼干的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述辅料加入到用于制作保健饼干的混合成团工艺中;在混合成团工艺中加入番茄和红萝卜,保健饼干的成品表面为淡红色;加入苦瓜、芹菜和菠菜,保健饼干的成品表面为淡绿色,并增加了保健饼干中含有各种维生素成分,且具有治疗、预防疾病的健康绿色功效的食品之一。
