Claims (10)
- 한약재 추출물 100중량부에 졸인 밤 10~20중량부, 은행 1~5중량부, 대추 1~5중량부 및 잣 1~5중량부를 포함하되,
상기 한약재 추출물은 법제된 작약 100중량부에 법제된 당귀 30~50중량부, 법제된 천궁 30~50중량부, 법제된 숙지황 30~50중량부, 법제된 황기 30~50중량부, 법제된 육계 10~30중량부, 법제된 대추 30~50중량부, 법제된 건강 10~30중량부, 법제된 감초 10~30중량부, 법제된 갈근 30~50중량부, 법제된 용안육 10~30중량부, 법제된 오미자 10~30중량부, 법제된 맥문동 30~50중량부 및 법제된 구기자 10~30중량부를 중탕한 추출물을 사용하는,
밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 졸인 밤은 건조한 밤 100중량부에 유기농 원당 50~70중량부 및 한약재 발효액 290~310중량부를 혼합한 후에 졸이되,
상기 한약재 발효액은 작약 100중량부에 당귀 60~70중량부, 천궁 60~70중량부, 숙지황 60~70중량부, 황기 60~70중량부, 육계 30~40중량부, 대추 10~30중량부, 건강 30~40중량부 및 감초 30~40중량부를 혼합한 후에 오렌지 1,900~2,100중량부 및 유기농 원당 1,900~2,100중량부를 이용하여 발효시킨 발효액을 사용하는,
밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕 100중량부에 생강청 1~5중량부를 추가적으로 포함하되,
상기 생강청은 생강추출액 100중량부에 마스코바도 70~90중량부, 계피 1~5중량부 및 대추 0.1~1중량부를 포함하는,
밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕 100중량부에 약과분말 1~5중량부를 추가적으로 포함하되,
상기 약과분말은 밀가루 100중량부에 찹쌀가루 10~20중량부, 도너츠가루 20~30중량부, 밤가루 5~10중량부, 생강가루 1~5중량부, 베이킹파우더 0.1~1중량부, 이스트 0.1~1중량부, 식용류 1~10중량부, 계란 50~60중량부 및 설탕 40~50중량부를 혼합하여 반죽하고 숙성시킨 후 튀겨서 약과를 만들고 분말화하는,
밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕 100중량부에 월병분말 1~5중량부를 추가적으로 포함하되,
상기 월병분말은 박력분 100중량부에 베이킹파우더 0.1~1중량부, 아몬드파우더 40~50중량부, 설탕 10~20중량부, 연유 40~50중량부, 버터 10~20중량부, 계란 30~40중량부, 앙금 240~260중량부, 밤 20~30중량부 및 호두 20~30중량부를 오븐에 구워 월병을 만들고 분말화하는,
밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕 100중량부에 숙면 증진 조성물 1~5중량부를 추가적으로 포함하되,
상기 숙면 증진 조성물은 돼지감자 50~60중량%, 아몬드 20~30중량%, 키위 10~20중량%, 바나나 5~10중량% 및 양파 1~5중량%를 혼합한 혼합물의 추출액을 사용하는,
밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕.
- 한약재 추출물을 제조하는 단계(단계 1);
졸인 밤을 제조하는 단계(단계 2); 및
상기 한약재 추출물 100중량부에 졸인 밤 10~20중량부, 은행 1~5중량부, 대추 1~5중량부 및 잣 1~5중량부를 포함하여 밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕을 제조하는 단계(단계 3);
를 포함하는,
밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 단계 1에서, 상기 한약재 추출물은
작약, 당귀, 천궁, 숙지황, 황기, 육계, 대추, 건강, 감초, 갈근, 용안육, 오미자, 맥문동 및 구기자를 각각 별도로 법제하는 단계(S 1);
상기 법제된 작약 100중량부에 법제된 당귀 30~50중량부, 법제된 천궁 30~50중량부, 법제된 숙지황 30~50중량부, 법제된 황기 30~50중량부, 법제된 육계 10~30중량부, 법제된 대추 30~50중량부, 법제된 건강 10~30중량부, 법제된 감초 10~30중량부, 법제된 갈근 30~50중량부, 법제된 용안육 10~30중량부, 법제된 오미자 10~30중량부, 법제된 맥문동 30~50중량부 및 법제된 구기자 10~30중량부를 혼합하여 제1 혼합물을 만드는 단계(S 2);
상기 제1 혼합물 1㎏에 대하여 물 3~4ℓ를 섞은 뒤 100~105℃에서 1~2시간 동안 열수추출하는 단계(S 3); 및
상기 추출액을 81~85℃에서 3~4시간 동안 중탕 가열하는 단계(S 4);
를 포함하여 제조하되,
상기 S 1는, 가마솥에 물을 끓여 증기가 생성되면 대나무 받침을 가마솥에 넣고 채반을 얹은 후, 채반 위에 각각의 한약재를 배열하여 1~2분 동안 찌는 1차 법제 과정을 수행하고,
상기 1차 법제 처리된 각각의 한약재를 30~40분 동안 건조하고,
가마솥 뚜껑을 뒤집은 후, 1차 법제 처리된 각각의 한약재를 4~5분 동안 덖는 2차 법제 과정을 수행하는,
밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 단계 2에서 상기 졸인 밤은 건조한 밤 100중량부에 유기농 원당 50~70중량부 및 한약재 발효액 290~310중량부를 혼합한 후에 10~15분 동안 졸여서 제조하되,
상기 한약재 발효액은,
작약 100중량부에 당귀 60~70중량부, 천궁 60~70중량부, 숙지황 60~70중량부, 황기 60~70중량부, 육계 30~40중량부, 대추 10~30중량부, 건강 30~40중량부 및 감초 30~40중량부를 혼합하여 제2 혼합물을 만드는 단계(S 5);
오렌지와 유기농 원당을 중량비 1: 1 로 혼합한 20~30분 동안 교반하여 제3 혼합물을 만드는 단계(S 6);
소독한 항아리에 상기 제3 혼합물 100중량부와 제2 혼합물 10~20중량부를 넣고 골고루 섞은 후 면포로 덮어 통풍이 잘 되는 곳에서 80~100일 동안 20~25℃에서 1차 발효시켜 1차 발효물을 만드는 단계(S 7); 및
상기 1차 발효물 중의 상등액을 발효용기에 넣고 10~20일 동안 20~25℃에서 2차 발효시켜 2차 발효물을 만드는 단계(S 8);
를 포함하여 제조하는,
밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕의 제조방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,
상기 단계 3 이후에,
상기 밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕 100중량부에 생강청 1~5중량부, 약과분말 1~5중량부, 월병분말 1~5중량부 및 숙면 증진 조성물 1~5중량부를 추가적으로 포함하되,
상기 생강청은 생강추출액 1ℓ에 마스코바도 800g을 넣고 6~7시간 동안 끓인 후에, 덖은 계피 20g 및 덖은 대추 6g을 넣고 2시간 동안 더 달여서 제조하며,
상기 생강추출액은 생강 100중량부에 정제수 500~600중량부를 첨가한 후 95~100℃의 온도에서 3~4시간 동안 추출하는,
밤을 포함하는 쌍화탕의 제조방법.
