本发明涉及一种双层高清数码印花毛巾的生产方法,设计开发了一种双层纱布的毛巾组织并与数码印花技术结合,制得一种双层高清数码印花毛巾。此发明大大提高了产品的颜色鲜艳度和印制清晰度,有效的解决了圈绒类织物印制效果差、易干版、清晰度低等缺点,可以大大提高花型清晰度,产品整体上效果更加细腻,将数码印花花型精细,颜色丰富的特点,发挥到极致。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种双层高清数码印花毛巾的生产方法。
背景技术
纺织品数码印花虽然是一个新兴产品,有着极高的市场价值,但目前存在状况是“普遍”和“单调”。印制工艺上企业普遍的通病都是坯布单一,印制效果单一,产品雷同。尤其是在毛巾类数码印花中,由于毛巾本身圈绒类织物的特点,无法真正体现数码印花的高清效果,这一点相比其他坯布也成为毛巾数码印花产品的一个缺陷。而本发明正是为了解决以上问题,采用特殊织造的双层纱布坯布以及特殊的ICC曲线可以达到极佳的印制效果,大大提高了毛巾产品的印花清晰度,真正达到了高清数码印花的效果。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种双层高清数码印花毛巾的生产方法,该技术是将数码毛巾印花进一步拓展,设计开发了一种双层纱布的毛巾组织并与数码印花技术结合,制得一种双层高清数码印花毛巾。此发明大大提高了产品的颜色鲜艳度和印制清晰度,有效的解决了圈绒类织物印制效果差、易干版、清晰度低等缺点,可以大大提高花型清晰度,产品整体上效果更加细腻,将数码印花花型精细,颜色丰富的特点,发挥到极致。因此花型设计精细,分辨率达到720dpi,符合并能满足数码工艺印制。坯巾织造要求双层纱布组织紧密,纱布面密度合适,既不出现松弛变形的情况,也不能出现双层密度悬殊过大而导致的缩率不一致情况。前处理手感要蓬松,印花前的整理上浆要均匀,才能保证产品的印制清晰度和一致性。印制时的出墨量要根据印制效果进行调节,另外也可以通过印花前整理上浆的配方和上浆率大小来控制颜色、清晰度和渗透之间的关系。具体制备方式如下:
(1)坯巾工艺设计:数码印花在割绒毛巾上印制时,容易产生割绒面较厚,颜色渗透浅,出现类似露白的印制瑕疵,从而不利于将数码印花高清精细的特点很好的发挥出来。因此在布面上印花,选定毛巾双层组织,一面是毛圈保留了毛巾的应用功能,一面是平布,消除露底的影响最大限度的展现数码的高清精细的特点。另外,选定的毛巾双层组织不同于普通的平布,它既要起毛,又要交织平布,所以在它平布一面密度达不到正常平布面料的程度,相对稀疏,这就在一定程度上影响了数码印花的清晰度。为了改善这个问题,本发明在毛巾双层纱布一面加入了50%的粘胶,利用粘胶渗色效果好的原理,来使得产品具有更加高清的效果。具体定制参数选用60#,330pcs/dm的纬密,总体的目的就是保持手感的同时,尽量是纱布紧密。
本步骤中所述的50%的粘胶为现有技术。
(2)坯巾前处理:由于本发明纱布面采用的粘胶棉混纺,在练漂时坯巾上比较容易沾上毛羽、毛球,在处理此种坯巾时,要特别进行“吃毛”处理,具体使用纤维素抛光酶,处理掉坯巾表面附着的棉短绒,达到坯巾表面光洁的作用,从而既保持纱布面洁净,防止数码印花在印制时有毛羽会造成漏花型、露白的现象,又使得产品清爽洁净,更加适合使用。本发明前处理使用茶皂素工艺进行处理,此工艺不需要双氧水和火碱,可以降低对于棉纤维的损伤,具体工艺为:
卜公茶皂素8g/L ;
复配增效剂6% ;
汽蒸温度: 95℃-100℃;
汽蒸时间:45min-50min ;
漂液液面:漂液液面不低于标志线;
车速:14m/min(车速根据辊床速度以及坯巾品种可做相应的调整。);
轧余率:轻薄坯巾:140%-150%,厚重坯巾:150%-160%;
温洗:80-90℃;
增白:①增白温度:60℃-70℃;
②增白剂加入:增白剂要保证两边流量均匀、一致。
酸洗:酸洗液pH控制在5.5-6.5,保证布面pH=6.5-7.5
工艺操作时注意,化料时复配增效剂必须先用60℃左右的热水化开;向浸轧槽放料前,一定要将料搅拌均匀。辊床内存布:辊床内存布不能过厚,以免造成炼漂不透现象;辊床内存布一定要充足,存布不能退后于标志线。另外,①要注意换品种时要及时调整带液。②保证辊子两边轧余率一致,就要做到及时检查、调整轧余率,及时清除辊子上吸附的花毛(要求1小时检查一次轧余率情况,并清除辊子上花毛)。出货标准:①炼漂匀透;②坯巾白度一致;③毛效一致(毛效高低,根据印制车台和花型需要调整)④手感蓬松⑤退浆残余率0.6%-0.8%。
(3)浆料配置:浆料配方根据数码印花的特殊性设置,浆料配方为包含有糊料(海藻酸钠)、尿素、小苏打、渗透剂、防染盐助剂,其中各助剂的使用量为海藻酸钠18-25g/L;尿素70g-85/L;小苏打55-70g/L;防染盐为3-硝基苯磺酸钠05-1.5g/L,其主要用作还原染料色地防染印花时的防白剂。活性染料印花时的色光保护剂,还可用作修理花布浮雕用剂还原染料色纱织物煮炼时的白地保护剂包;渗透剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(JFC)1-3g/L,属非离子表面活性剂;同时浆料配置要充分考虑到双层织物的特殊组织特点,在保证清晰度的基础上控制好渗透。
(4)坯巾上浆:坯巾在印制前经过一个磁力辊筒,下轧辊下方有个浆料槽,下轧辊上分布规则的凹槽图案,在滚动中从浆料槽中均匀带出浆料在下轧辊上,然后再通过滚筒将浆料传到上轧辊,浆料在上轧辊均匀分布,坯巾在经过上下轧辊时,由上轧辊再对坯巾印花面进行均匀上浆,其中车速150米/小时,磁力辊筒的磁力为2-3N。
(5)特殊ICC印制曲线:模式:CMYK RESX:720DPI RESX:360DPI SATURATION:200%PASSES:4。
本发明的有益效果:本发明大大提高了产品的颜色鲜艳度和印制清晰度,有效的解决了圈绒类织物印制效果差、易干版、清晰度低等缺点,可以大大提高花型清晰度,产品整体上效果更加细腻,将数码印花花型精细,颜色丰富的特点,发挥到极致。
具体实施方式:
一种双层高清数码印花毛巾的生产方法,包括坯巾工艺设计,坯巾前处理,浆料配置,坯巾上浆,特殊ICC印制曲线;
其具体的生产方法如下:
(1)坯巾工艺设计:选定毛巾双层组织,一面是毛圈,一面是平布,另外在毛巾双层纱布一面加入了50%的粘胶。具体定制参数选用60#,330pcs/dm的纬密,总体的目的就是保持手感的同时,尽量是纱布紧密。
(2)坯巾前处理:漂液工艺处方:
卜公茶皂素8g/L;
复配增效剂6% ;
汽蒸温度: 95℃-100℃;
汽蒸时间:45min-50min ;
漂液液面:漂液液面不低于标志线;
车速:14m/min(车速根据辊床速度以及坯巾品种可做相应的调整);
轧余率:轻薄坯巾:140%-150%,厚重坯巾:150%-160%;
温洗:80-90℃;
增白:①增白温度:60℃-70℃;

(4)坯巾上浆:坯巾在印制前经过一个磁力辊筒,下轧辊下方有个浆料槽,下轧辊上分布规则的凹槽图案,在滚动中从浆料槽中均匀带出浆料在下轧辊上,然后再通过滚筒将浆料传到上轧辊,浆料在上轧辊均匀分布,坯巾在经过上下轧辊时,由上轧辊再对坯巾印花面进行均匀上浆,其中车速150米/小时,磁力辊筒的磁力为2-3N。
(5)特殊ICC印制曲线:模式:CMYK RESX:720DPI RESX:360DPI SATURATION:200%PASSES:4。

1.一种双层高清数码印花毛巾的生产方法,其特征在于:其具体的生产方法如下:
(1)坯巾工艺设计:选定毛巾双层组织,一面是毛圈,一面是平布,同时毛巾双层纱布一面加入了50%的粘胶;
(2)坯巾前处理:漂液工艺处方:卜公茶皂素8g/l;复配增效剂6%;汽蒸温度:95℃-100℃;汽蒸时间:45min-50min;
漂液液面:漂液液面不低于标志线;
车速:14m/min;轧余率:轻薄坯巾:140%-150%,厚重坯巾:150%-160%;
温洗:80-90℃;
增白:①增白温度:60℃-70℃;
酸洗:酸洗液pH控制在5.5-6.5,保证布面pH=6.5-7.5;
