本发明提供了一种混纺面料的染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)烧毛:采用烧毛机对混纺面料进行烧毛,去除混纺面料表面的毛羽;
(2)退浆:首先采用均匀轧车对烧毛后的混纺面料进行浸轧处理,将经过浸轧处理的混纺面料在38-42℃条件下,冷堆45-50小时,所述浸轧处理过程中使用浸轧处理液对混纺面料进行处理,所述浸轧处理液包括以下重量份数的组分:58-72份液碱、2.5-3.6份双氧水、1.5-2.0份氧化退浆剂TF-127K、0.5-1.5份高效精炼剂TF-188、1-3份碱减量渗透剂TF-107;
将经过冷堆后的混纺面料在平幅退浆机上进行平幅工艺处理,所述平幅工艺处理采用平幅处理液进行处理,所述平幅处理液包括以下重量份数的组分:25-30份液碱、1.2-1.5份螯合分散剂TF-510C、0.5-0.8份高效精炼剂TF-188 、0.8-1.2份碱减量渗透剂TF-107以及1.1-1.5份去油污剂TF-126A;
(3)漂白:使用漂白处理液对退浆后的混纺面料进行漂白处理,所述漂白处理液包括以下重量份数的组分:35-45份双氧水、25-40份三聚磷酸钠、5-15份次氯酸钠、15-20份草酸以及5-20份醋酸;
(4)染色:先将染料加入染缸中配制成染液,然后将漂白后的混纺面料加入染缸中浸泡30min后取出烘干,烘干后使用清水对混纺面料进行漂洗,漂洗完成后将染色后的面料自然晾干,所述染液包括以下重量份数的组分:1-2份硫酸镁、4-5份亚氨基二乙酸、2-4份羧甲基纤维素、0.5-1.5份壳聚糖季铵盐、30-50份植物染料、145-160份去离子水、1-2份谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、1-2份烷基磺酸钠、2-3份三乙烯四胺、0.3-0.8份云母粉;
(5)水洗:将染色后的混纺面料在35℃下进行多次水洗;
(6)汽蒸:采用蒸烫机对水洗后的混纺面料进行汽蒸处理,在100℃-110℃温度下汽蒸12min,蒸烫机的压力为85kPa;
(7)扩幅处理:将汽蒸处理后的混纺面料放入拉幅定型机中进行扩幅12%-18%;
(8)高温定型:将扩幅后的混纺面料进行高温定型,高温定型完成后将混纺面料卷至卷筒上并入库保存。

(5)水洗:将染色后的混纺面料在35℃下进行多次水洗;
(6)汽蒸:采用蒸烫机对水洗后的混纺面料进行汽蒸处理,在100℃-110℃温度下汽蒸12min,蒸烫机的压力为85kPa;
(7)扩幅处理:将汽蒸处理后的混纺面料放入拉幅定型机中进行扩幅12%-18%;
(8)高温定型:将扩幅后的混纺面料进行高温定型,高温定型完成后将混纺面料卷至卷筒上并入库保存。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混纺面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述浸轧处理液包括以下重量份数的组分:66份液碱、3.2份双氧水、1.8份氧化退浆剂TF-127K、1.1份高效精炼剂TF-188、2份碱减量渗透剂TF-107。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的混纺面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述平幅处理液包括以下重量份数的组分:28份液碱、1.4份螯合分散剂TF-510C、0.6份高效精炼剂TF-188、1.0份碱减量渗透剂TF-107以及1.3份去油污剂TF-126A。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混纺面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述漂白处理液包括以下重量份数的组分:40份双氧水、34份三聚磷酸钠、10份次氯酸钠、18份草酸以及13份醋酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混纺面料的染色工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述染液包括以下重量份数的组分:1.6份硫酸镁、4.5份亚氨基二乙酸、3份羧甲基纤维素、1.1份壳聚糖季铵盐、42份植物染料、151份去离子水、1.5份谷氨酸二乙酸四钠、1.6份烷基磺酸钠、2.3份三乙烯四胺、0.5份云母粉。
