本发明提供了一种疏水凉感面料的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)将面料放入配好处理液的预染缸中,进行浸泡;(2)捞出面料、沥干处理液,放入配好染色剂的染缸中进行浸染;(3)捞出面料、沥干染色剂,进行烘烤,洗掉表面浮色;(4)将烘烤后的布料通过蒸汽进行汽蒸烘干烫平,完成染整。本发明的疏水凉感面料具有快速散热、降温,不易吸湿,短暂离开热源就可以降低到环境温度,从皮肤离开接触的间隙达到凉感的效果。

背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对衣物的要求也越来越高,不仅需要衣物舒适靓丽,更要求健康环保。为了提升衣物的性能,许多针织厂家都在不断的试验,希望找到一款良好的染色工艺来满足当今市场的需求。
最近,纺织面料领域研发了很多通过在面料增加抗菌、凉温、保温、散热等的附加功能来制造的功能性面料。尤其,通过向面料赋予凉温感加工剂来根据外部温度适当地感到凉温感的技术成为趋势。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种疏水凉感面料的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)将面料放入配好处理液的预染缸中,进行浸泡;
(2)捞出面料、沥干处理液,放入配好染色剂的染缸中进行浸染;
(3)捞出面料、沥干染色剂,进行烘烤,洗掉表面浮色;
(4)将烘烤后的布料通过蒸汽进行汽蒸烘干烫平,完成染整。
本发明进一步优选为:所述步骤(1)的处理液包括以下重量份的组分:去离子水80-95份、乙二醇3-10份、十二烷基磺酸钠1-5份、氢氧化钠0.5-2份、N-乙基吡咯烷酮0.5-2份。
本发明进一步优选为:所述步骤(1)的处理液包括以下重量份的组分:去离子水90份、乙二醇5份、十二烷基磺酸钠3份、氢氧化钠1份、N-乙基吡咯烷酮1份。
本发明进一步优选为:所述步骤(1)的处理液采用以下方法制备而成:将去离子水、乙二醇、十二烷基磺酸钠、N-乙基吡咯烷酮依次加入预染缸搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入氢氧化钠,搅拌至氢氧化钠完全溶解,即得所述处理液。

本发明的有益效果:本发明的疏水凉感面料染整工艺在处理液中加入了十二烷基磺酸钠;在染色剂中加入了羟基硅油、乙氧基化烷基胺、二甲基辛炔二醇、纳米氮化铝、三聚氰胺缩甲醛。十二烷基磺酸钠可以在预处理阶段让面料得到更好的润湿性;羟基硅油可以让面料纤维形成滑爽、疏水的效果;乙氧基化烷基胺可以快速释放静电,可以极少面料对汗渍吸附作用;二甲基辛炔二醇的低表面张力和润湿性,可以在染整过程中得到更好的润湿性,降低面料的表面张力,让水渍、汗渍更难吸附;纳米氮化铝、氮化铝的金属离子、快速散热性可以让面料达到快速散热、凉爽的触感;三聚氰胺缩甲醛加热后固化耐光,耐水,有较好的力学性能可以让配方中原料更好的和面料纤维黏结在一起。

实施例4
将实施例1-3制备的疏水凉感面料和两份普通面料分别裁剪成10×10cm大小的布片,放入37.5℃的培养箱中恒温30分钟,使面料的每个都能保持37.5℃,然后迅速把面料放到恒温25℃的室内,用红外测温仪测试温度变化,结果如表1所示。

实施例5
将实施例1-3制备的疏水凉感面料和两份普通面料分别裁重量为100.00g的布片,平整放入温度37.5℃、湿度95%的恒温恒湿培养箱中4小时,然后把面料放到恒温25℃的室内,用电子天平称量其重量、用红外测温仪测试温度变化,结果如表2、3所示。

由表1-3可知,本发明的疏水凉感面料具有快速散热、降温,不易吸湿,短暂离开热源就可以降低到环境温度,从皮肤离开接触的间隙达到凉感的效果。
