服装在加工的过程中需要进行编织、清洗、烘干、染色等从操作,有的厂家为了使衣服具有抗菌的功能,都会在衣服的染料内添加抗菌溶液,使服装达到抗菌的能力,但是经过多次洗涤后,服装渐渐失去抗菌的能力,因此,根据申请人的发明,发明了一种抗菌耐脏服装生产加工工艺,解决了服装多次洗涤后渐渐失去抗菌能力的问题。

步骤一:选取适量的粘胶纤维和聚酰胺纤维,并将粘胶纤维、聚酰胺纤维放入清洗液中进行清洗;
步骤二:将清洗后的粘胶纤维、聚酰胺纤维放入烘干箱内进行干燥处理,然后使用编织机器将粘胶纤维、聚酰胺纤维制作成服装,然后使用去毛器将多余的毛刺去除;
步骤三:将衣服的染料倒入搅拌桶中,并在高温的环境下使用搅拌装置将染料搅拌均匀,在搅拌的过程之中,往搅拌桶添加抗菌整理剂、聚四氟乙烯、均染剂、渗透剂并继续搅拌;
步骤四:染料搅拌均匀后将编制好的服装放入搅拌桶内进行浸泡3-8分钟;
步骤五:服装染色完成后,将服装从搅拌桶内取出,并静置一段时间,然后将服装放置烘干箱内进行干燥处理;
步骤六:服装烘干后放在常温的环境下静置1-2h,当服装恢复常温后,对服装进行进一步的裁剪、加工处理,最后进行包装。
优选的,所述抗菌整理剂、聚四氟乙烯、均染剂、渗透剂的重量份组成为:抗菌整理剂10-20份、聚四氟乙烯13-15份、均染剂8-12份、渗透剂6-10份。
优选的,所述抗菌整理剂为有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂,所述均染剂为十八烷基异氰酸酯、硫酸钠其中的一种,所述渗透剂为聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚。
优选的,所述粘胶纤维、聚酰胺纤维烘干箱时的温度70℃,所述服装染色后的烘干温度为80℃。
优选的,所述染料在80℃的高温环境下搅拌15分钟。

步骤二:将清洗后的粘胶纤维、聚酰胺纤维放入烘干箱内进行干燥处理,粘胶纤维、聚酰胺纤维烘干箱时的温度70℃,然后使用编织机器将粘胶纤维、聚酰胺纤维制作成服装,然后使用去毛器将多余的毛刺去除;
步骤三:将衣服的染料倒入搅拌桶中,并在高温的环境下使用搅拌装置将染料搅拌均匀,染料在80℃的高温环境下搅拌15分钟,便于染料的均匀,在搅拌的过程之中,往搅拌桶添加抗菌整理剂、聚四氟乙烯、均染剂、渗透剂并继续搅拌;
步骤四:染料搅拌均匀后将编制好的服装放入搅拌桶内进行浸泡8分钟;
步骤五:服装染色完成后,将服装从搅拌桶内取出,并静置一段时间,然后将服装放置烘干箱内进行干燥处理,服装染色后的烘干温度为80℃;
步骤六:服装烘干后放在常温的环境下静置1-2h,当服装恢复常温后,对服装进行进一步的裁剪、加工处理,最后进行包装。
其中,抗菌整理剂、聚四氟乙烯、均染剂、渗透剂的重量份组成为:抗菌整理剂13份、聚四氟乙烯13份、均染剂10份、渗透剂7份,抗菌整理剂为有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂,有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂由甲基硅油与季铵盐反应制得,均染剂为十八烷基异氰酸酯、硫酸钠其中的一种,渗透剂为聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚,十八烷基异氰酸酯、硫酸钠均为纺织染料助剂,便于提高染料的均匀程度,使衣服保持明亮的色彩,聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚用于加快服装的染色,有利于提高染色效率,减少染色时间,从而提高生产效率,聚四氟乙烯具有抗酸抗碱、抗各种有机溶剂的特点,几乎不溶于所有的溶剂,具有良好的防污能力。

通过表格可以得知,通过添加抗菌整理剂后,不管添加的多少分量,服装多次洗涤后仍然具有抗菌能力,通过添加的渗透剂的分量越多,服装染色的时间越短。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种抗菌耐脏服装生产加工工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一:选取适量的粘胶纤维和聚酰胺纤维,并将粘胶纤维、聚酰胺纤维放入清洗液中进行清洗;
步骤二:将清洗后的粘胶纤维、聚酰胺纤维放入烘干箱内进行干燥处理,然后使用编织机器将粘胶纤维、聚酰胺纤维制作成服装,然后使用去毛器将多余的毛刺去除;
步骤三:将衣服的染料倒入搅拌桶中,并在高温的环境下使用搅拌装置将染料搅拌均匀,在搅拌的过程之中,往搅拌桶添加抗菌整理剂、聚四氟乙烯、均染剂、渗透剂并继续搅拌;
步骤四:染料搅拌均匀后将编制好的服装放入搅拌桶内进行浸泡3-8分钟;
步骤五:服装染色完成后,将服装从搅拌桶内取出,并静置一段时间,然后将服装放置烘干箱内进行干燥处理;
步骤六:服装烘干后放在常温的环境下静置1-2h,当服装恢复常温后,对服装进行进一步的裁剪、加工处理,最后进行包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌耐脏服装生产加工工艺,其特征在于:所述抗菌整理剂、聚四氟乙烯、均染剂、渗透剂的重量份组成为:抗菌整理剂10-20份、聚四氟乙烯13-15份、均染剂8-12份、渗透剂6-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌耐脏服装生产加工工艺,其特征在于:所述抗菌整理剂为有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂,所述均染剂为十八烷基异氰酸酯、硫酸钠其中的一种,所述渗透剂为聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌耐脏服装生产加工工艺,其特征在于:所述粘胶纤维、聚酰胺纤维烘干箱时的温度70℃,所述服装染色后的烘干温度为80℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌耐脏服装生产加工工艺,其特征在于:所述染料在80℃的高温环境下搅拌15分钟。
