本发明公开了一种竹原/棉复合纤维毛巾布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)竹原纤维制备:包括选料、展平、软化、开纤、蒸煮、酸洗、碳化干燥,其中碳化干燥具体为将竹原纤维送入烘干消毒碳干机,烘干消毒碳化;(2)竹棉毛巾布制备:清棉、制纱、织坯、烧毛、退煮漂、丝光、轧染、整纬和拉幅;所述清棉是用开棉机对竹原纤维、棉纤维进行除杂;所述制纱是将竹原纤维、棉纤维制成筒纱;所述织坯是将筒纱织成坯布;所述轧染为两浴染色,先在175℃‑180℃浸轧分散染料染液,还原清洗、水洗、皂洗、水洗、烘干;再浸轧还原染料染液,然后进行还原清洗、水洗、氧化、水洗、皂洗、水洗、烘干,再浸轧氯洗增进剂、烘干。

背景技术
由于竹原纤维在吸湿性、透气性、可纺性等方面具有更为优越的性能,因此研究可纺性竹原纤维具有明显的经济效益和良好的社会效益。由于竹纤维制品具有抗菌、抑菌、吸湿性好、天然亲肤等优良特性,近年来我国竹原纤维制造方法已有许多的发明专利。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种竹原/棉复合纤维毛巾布的制备方法,来弥补现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过如下技术方案加以实现:
一种竹原/棉复合纤维毛巾布的制备方法,依次包括以下步骤:
(1)竹原纤维制备:包括选料、展平、软化、开纤、蒸煮、酸洗、碳化干燥,其中碳化干燥具体为将竹原纤维送入烘干消毒碳干机,烘干消毒碳干机加热的温度为160—190℃,加热时间2—4小时,竹原纤维碳化,碳化程度为5%—30%;
(2)竹棉毛巾布制备:清棉、制纱、织坯、烧毛、退煮漂、丝光、轧染、整纬和拉幅;所述清棉是用开棉机对竹原纤维、棉纤维进行除杂;所述制纱是将竹原纤维、棉纤维制成筒纱;所述织坯是将筒纱织成坯布;所述轧染为两浴染色,先在175℃-180℃浸轧分散染料染液,还原清洗、水洗、皂洗、水洗、烘干;再浸轧还原染料染液,然后进行还原清洗、水洗、氧化、水洗、皂洗、水洗、烘干,再浸轧氯洗增进剂、烘干。
作为优选,所述步骤(2)毛巾布制备时的退煮漂采用煮漂联合生产线,所述整纬过程中,车速为90~100m/min,所述拉幅以车速40~50m/min通过,后处理液中包括抗静电剂SN,所述抗静电剂SN在后处理液中的浓度为0.3~1g/L。
作为优选,所述轧染具体方法为:半成品浸轧分散染料中,采用四浸一轧方式,轧余率45%~70%,在100℃~120℃焙烘45s~60s,再采用浓度为20~25g/L的烧碱与保险粉还原液进行还原清洗,再依次进行水洗、皂洗、水洗、烘干,一浴结束;接着再将半成品浸轧还原染料中,采用四浸一轧方式,然后采用浓度为20~25g/L的烧碱与保险粉还原液进行还原清洗,再依次进行水洗、氧化、水洗、皂洗、水洗、烘干,最后浸轧氯洗增进剂RFC-39、烘干。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制备的竹棉毛巾布的柔软度和抑菌性好。

(1)竹原纤维制备:包括选料、展平、软化、开纤、蒸煮、酸洗、碳化干燥,其中碳化干燥具体为将竹原纤维送入烘干消毒碳干机,烘干消毒碳干机加热的温度为160—190℃,加热时间2—4小时,竹原纤维碳化,碳化程度为5%—30%;
