背景技术
以柞蚕所吐之丝为原料缫制的长丝,称为柞蚕丝。柞蚕丝是我国特有的天然纺织原料之一,其丝具有独特的珠宝光泽、天然华贵、滑爽舒适;而苎麻被誉为绿色天然纺织纤维,因强力高、吸湿散热快、粗犷典雅、抑菌防腐、保健等功能,历来作为高档纺织服装。
柞蚕是野生蚕,因缺少人工管理,再加上自然环境等多方面的影响,其丝手感生硬,具有天然的黄褐色,柞蚕丝属于蛋白质纤维,除含有主要成分丝素外,还含有丝胶、脂蜡及天然色素等。如何提高柞蚕丝布料的染色性和色牢度,且不降低布料的舒适度和力学性能,成为本申请需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种柞蚕丝针织布料恒温染色工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种柞蚕丝针织布料恒温染色工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、将柞蚕丝针织布料浸入酸洗槽中,通过酸洗槽内的酸洗液对柞蚕丝针织布料进行酸洗,酸洗温度为60-70℃,酸洗时间为20-30min;
S2、将酸洗后的柞蚕丝针织布料浸入清洗槽内,用温水进对柞蚕丝针织布料行漂洗,漂洗温度为40-50℃,漂洗时间为10-15min;
S3、将漂洗后的柞蚕丝针织布料浸入前处理槽中,通过前处理液对柞蚕丝针织布料进行改性前处理,前处理温度为20-25℃,前处理时间为35-40h;
S4、将前处理后的柞蚕丝针织布料置于清洗槽后,用醋酸溶液对柞蚕丝针织布料进行一次超声波震荡清洗,清洗温度为70-80℃,清洗时间为 10-15min,然后,用清水对柞蚕丝针织布料进行二次超声波震荡清洗,清洗温度为95-100℃,清洗时间为20-25min;
S5、将清洗后的柞蚕丝针织布料绕在染色池中染色辊上,进行前进浸染,在浸染过程中,于染色池的出料端向染色池内缓慢加入浓缩染液,通过染色池内的推流桨叶将染色液推向染色池的进料端,保持染色池中的活性染料的浓度为1.7-2.2g/L,浸染温度保持在58-64℃,浸染时间为40-45min;
S6、将染色后的柞蚕丝针织布料导出冷却至20-25℃,然后导入氨水槽中,用氨水进行浸渍,浸渍温度为40-50℃,浸渍时间为15-22min;
S7、将浸渍处理后的柞蚕丝针织布料用清水漂洗后,在皂煮槽内用皂煮液对柞蚕丝针织布料进行皂煮,皂煮温度为80-90℃,皂煮时间为10-12min;
S8、将皂煮后的柞蚕丝针织布料用清水漂洗,然后,脱水烘干。
优选的,所述步骤S1中的酸洗液包括盐酸、次氯酸、高锰酸钾以及蒸馏水,其中,其中,盐酸的质量分数为3-5%,次氯酸的质量分数为0.8-1.1%,高锰酸钾的质量分数为6-9%,其余为蒸馏水。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过酸洗槽内的酸洗液对柞蚕丝针织布料进行酸洗,酸液可溶解柞蚕丝纤维上的杂质,配合具有氧化性的次氯酸、高锰酸钾,去除柞蚕丝表面的脂蜡以及天然色素,有利于提高后续染色效果;通过前处理液对柞蚕丝针织布料进行微生物改性前处理,去除柞蚕丝表面的部分丝胶,提高后续的上染率;通过活性染料、元明粉、三氯醋酸、冰醋酸、磷酸二氢钠以及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的配合,对柞蚕丝布料进行染色,染色后的布料色泽鲜艳、性能优异、适用性强;通过氨水对染色后的布料进行浸渍,去除布料表面粘附的酸性液体,有利于提高后续布料的色泽和色牢度。

S2、将酸洗后的柞蚕丝针织布料浸入清洗槽内,用温水进对柞蚕丝针织布料行漂洗,漂洗温度为40-50℃,漂洗时间为10-15min;
S3、将漂洗后的柞蚕丝针织布料浸入前处理槽中,通过前处理液对柞蚕丝针织布料进行改性前处理,前处理温度为20-25℃,前处理时间为35-40h;
S4、将前处理后的柞蚕丝针织布料置于清洗槽后,用醋酸溶液对柞蚕丝针织布料进行一次超声波震荡清洗,清洗温度为70-80℃,清洗时间为 10-15min,然后,用清水对柞蚕丝针织布料进行二次超声波震荡清洗,清洗温度为95-100℃,清洗时间为20-25min;

Claims (9)

1.一种柞蚕丝针织布料恒温染色工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、将柞蚕丝针织布料浸入酸洗槽中,通过酸洗槽内的酸洗液对柞蚕丝针织布料进行酸洗,酸洗温度为60-70℃,酸洗时间为20-30min;
S2、将酸洗后的柞蚕丝针织布料浸入清洗槽内,用温水进对柞蚕丝针织布料行漂洗,漂洗温度为40-50℃,漂洗时间为10-15min;
S3、将漂洗后的柞蚕丝针织布料浸入前处理槽中,通过前处理液对柞蚕丝针织布料进行改性前处理,前处理温度为20-25℃,前处理时间为35-40h;
S4、将前处理后的柞蚕丝针织布料置于清洗槽后,用醋酸溶液对柞蚕丝针织布料进行一次超声波震荡清洗,清洗温度为70-80℃,清洗时间为10-15min,然后,用清水对柞蚕丝针织布料进行二次超声波震荡清洗,清洗温度为95-100℃,清洗时间为20-25min;
S5、将清洗后的柞蚕丝针织布料绕在染色池中染色辊上,进行前进浸染,在浸染过程中,于染色池的出料端向染色池内缓慢加入浓缩染液,通过染色池内的推流桨叶将染色液推向染色池的进料端,保持染色池中的活性染料的浓度为1.7-2.2g/L,浸染温度保持在58-64℃,浸染时间为40-45min;
S6、将染色后的柞蚕丝针织布料导出冷却至20-25℃,然后导入氨水槽中,用氨水进行浸渍,浸渍温度为40-50℃,浸渍时间为15-22min;
S7、将浸渍处理后的柞蚕丝针织布料用清水漂洗后,在皂煮槽内用皂煮液对柞蚕丝针织布料进行皂煮,皂煮温度为80-90℃,皂煮时间为10-12min;
S8、将皂煮后的柞蚕丝针织布料用清水漂洗,然后,脱水烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柞蚕丝针织布料恒温染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中的酸洗液包括盐酸、次氯酸、高锰酸钾以及蒸馏水,其中,其中,盐酸的质量分数为3-5%,次氯酸的质量分数为0.8-1.1%,高锰酸钾的质量分数为6-9%,其余为蒸馏水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柞蚕丝针织布料恒温染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中的前处理液包括微生物改性剂、葡萄糖、壳聚糖、蛋白胨、转谷氨酰胺酶以及蒸馏水,其中,微生物改性剂的质量分数为11-13%,葡萄糖的质量分数为0.8-1.2%,壳聚糖的质量分数为1.5-2.2%,蛋白胨的质量分数为0.7-0.9%,转谷氨酰胺酶的质量分数为1.1-1.4%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种柞蚕丝针织布料恒温染色工艺,其特征在于:所述微生物改性剂包括枯草芽孢杆菌、褐腐菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌,草芽孢杆菌、褐腐菌和蜡样芽孢杆菌的质量比为2:1:4。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种柞蚕丝针织布料恒温染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中醋酸溶液中醋酸浓度为2.5-3.2g/L。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种柞蚕丝针织布料恒温染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S5中浓缩染液按重量份数计由17-20份的活性染料、1-3份的元明粉、1.2-2.3份的三氯醋酸、0.5-0.8份的冰醋酸、0.3-0.6份的磷酸二氢钠、8-11份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚以及21-23份的甘油组成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种柞蚕丝针织布料恒温染色工艺,其特征在于:所述活性染料为二氯均三嗪、一氯均三嗪、乙烯砜型活性染料或磷酸型活性染料中的至少两种混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种柞蚕丝针织布料恒温染色工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S6中氨水中氨的质量分数为11-13%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种柞蚕丝针织布料恒温染色工艺,其特征在于:所述皂煮液包括2.2-2.5g/L的净洗剂、0.7-1.2g/L的碳酸钠、12-15g/L的硅酸钠、1.3-1.5g/L的元明粉以及8.1-9.2g/L的海藻酸钠。
