亚麻纤维织品被誉为天然空调,亚麻的散热性能极佳,用亚麻制作的服饰深受人们的喜爱。
目前国内亚麻纺纱企业通常只能生产两种颜色的亚麻纱产品,即白色的半漂纱及原色亚麻纱。因此,厂家的通常有以下两种做法 :一是将亚麻纺成白色的纱,再根据需要进行染色,然后织布;这种做法是将白色的亚麻纱逐一染成不同的颜色,然后根据颜色需要将不同颜色的亚麻纱进行搭配组合,然后织布。二是将亚麻纱织好布之后再进行根据需要进行染色。以上两种做法存在的不足为 :造成多年来服装商没有太多的选择,只能从织物的组织结构及织物的厚薄、颜色上来做决定,使用受到很大的限制。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种亚麻色纺长麻纱的制备工艺流程。
一种亚麻色纺长麻纱的制备工艺流程,包含以下步骤:S1原料原配:选择品质上乘的麻原料;
S2分束:将麻原料分成束状;
S3栉梳:通过栉梳机对麻进行栉梳处理,分成长麻和短麻,选取长麻进行加工;
S4原材料成条:通过成条机对麻进行成条加工,变为麻卷;
S5预处理:去除麻卷外伸的多余杂乱麻条;
S6阳离子溶液浸泡处理:将亚麻纤维放入阳离子溶液中,浴比为1:10-15,升温至40-50℃,保温时间为8-10h;
S7水洗处理:将亚麻纤维放入酸性溶液中,升温至50-60℃,搅拌30-40分钟后排水,放入清水搅拌5-10分钟后排水;
S8染色:对清洗好的麻卷进行染色,染色温度为60℃,染色时间为60分钟,染料配料为元明粉、纯碱和颜料;
S9洗涤:90℃清水洗涤10分钟,,再在浓度为1g/L的醋酸中洗涤10分钟,之后清水洗涤;
S10晾干:在温度105℃下用烘干机烘干三小时,出炉温度为70-80℃,再自然晾干;
S11配色零并:通过零并机将六根麻条并为一根麻条;
S12一并:通过一并机将八根零并并好的麻条并为一根麻条;
S13二并:通过二并机将八根一并并好的麻条并为一根麻条;
S14三并:通过三并机将八根二并并好的麻条并为一根麻条;
S15末并:通过四并机将四根三并并好的麻条并为一根麻条;
S16粗纱:用粗纱机对麻线进行纺粗纱;
S17煮漂:对粗纱进行煮漂处理,溶液中含纯碱20g/L,双氧水30g/L,温度为95℃,时间为30分钟,完成后漂洗,之后再进行洗涤,90℃清水洗涤10分钟,80℃清水洗涤10分钟,再在浓度为1g/L的醋酸中洗涤10分钟,之后清水洗涤;
S18细纱:通过细纱机将煮好的粗纱纺成细纱;
S19挑纱:人工挑选纱线,对颜色相同的纱线进行分类挑选;
S20络筒:用络筒机络出纱团;
S21打包:成品包装后存放。

一种亚麻色纺长麻纱的制备工艺流程,包含以下步骤:S1原料原配:选择品质上乘的麻原料;

其中,在S9洗涤后,S10晾干前进行上油步骤,上油为将麻卷放入含有 2%柔软剂的水中中浸泡 2-3 小时,柔软剂为氨基硅油或者弹性硅油,能使麻线更加柔软,不刺激皮肤,穿着更加舒适;
其中,S8中染色步骤可加入光亮剂,光亮剂为有机硅聚硅氧烷,能使麻线更加光亮,纺织的织物更有光泽。

5.根据权利要求4所述的一种亚麻色纺长麻纱的制备工艺流程,其特征在于,所述柔软剂为氨基硅油或者弹性硅油。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种亚麻色纺长麻纱的制备工艺流程,其特征在于,所述S8染色步骤可加入光亮剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种亚麻色纺长麻纱的制备工艺流程,其特征在于,所述光亮剂为有机硅聚硅氧烷。
