本发明公开了一种具有染色双色效果面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤S1,选择原料纺纱:经纱采用100%长绒棉加捻并线形成复合纱;纬纱根据配比,选用高F数涤纶长丝;步骤S2,使经纱和纬纱沿经纬方向交错叠置喷织形成纺织面料;步骤S3,将纺织好的面料进行双染处理,使面料呈现出双色效果;步骤S4,对染色后的面料进行后整理,通过本发明,实现了一种具有染色双色效果的棉涤面料,该面料具有双色效果,可不同角度折射出不同的变色效果,且面料手感柔软顺滑,解决了以往涤棉面料的僵硬手感。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品生产技术领域,特别是涉及一种具有染色双色效果面料的制备方法。
背景技术
涤棉指的就是涤纤维和棉纤维混纺的织物,是以涤纶为主要成分,涤棉混纺物是以涤纶为主要成分,采用65%-67%涤纶和33%-35%的棉混纺织成的纺织品,涤棉布俗称棉涤。涤棉混纺织物是我国在20世纪60年代初期开发的一个品种,该纤维具有挺括、滑爽、快干、耐穿等特点,深受广大消费者的喜爱。
申请号为CN201520675766.X的中国实用新型专利公开了一种涤纶扁平绒复合布,其属于纺织面料技术领域。它包括扁平绒、棉涤混纺布,扁平绒通过胶水复合在棉涤混纺布上,棉涤混纺布由经纱和纬纱编织而成,纬纱上往下依次为第一层、第二层、第三层和第四层,经纱分为第一经纱、第二经纱和第三经纱,第一经纱纵向走线顺序为第一层、第二层、第三层、第四层、第一层依次循环,第二经纱纵向走线顺序为第三层、第四层、第一层、第二层、第三层依次循环,第三经纱纵向走线顺序为第三层、第二层、第一层、第二层、第三层、第四层、第三层依次循环,棉涤混纺布的背面设置有防水涂层,该实用新型具有强度好、易于剪裁,而且颜色丰富的优点,可作为双面布料使用。
该实用新型专利的不足之处在于,涤纶由于是人为制造出来的,纯粹是化学成分,手感僵硬。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明之目的在于提供一种具有染色双色效果面料的制备方法,实现了一种具有染色双色效果的棉涤面料,该面料具有双色效果,可不同角度折射出不同的变色效果,且面料手感柔软顺滑,解决了以往涤棉面料的僵硬手感。
为达上述目的,本发明提出一种具有染色双色效果面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,选择原料纺纱:经纱采用100%长绒棉加捻并线形成复合纱;纬纱根据配比,选用高F数涤纶长丝;
步骤S2,使经纱和纬纱沿经纬方向交错叠置喷织形成纺织面料;
步骤S3,将纺织好的面料进行双染处理,使面料呈现出双色效果;
步骤S4,对染色后的面料进行后整理。
优选地,于步骤S1中,纺纱工艺包括:原棉→清花→梳棉→头并→二并→三并→粗纱→细纱→后加工,经纱和纬线的纺制方法均为先分别纺制纯棉单纱和纯涤单纱,然后单纱并线为60/2股线。
优选地,于步骤S2中,喷织工艺包括::整经→上浆→并轴→分绞、穿综、穿筘→上轴→织造→检验→修织→坯布,其中织造在高密喷织机上进行。
优选地,于步骤S3中,双染处理包括烧毛、退浆、丝光、双染,其中双染采用先进行分散染料染色,采用115-120℃水温染色6小时左右,待分散染料染色清洗干净后,再进行活性染料染色的方式,用常温水温40-45℃水温染色8小时左右,所述活性染料采用汽巴染料。
优选地,于步骤S3中,将汽巴染料加入盐水溶液制成染料溶剂,将纺织好的面料和染料溶剂加入到染缸中进行染色。
优选地,于步骤S4中,后整理的过程包括:烘干、柔软、预缩,其中,烘干柔软处理于一超柔软机上进行,面料烘干温度为80度,面料运行速度为300米/分钟,烘干时间为180分钟,面料在加工过程中运用超柔软烘干,通过空气对面料的连续拍打作用,进一步释放面料内应力。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种具有染色双色效果面料的制备方法,实现了一种具有染色双色效果的棉涤面料,该面料具有双色效果,可不同角度折射出不同的变色效果,且面料手感柔软顺滑,解决了以往涤棉面料的僵硬手感。

步骤S1,选择原料纺纱。
在本发明具体实施例中,经纱采用100%长绒棉加捻并线形成复合纱;纬纱根据一定配比,选用高F数涤纶长丝。具体地纺纱工艺包括:原棉→清花→梳棉→头并→二并→三并→粗纱→细纱→后加工;其中,经纱和纬线的纺制方法均为先分别仿制纯棉单纱和纯涤单纱,然后单纱并线为60/2股线,在本发明具体实施例中,精梳棉与涤纶的用量配比为60%:40%。
步骤S2,使经纱和纬纱沿经纬方向交错叠置喷织形成纺织面料。
在本发明具体实施例中,喷织工艺包括::整经(分条、分轴)→上浆→并轴→分绞、穿综、穿筘→上轴→织造→检验→修织→坯布,所述织造在高密喷织机上进行,以通过高密喷织,使面料具有与身俱来的挺括感。
步骤S3,将纺织好的面料进行双染处理,使面料呈现出双色效果。
具体地,双染处理包括:烧毛(去除纱支上长短不一的毛头)、退浆(去除织布时上在经纱上的浆料)、丝光、双染处理。
在本发明具体实施例中,双染处理采用先进行分散染料染色,采用115-120℃水温染色6小时左右,待分散染料染色清洗干净后,再进行活性染料染色,采用常温水温40-45℃水温染色8小时左右,活性染料采用汽巴染料,例如,将汽巴染料加入盐水溶液制成染料溶剂(根据颜色的深浅加入相应的染料配比),将纺织好的面料和染料溶剂加入到染缸中进行染色,采用双染技术,可以使布面呈现出双色效果,不同角度折射出不同的变色效果。较佳地,对于深色系,活性染料可采用科莱恩高色牢度染色,以保证颜色的鲜艳度和色牢度。本发明之双色染色工艺使面料即有丝质般面料的光泽度。
步骤S4,对染色后的面料进行后整理,
后整理法是赋予面料以色彩效果、形态效果(光洁、绒面、挺括等)和实用效果(不透水、不毡缩、免烫、不蛀、耐燃等)的技术处理方式,面料后整理是通过化学或物理的方法改善面料的外观和手感、增进服用性能或赋予特殊功能的工艺过程,是纺织品“锦上添花”的加工过程。
在本发明具体实施例中,后整理的过程主要包括:烘干、柔软、预缩,其中,柔软整理包括机械整理和化学整理两种方法,机械柔软整理是通过对织物进行多次揉搓弯曲实现的,整理后柔软效果不理想,化学柔软整理是在织物上施加柔软剂,降低纤维和纱线间的摩擦系数,从而获得柔软、平滑得手感,而且整理效果显著。具体地,烘干柔软处理可在超柔软机上进行,面料烘干温度为80度,面料运行速度为300米/分钟,烘干时间为180分钟。面料在加工过程中运用超柔软烘干,通过空气对面料的连续拍打作用,进一步释放面料内应力。在本发明具体实施例中,于超柔软机中利用日本进口助剂采用空气拍打的方式,使得纤维内部蓬松,整体手感滑爽不失棉的天然感,糯软而不失骨感。成衣特别容易成型,此工艺使面料手感柔软顺滑,解决了以往涤棉面料的僵硬手感。

1.一种具有染色双色效果面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,选择原料纺纱:经纱采用100%长绒棉加捻并线形成复合纱;纬纱根据配比,选用高F数涤纶长丝;
步骤S2,使经纱和纬纱沿经纬方向交错叠置喷织形成纺织面料;
步骤S3,将纺织好的面料进行双染处理,使面料呈现出双色效果;
步骤S4,对染色后的面料进行后整理。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有染色双色效果面料的制备方法,其特征在于:于步骤S1中,纺纱工艺包括:原棉→清花→梳棉→头并→二并→三并→粗纱→细纱→后加工,经纱和纬线的纺制方法均为先分别纺制纯棉单纱和纯涤单纱,然后单纱并线为60/2股线。
