无甲醛防缩整理时,防缩整理液的组成为:
Arkofix NZF 90~110 g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 9~11 g/L
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调 pH 至 4.5~5.0;
防缩整理时,通过平幅进布,二浸二轧防缩整理液,带液率65%,120~130℃松式预烘,超喂 4%~6%上针板,八格热风焙烘,其中第一~二格温度160℃,第三~四格温度165℃,第五~八格温度 170℃,两个锡林冷却落布步骤,车速为 40~50m/min;
大红色织物拉幅整理时,拉幅整理液组成:蓬松硅油Goon1202 25 g/L、干湿摩擦牢度提升剂2599 15 g/L、无醛固色剂Goon701 5 g/L;一浸一轧拉幅整理液,带液率80%,160℃烘干;
机械预缩时,织物均匀给湿,含湿率10%~15%,橡胶毯承压辊蒸汽压力0.1~0.2Mpa,呢毯锡林蒸汽压力0.1~0.2Mpa,控制预缩率3%~4%,布速40~50m/min;机械预缩后织物经纬向水洗尺寸变化率为-3.0%~+1.0%。
产品的经、纬向水洗尺寸变化率分别为 -2.5.%、-1.5%,耐洗色牢度4级,耐湿摩擦色牢度3级,起毛起球4级。
实施例2:
天丝与棉麻大豆纤维混纺纱交织物坯布门幅107英寸,纱支数为天丝60s×60s(棉/麻/大豆纤维,30/30/40,混纺),密度为180×120,浅米色成品门幅98.5英寸。
一种天丝与棉麻大豆纤维混纺纱交织染色宽幅机织物生产方法,主要生产工艺流程包括翻缝→烧毛→轧淀粉酶温堆退浆→卷染机卜公茶皂素煮漂→卷染机过氧化氢酶除氧→卷染机染色→(中深色织物固色剂和湿摩提升剂处理→)烘干→无甲醛防缩整理→拉幅整理→机械预缩→检验包装;
卷染机卜公茶皂素煮漂时,煮漂液的组成为:卜公茶皂素2.5 owf%,高效精炼剂TF-125T5g/L,100%双氧水6~8g/L,氧漂稳定剂TF-122B 3.0~4.0g/L,浴比2:1;煮漂工艺为:50~60℃2道→95~98℃4道→95~98℃热水洗4道→70~80℃热水洗2道→冷流水洗2道;
卷染机过氧化氢酶除氧时工艺参数:过氧化氢酶WD-JX-30 1~1.5g/L,浴比2:1,pH值6.5~7.5,30~40℃2道;
染浅米色时;浅米色的染色配方:雅格素红BF-4B 0.0112%owf、雅格素黄BF-4R 0.074%owf、雅格素藏青BF-2GF 0.0079owf,元明粉30g/L,纯碱 10g/L,浴比2:1;卷染工艺为:织物进缸→冷水一道→加染料升温至35℃→上染二~四道→加元明粉促染二道→加纯碱 35℃固色二道→65℃再固色二道→冷水洗二道→70~80℃水洗二道→40~50℃水洗二道;
无甲醛防缩整理时,防缩整理液的组成为:
Arkofix NZF 90~110 g/L
MgCl2·6H2O 9~11 g/L
其余为水,并用柠檬酸调 pH 至 4.5~5.0;

1.一种天丝与棉麻大豆纤维混纺纱交织染色宽幅机织物生产方法,其特征是:采用天丝与棉麻大豆纤维混纺纱交织物坯布,依次经:翻缝→烧毛→轧淀粉酶温堆退浆→卷染机卜公茶皂素煮漂→卷染机过氧化氢酶除氧→卷染机染色→(中深色织物固色剂和湿摩提升剂处理→)烘干→无甲醛防缩整理→拉幅整理→机械预缩→检验包装;
卷染机卜公茶皂素煮漂时,煮漂液的组成为:卜公茶皂素2.5 owf%,高效精炼剂TF-125T5g/L,100%双氧水6~8g/L,氧漂稳定剂TF-122B 3.0~4.0g/L,浴比2:1;煮漂工艺为:50~60℃2道→95~98℃4道→95~98℃热水洗4道→70~80℃热水洗2道→冷流水洗2道;
卷染机过氧化氢酶除氧时工艺参数:过氧化氢酶WD-JX-30 1~1.5g/L,浴比2:1,pH值6.5~7.5,30~40℃2道;
