现有技术的活性印花生产中,常常因印花各套色的颜色反差大,套数多,布面烧毛不尽,张力控制不稳定以及对湿度对布料的影响,导致深色传到浅色里或者浅色边口出现深色丝状拖色,从而影响产品质量。人棉纺织物具有质地柔软、爽滑、透气性强以及舒服性好等优点,是较为理想的夏季面料。目前市场上人棉纺织物以印花产品为主导,现有人棉品种的活性印花的步骤通常为烧毛→溢流漂洗→整纬→预缩→印花→蒸化→绳状水洗→拉幅成品,容易因湿强差而导致平幅机台通过性差,生产效率不够高,染料发色和匹差的稳定性较差,导致布匹成品的质量降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种人棉织物的活性印花方法。本发明具有改善人棉产品的机台通过性,提高生产效率和成品质量的特点。

a、将人棉坯布涤丝封边,得A品;
b、将A品正反切烧,得B品;
c、将B品轧酶打卷冷堆6小时以上,得C品;
d、将C品DS平幅连续漂洗,得D品;
e、将D品印前整纬和一次预缩,得E品;
f、将E品印花,得F品;
g、将F品透风蒸化,得G品;
h、将G品绳状水洗,得H品:

人棉织物的活性印花方法,包括以下操作步骤:
a、将人棉坯布涤丝封边,得A品;使得人棉品种的坯布可以顺利通过平幅机台,提高平幅机台的通过率,避免发生抽丝等现象。
b、将A品正反切烧,得B品;前面60*60/90*88人棉烧毛工艺为正反切烧,车速为100m/min,后面其他品种的布料可根据厚薄略调整对应车速,例如140G以下烧毛的车速为100m/min;140G以上烧毛的车速为80m/min;烧毛的车速调整防止面料烧坏,厚布可以慢一点,将布烧干净,薄布要快一点,防止布着火。
c、将B品轧酶打卷冷堆6小时以上,避免影响布面毛效,保证后期印花布面的均匀性和布匹质量,其中轧酶的酶处理液包括纤维素酶8-12g/l,轧酶的温度为50-70℃,机台湿打卷,打卷温度为50-60℃,打卷的张力为0.12-0.18kg/cm2,防止张力过大而出现频繁断布的现象,堆置温度为-50~-20℃,得C品。

人棉织物的活性印花方法,包括以下操作步骤:

b、将A品正反切烧进行烧毛处理,车速为100m/min,得B品;
c、将B品轧酶打卷冷堆8小时,其中轧酶的酶处理液包括纤维素酶12g/l,轧酶的温度为70℃,机台湿打卷,打卷温度为55℃,打卷的张力为0.18kg/cm2,堆置温度为-20℃,得C品;
d、将C品DS平幅连续漂洗,DS平幅连续漂洗的张力为0.18kg/cm2包括以下步骤:1)将C品经1号-3号水箱65℃热水洗;2)将热水洗后的面料放入4号水箱浸轧漂液;漂液包括以下重量份数的原料:精炼剂13份、螯合分散剂7份、双氧水8份、稳定剂8份;3)将漂洗后的面料置于5号蒸箱中堆置40分钟,堆置温度为80℃;4)将堆置后的面料经6号-10号水箱95℃热水洗;5)将热水洗后的面料经11号-12号水箱室温冷水洗;6)将冷水洗后的面料烘干;得D品;
e、将D品印前整纬和一次预缩,得E品;一次预缩是下机控制在经向预缩为5-6%;
f、将E品印花,调整烘房跳穿,导辊少穿50%,改变烘房路线,减小50%涨力,烘房温度为90℃,烘缸蒸汽压力为0.02kg,确保下机湿度为5%,其中印花用的色浆包括P型染料、糊料和尿素,选用P型染料印花稳定性高,热敏性稳定和湿度影响小,糊料按SO样工艺标准执行,得F品;
g、透风蒸化:蒸化前大货透风一道,通过自然风降温吸潮,保证布面含潮一致,蒸化时进布处的给湿装置打开,蒸化机的湿度为72%,蒸化温度为90℃,给湿量为5%,蒸化时间为6分钟,得G品;
h、将G品绳状水洗,包括以下步骤:1)将G品经前车1号-3号水箱70℃水洗;2)将水洗后的面料经后车4-8号水箱95℃水洗;3)将水洗后的面料置于9号-10号水箱65℃水洗;4)将水洗后的面料经11号-12号水箱室温冷水洗;5)将冷水洗后的面料扩幅烘干;得H品;
j、将H品拉幅柔软和二次预缩,拉幅柔软的柔软液包括以下重量份数的原料:柔软剂25份、强力保护剂15份、柠檬酸5份、固色剂30份,得成品。

Claims (10)

1.人棉织物的活性印花方法,其特征在于:包括以下操作步骤:
a、将人棉坯布涤丝封边,得A品;
b、将A品正反切烧,得B品;
c、将B品轧酶打卷冷堆6小时以上,得C品;
d、将C品DS平幅连续漂洗,得D品;
e、将D品印前整纬和一次预缩,得E品;
f、将E品印花,得F品;
g、将F品透风蒸化,得G品;
h、将G品绳状水洗,得H品:
i、将H品拉幅柔软和二次预缩,得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人棉织物的活性印花方法,其特征在于:所述步骤c为,将B品轧酶打卷冷堆6-8小时,其中轧酶的酶处理液包括纤维素酶8-12g/l,轧酶的温度为50-70℃,打卷的张力为0.12-0.18kg/cm2,堆置的温度为-50~-20℃,得C品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的人棉织物的活性印花方法,其特征在于:所述步骤d具体为,将C品DS平幅连续漂洗,包括以下步骤:1)将C品热水洗;2)将热水洗后的面料浸轧漂液;3)将漂洗后的面料堆置20-40分钟,堆置温度为80-100℃;4)将堆置后的面料热水洗;5)将热水洗后的面料冷水洗;6)将冷水洗后的面料烘干。
4.根据权利要求3所述的人棉织物的活性印花方法,其特征在于:所述步骤1)的热水温度为45-65℃,步骤4)的热水温度为85-95℃,步骤5)的冷水温度为室温。
5.根据权利要求3所述的人棉织物的活性印花方法,其特征在于:所述漂液包括以下重量份数的原料:精炼剂7-13份、螯合分散剂3-7份、双氧水2-8份、稳定剂3-8份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的人棉织物的活性印花方法,其特征在于:所述步骤d中,DS平幅连续漂洗的张力为0.12-0.18kg/cm2
7.根据权利要求1所述的人棉织物的活性印花方法,其特征在于:所述步骤f具体为,将E品印花,烘房温度为80-90℃,下机湿度为5-10%,得F品。
8.根据权利要求1所述的人棉织物的活性印花方法,其特征在于:所述步骤g具体为,将F品透风蒸化,蒸化前大货透风一道,蒸化湿度大于75%,蒸化温度为90-120℃,给湿量为5-10%,蒸化时间为6-10分钟,得G品。
9.根据权利要求1所述的人棉织物的活性印花方法,其特征在于:所述步骤h具体为,将G品绳状水洗,包括以下步骤:1)将G品50-70℃水洗;2)将水洗后的面料85-95℃水洗;3)将水洗后的面料55-65℃水洗;4)将水洗后的面料室温冷水洗;5)将冷水洗后的面料扩幅烘干。
10.根据权利要求1所述的人棉织物的活性印花方法,其特征在于:所述步骤i中,拉幅柔软的柔软液包括以下重量份数的原料:柔软剂15-25份、强力保护剂5-15份、酸1-5份、固色剂20-30份。
