Abstract
本发明公开一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:麦片5‑8份、糖粉5‑8份、莲子粉15‑20份、小米粉25‑30份、水果粉5‑10份、鹿茸粉3‑5份、中药液10‑15份、葵花籽油2‑3份。本发明公开一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂,将多种禾谷类作物、水果、中药,三者科学配比混合加工,保留原料所含的有益物质,其原料易购、易存储,产品食用方便、干净卫生,对提高睡眠质量效果显著,经常食用调经润颜,健脾利湿,益血补虚,降低胆固醇,排毒养颜,抗衰老、有效地降低、冠心病、动脉硬化、高血压的发病率,因此具有很好的推广价值。

本发明涉及保健领域,尤其涉及一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于当今社会快速发展,人们的工作生活节奏不断加快,工作压力大,加上一些不良的生活习惯等原因导致失眠群体不断增加,很多人都面临着失眠的疼苦生活。研究发现,许多疾病常常伴着失眠应运而生。睡眠质量差、常常会让人觉得心境烦躁、焦虑不安,而且失眠还会进一步致使人体的免疫力急剧下降,因而让许多疾病趁机找上了健康的人群,像精力不济、记忆力欠好、胃病、抑郁心境等等疾病,都是失眠可以致使的疾病。而且瑞典出名的研讨人员研讨发现,如果没有充足的睡觉,人体血液中的胆固醇浓度就会变大,这样会很简单致使心脏病。失眠能使人情绪焦躁,容易引发使人性格发生变化,严重影响人们的工作,学习,人际交往等各类问题,如果不加以治疗甚至可能导致精神病症。比如抑郁症。失眠对人体是一种消耗,经常失眠使得人体新陈代谢失调,免疫力降低,各类疾病就很容易使你生病,像普通的感冒,发烧等。
鹿茸据《本草便读》所载:“鹿角胶、鹿角霜,性味功用与鹿茸相近,但少壮衰老不同,然总不外乎血肉有情之品,能温补督脉,添精益血。如精血不足,而可受腻补,则用胶;若仅阳虚而不受滋腻者,则用霜可也。”现代临床用鹿角霜治疗肾阳不足,腰脊痛、遗精、膏淋、脾胃虚寒、呕吐、食少便溏、子宫虚冷、崩漏带下等,还可以外用治疗虚寒性疮疡。总之,鹿角霜功近鹿茸而力稍逊。。鹿茸中含有磷脂、糖脂、胶脂、激素、脂肪酸、氨基酸、蛋白质及钙、磷、镁、钠等成分,其中氨基酸成分占总成分的一半以上。
功能食品源于我国中医食疗,对便秘者医家孙思邈说:“凡欲治疗,先以食疗,既食疗不愈,后乃用药尔。”中医“食疗”是在中医理论指导下研究食品健身养生、防病治病的,食疗除了具备食物的一般健康功能外,还有其独特的药养功效,保健食品能起到很好的整体调理治疗的效果。食疗具备药物的功效,但异于药物,特别是在改善体质,增强免疫力,预防重大疾病方面有它的优势。因此研究和运用我国历史悠久的中医药“食疗”的理论和医疗实践,开发利用食药同源的中药资源,提高我国功能食品研制水平,是现阶段功能食品研究的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明提供一种携带使用方便的辅助睡眠药食冲剂及制备方法,无任何化学添加,无毒副作用,口感好,营养丰富,携带方便,效果显著,以满足广大失眠患者需求。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:麦片5-8份、糖粉5-8份、莲子粉15-20份、小米粉25-30份、水果粉5-10份、鹿茸粉3-5份、中药液10-15份、葵花籽油2-3份。
一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:麦片6份、麦芽糖醇6份、莲子粉17份、小米粉26份、水果粉8份、鹿茸粉3份、中药液11份、葵花籽油2份。
一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:麦片7份、糖粉6份、莲子粉18份、小米粉25份、水果粉8份、鹿茸粉5份、中药液14份、葵花籽油3份。
作为上述方案的进一步优化,所述糖粉选自蔗糖、葡萄糖、红糖、甜菊糖、麦芽糖醇中的一种或者二种。
作为上述方案的进一步优化,所述的水果粉,以重量份计,由下述组分制成:桑葚粉2-4份、龙眼粉1-2份、红枣粉3-6份、苹果粉2-3份。
作为上述方案的进一步优化,所述的中药液,以重量份计,由下述组分制成:乌藤片1-2份、珍珠母2-3份、百合2-5份、合欢皮2-3份、酸枣仁1-3份。

本发明还公开了一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(91)制备水果粉:
(911)将水果经过预选,选择充分成熟、没有虫蛀、没有褐变、没有腐烂的新鲜水果挑选出来,同时去掉附着的残枝碎叶、杂草、泥土杂物,放入含1.5%的盐酸、0.1%的高锰酸钾的溶液中,浸泡3-5分钟;经过浸泡的水果投入清洗机内用高压水冲洗干净;
(912)清洗干净的水果进行去皮、去核、破碎,破碎后分别送入打浆机,打浆成泥浆状通过120目细筛网将水果渣滓分离出来,由打浆板打击推向出渣斗,得到包含果肉在内的水果浆液;
(913)将步骤(912)得到的水果浆液分别进行高温短时灭菌,用管式高温瞬时灭菌器对料液进行高温短时灭菌,温度110℃,时间为50秒,流量控制在3000L/h内;
(914)将步骤(913)得到的水果浆液分别放入卧式复轴干燥机干燥,将浆液中的全部自由水和大部分胶体结合水蒸发掉,精致成含有果肉颗粒的水果粉;
(915)按配方重量将步骤(911)-(914)得到的每种水果粉放入搅拌机搅拌均匀后,按规格进行包装水果粉包待用;
(92)制备中药液:
(921)把乌藤片、珍珠母、百合、合欢皮、酸枣仁按配方比例,放入中药沙锅内;
(922)往沙锅中浸到温水,没过药材2-3cm,用温水浸泡30分钟;浸泡后药材变软,细胞膨胀,有效成分容易被煎出;
(923)浸泡完毕后,用武火烧开15-18分钟,烧开后用文火煎熬60-75分钟;
(924)将步骤(923)得到的药液冷却后,取出药液,得到第一煎熬液备用;
(925)将步骤(924)煎熬后的中药继续放入锅中,按上述步骤(923)煎熬,得到第二煎熬液,将两份煎熬液倒在一起得到药液;
(926)将混合好的药液通过管式超滤膜设备过滤,膜孔径为截流分子量6000-150000,过滤压力:0.2-0.5MPa,过滤温度:0℃-40℃,膜通量:50-300L/m2·h;
(927)将过滤后的药液与葵花籽油,混合搅拌,均匀搅拌后按规格进行密封包装待用;
(93)制备杂粮粉:
(931)对小米进行筛选除杂、清洗、晒干,将小米放入烘炒机,烘炒35-50min,滚筒转数6.2r/min,温度保持在80-110℃,烘焙后的小米自然冷却50-60min,将冷却后的小米放入粉碎机进行精粉,粉碎后过不低于160目筛,获取小米粉;
(932)对莲子进行筛选除杂、清洗、晒干,将莲子放入烘炒机,烘炒40-60min,滚筒转数7.5r/min,温度保持在90-120℃,烘焙后的莲子自然冷却50-60min,将冷却后的莲子放入粉碎机进行精粉,粉碎后过不低于160目筛,取得莲子粉;
(933)将鹿茸洗净晾干后,将鹿茸切片或砸成碎块放入干燥箱内烘烤,烘焙300-360min,温度80-100℃,烘干后的鹿茸断面呈微黄色,自然冷却50-60min,将冷却后的鹿茸放入粉碎机进行精粉,粉碎后过140目筛取得鹿茸粉;
(934)将白糖放入粉碎机中进行粉碎得到白糖粉;
(935)将麦片,小米粉,莲子粉,水果粉,鹿茸粉,糖粉,按配方比例放入置入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,后置干燥箱中60-70℃温度范围内进行干燥处理,使水分降至10%重量份以下,按规格进行包装;
(94)打包:
将步骤(92)得到的药液包、步骤(93)得到的杂粮粉包,步骤(91)得到的水果粉包,用纸盒定量包装。
与已有技术相比,本发明的一种携带使用方便的辅助睡眠药食冲剂及制备方法的有益效果体现在:
1、本发明一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂中含多种有益中药成分,含有丰富的植物固醇、磷脂、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、B2、E、C、亚油酸等多种对人类有益的物质,矿物质含量丰富,含有钙、磷、铁、锌、锰等人体所需矿物营养,符合当今绿色食品和健康食品的标准。
2、本发明,选料科学,配伍合理还具有养生保健作用,长期食用改善睡眠质量、促进血液循环、润肺止咳、清心安神、益血补虚,有效缓解虚烦不安、失眠健忘、生活工作带来的压力等,尤其对失眠多梦具有较好疗效和保健效果。
3、本发明一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂,药液包中含有乌藤片、珍珠母、百合份、合欢皮、酸枣仁、葵花籽油。其中,乌藤片、珍珠母、百合份、合欢皮、酸枣仁、葵花籽油的药理作用为:乌藤片:性味归经:甘、平。归心、肝经。功效:养心安神,通络祛风。主治:用于治疗失眠伴发多汗、血虚等症。珍珠母:性味归经:咸、寒。归肝、心经。功效:平肝潜阳,清肝明目。主治:用于肝阴不足、肝阳上亢所致的失眠等诸证。百合:性味归经:甘、苦。归心、肺经。功效:润肺止咳,清心安神。主治:用于阴亏或热病后期虚烦不眠等症。合欢皮:性味归经:甘、平。归心、肝经。功效:安神解郁,活血消肿。主治:用于情志所伤而引起的虚烦不安、失眠健忘等症。酸枣仁:性味归经:甘、平。归心、肝经。功效:养心安神,敛汗。主治:失眠,属心肝血虚而引起的。葵花籽油:葵花籽油中还含有较多的维生素E,每百克中约含100-120毫克。具有良好的延迟人体细胞衰老、保持青春的功能。经常食用,可以起到强身壮体、延年益寿的作用。葵花籽油中还含有较多的维生素B3,对治疗神经衰弱和抑郁症等精神病疗效明显。它含有的一定量蛋白质及钾、磷、铁、镁等无机物,对糖尿病、缺铁性贫血病的治疗都很有效,对促进青少年骨骼和牙齿的健康成长具有重要意义。它含有的亚油酸,是人体必需的脂肪酸,有助于人体发育和生理调节,对于防止皮肤干燥及鳞屑肥大也有积极作用。葵花籽油含的亚油酸是人体必需的脂肪酸,它构成各种细胞的基本成分,具有调节新陈代谢、维持血压平衡、降低血液中胆固醇的作用。

其中,水果粉,以重量份计,由下述组分制成:桑葚粉2份、龙眼粉1份、红枣粉3份、苹果粉2份。中药液,以重量份计,由下述组分制成:乌藤片1份、珍珠母2份、百合2份、合欢皮2份、酸枣仁1份。
一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(91)制备水果粉:

4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂,其特征在于,所述糖粉选自蔗糖、葡萄糖、红糖、甜菊糖、麦芽糖醇中的一种或者二种。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂,其特征在于,所述的水果粉,以重量份计,由下述组分制成:桑葚粉2-4份、龙眼粉1-2份、红枣粉3-6份、苹果粉2-3份。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂,其特征在于,所述的中药液,以重量份计,由下述组分制成:乌藤片1-2份、珍珠母2-3份、百合2-5份、合欢皮2-3份、酸枣仁1-3份。
7.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂,其特征在于,所述的水果粉,以重量份计,由下述组分制成:桑葚粉2份、龙眼粉1份、红枣粉4份、苹果粉3份。
8.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂,其特征在于,所述的中药液,以重量份计,由下述组分制成:乌藤片1份、珍珠母2份、百合3份、合欢皮2份、酸枣仁3份。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种辅助睡眠药食冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(91)制备水果粉:
(911)将水果经过预选,选择充分成熟、没有虫蛀、没有褐变、没有腐烂的新鲜水果挑选出来,同时去掉附着的残枝碎叶、杂草、泥土杂物,放入含1.5%的盐酸、0.1%的高锰酸钾的溶液中,浸泡3-5分钟;经过浸泡的水果投入清洗机内用高压水冲洗干净;
(912)清洗干净的水果进行去皮、去核、破碎,破碎后分别送入打浆机,打浆成泥浆状通过120目细筛网将水果渣滓分离出来,由打浆板打击推向出渣斗,得到包含果肉在内的水果浆液;
(913)将步骤(912)得到的水果浆液分别进行高温短时灭菌,用管式高温瞬时灭菌器对料液进行高温短时灭菌,温度110℃,时间为50秒,流量控制在3000L/h内;
(914)将步骤(913)得到的水果浆液分别放入卧式复轴干燥机干燥,将浆液中的全部自由水和大部分胶体结合水蒸发掉,精致成含有果肉颗粒的水果粉;
(915)按配方重量将步骤(911)-(914)得到的每种水果粉放入搅拌机搅拌均匀后,按规格进行包装水果粉包待用;
(92)制备中药液:
(921)把乌藤片、珍珠母、百合、合欢皮、酸枣仁按配方比例,放入中药沙锅内;
(922)往沙锅中浸到温水,没过药材2-3cm,用温水浸泡30分钟;浸泡后药材变软,细胞膨胀,有效成分容易被煎出;
(923)浸泡完毕后,用武火烧开15-18分钟,烧开后用文火煎熬60-75分钟;
(924)将步骤(923)得到的药液冷却后,取出药液,得到第一煎熬液备用;
(925)将步骤(924)煎熬后的中药继续放入锅中,按上述步骤(923)煎熬,得到第二煎熬液,将两份煎熬液倒在一起得到药液;
(926)将混合好的药液通过管式超滤膜设备过滤,膜孔径为截流分子量6000-150000,过滤压力:0.2-0.5MPa,过滤温度:0℃-40℃,膜通量:50-300L/m2·h;
(927)将过滤后的药液与葵花籽油,混合搅拌,均匀搅拌后按规格进行密封包装待用;
(93)制备杂粮粉:
(931)对小米进行筛选除杂、清洗、晒干,将小米放入烘炒机,烘炒35-50min,滚筒转数6.2r/min,温度保持在80-110℃,烘焙后的小米自然冷却50-60min,将冷却后的小米放入粉碎机进行精粉,粉碎后过不低于160目筛,获取小米粉;
(932)对莲子进行筛选除杂、清洗、晒干,将莲子放入烘炒机,烘炒40-60min,滚筒转数7.5r/min,温度保持在90-120℃,烘焙后的莲子自然冷却50-60min,将冷却后的莲子放入粉碎机进行精粉,粉碎后过不低于160目筛,取得莲子粉;
(933)将鹿茸洗净晾干后,将鹿茸切片或砸成碎块放入干燥箱内烘烤,烘焙300-360min,温度80-100℃,烘干后的鹿茸断面呈微黄色,自然冷却50-60min,将冷却后的鹿茸放入粉碎机进行精粉,粉碎后过140目筛取得鹿茸粉;
(934)将白糖放入粉碎机中进行粉碎得到白糖粉;
(935)将麦片,小米粉,莲子粉,水果粉,鹿茸粉,糖粉,按配方比例放入置入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,后置干燥箱中60-70℃温度范围内进行干燥处理,使水分降至10%重量份以下,按规格进行包装;
(94)打包:
将步骤(92)得到的药液包、步骤(93)得到的杂粮粉包,步骤(91)得到的水果粉包,用纸盒定量包装。
