参照图1B,每个车载组件106可配备有被配置为便于个人装置104的检测并识别接近度的无线收发器110。在示例中,无线收发器110可包括用于确定个人装置104的接近度的无线装置(诸如,被配置为能够将低能耗蓝牙信号强度作为定位器的蓝牙低功耗收发器)。在示例中,通过无线收发器110对个人装置104的接近度的检测可使得检测到的个人装置104的车辆组件界面应用118被激活。
在许多示例中,个人装置104可包括被配置为与其它可兼容装置进行通信的无线收发器112(例如,蓝牙模块、ZIGBEE收发器、Wi-Fi收发器、IrDA收发器、RFID收发器等)。在示例中,个人装置104的无线收发器112可通过无线连接114与车载组件106的无线收发器110进行数据传输。在另一示例中,可穿戴式个人装置104的无线收发器112可通过无线连接114与移动个人装置104的无线收发器112进行数据传输。无线连接114可以是蓝牙低功耗(BLE)连接,但是也可利用其它类型的局域无线连接114(诸如,Wi-Fi或Zigbee)。
个人装置104还可包括被配置为便于个人装置104通过通信网络与其它装置进行通信的装置调制解调器。通信网络可向连接到通信网络的装置提供通信服务,诸如,分组交换网络服务(例如,因特网接入、VoIP通信服务)。通信网络的示例可包括蜂窝电话网络。为了便于通过通信网络进行通信,个人装置104可与唯一的设备标识符(例如,移动装置号码(MDN)、互联网协议(IP)地址、装置调制解调器的标识符等)相关联,以识别个人装置104通过通信网络的通信。这些个人装置104的标识符还可由车载组件106使用以识别个人装置104。
车辆组件界面应用118可以是安装到个人装置104的应用。车辆组件界面应用118可被配置为便于车辆乘员经由无线收发器110访问针对网络配置而开放的车载组件106的功能。在一些情况下,车辆组件界面应用118可被配置为识别可用的车载组件106,识别可用的功能以及识别的车载组件106的当前设置,并确定哪些可用的车载组件106是在接近车辆乘员的范围内(例如,在与个人装置104的位置的同一区域108中)。车辆组件界面应用118还可被配置为显示描述可用的功能的用户界面,接收用户输入,以及基于用户输入提供命令以允许用户控制车载组件106的功能。因此,系统100-B可被配置为允许车辆乘员与车辆102中的车载组件106无缝地进行交互,而不需要个人装置104已经与车辆102的主机单元配对或者与车辆102的主机单元进行通信。
为了确定车载组件106与个人装置104处在同一区域,系统100-B可使用一种或更多种装置位置追踪技术来识别个人装置104所在的区域108。位置追踪技术可根据估计是基于接近度、角度还是最小二乘法而进行分类。接近度方法是“粗略的”,且可提供关于目标是否在预定义范围内的信息,但接近度方法无法提供目标的精确位置。角度方法根据目标和参考位置之间的角度来估计目标的位置。最小二乘法提供对目标位置的估计,起始于目标和参照物之间的可用距离。从参照物到目标的距离可从在车载组件106的无线收发器110与个人装置104的无线收发器112之间的无线连接114上的信号强度116的测量值来获得,或者从到达时间(TOA)测量值或到达时间差(TDOA)测量值来获得。
使用信号强度116的最小二乘法的一个优点是,最小二乘法可利用在许多通信协议中可用的已经存在的接收信号强度指示(RSSI)的信号强度116的信息。例如,iBeacon使用在蓝牙低功耗(BLE)协议中可用的信号强度116的信息来推断从个人装置104(即,目标)到信标的距离,使得当个人装置104接近该信标时,特定事件可被触发。其它实施方式可在构思上进行扩展,利用多个参照物来估计目标的位置。当距三个参考信标的距离是已知时,所述位置可在整个范围内(三边测量)由下面的公式进行估计:
在示例100-C中,如图1C所示,车载组件106-B可广播或以其它方式向车辆102的其它车载组件106-A和106-C发送对信号强度116的请求。该请求可使得其它车载组件106-A和106-C返回由它们各自的无线收发器110针对它们检测到的任何装置而识别的无线信号强度116的数据(例如,由无线收发器110-A针对个人装置104识别的信号强度116-A,由无线收发器110-C针对个人装置104识别的信号强度116-C)。使用这些信号强度116-A和信号强度116-C以及由车载组件106-B使用其无线收发器110-B确定的信号强度(在图1C中未示出),车载组件106-B可使用公式(1)来执行三边测量并对个人装置104进行定位。
然而,信号强度116的使用可能要求在已知的距离处校准已知功率。作为示例,在距发射器距离d接收的信号功率可被计算为已知功率Pd0在已知距离d0处的衰减:
值得注意的是,公式(2)的路径损耗指数n是环境的函数。在动态变化的环境中(诸如,车辆102的内部),n的值既不是已知的,也不是固定的量。此外,在存在未知的环境因素的情况下从信号强度116估计距离的许多不同方法要求有效的计算处理能力。
例如,可利用通过校准确定的常数A如下从信号强度116估计距离:
RSSI(dBm)=-10n log10(d)+A (3)
作为距离的函数且n处于2-3的范围内,距离d可通过参考信号进行如下近似估计:
除非已执行校准,否则可预期k在一定范围内,但可能无法提取针对距离d的相当良好的估计值。
目标位置的改进方法可提供关于车辆乘员所在的车辆102的哪个区域108正与车载组件106进行物理交互以及哪个个人装置104与区域108的乘员相关联的信息。如在此详细说明的,所述方法可不进行距离估计而被执行,而同时针对个人装置104与位于靠近多个车辆102的乘员的等距离位置的车载组件106的交互是稳健的。
如在图1A中所示,驾驶员侧后方乘客正触及与区域108-C相关联的座椅控制车载组件106-H。响应于驾驶员侧后方乘客触及车载组件106-H,安装到个人装置104-B的车辆组件界面应用118可显示描述可用的功能或者提供与车载组件106-H有关的其它信息的用户界面。然而,这样做的话,车载组件106-H可能被要求识别车辆102的内部中的哪个个人装置104是触及车载组件106-H的用户的个人装置104-B。基于该识别,车载组件106-H可经由无线连接114通知识别的个人装置104-B激活车辆组件界面应用118。
车载组件106与个人装置104的网格网络可被用于允许车载组件106识别每个个人装置104所在的区域108。由于每个车载组件106还与区域108相关联,所以车载组件106可因此识别这样的个人装置104将被通知,所述这样的个人装置104是与和车载组件106-H相关联的同一区域108关联的个人装置104。继续示出的示例,车载组件106-H可利用车载组件106的网格网络来确定哪个个人装置104是与车载组件106-H所在的区域108-C关联的个人装置104(即,在示出示例中的个人装置104-B)。
作为一种可行方式,车载组件106-H可利用从车辆102中的个人装置104接收的信号强度116的数据,来识别哪个个人装置104正由与座椅控制车载组件106-H物理交互的乘客所使用。例如,识别在车载组件106-H处具有最大信号强度116的个人装置104很可能会识别出正确的个人装置104-B,例如,如下:
图2示出了包括与位于中心的车载组件106进行交互的车辆乘员的示例系统200。在图1A的示例系统100-A中,区域108-C的车辆乘员正触及与其它车辆乘员相对较远的座椅控制车载组件106-H。然而,与图1A的示例相比,如图2所示,区域108-D中的车辆乘员正触及气候控制车载组件106-F,车载组件106-F通常位于第二排和车辆102的车厢内相对中心的位置。
气候控制车载组件106-F可包括多个开关/传感器,例如,被配置为调节针对驾驶员侧第二排乘客的通风口、温度、制热/制冷座椅或其它设置的第一组控制件,以及被配置为调节针对乘客侧第二排乘客的通风口、温度、制热/制冷座椅或其它设置的第二组控制件。气候控制车载组件106-F能够识别它是通过针对驾驶员侧后方区域108-C的控制件的选择还是乘客侧后方区域108-D的控制件的选择而被激活。但是,气候控制车载组件106-F可能无法确定车辆102内的哪个个人装置104位于由选择的控制件控制的区域内。
此外,气候控制车载组件106-F可能无法使用公式(5)从最大信号强度116确定车辆102内的哪个个人装置104是利用气候控制车载组件106-F的用户的个人装置104。这可能会发生,是因为气候控制车载组件106-F在距个人装置104中的距离上不比其它个人装置104明显更近。其它位于中心的车载组件106(诸如,扬声器车载组件106-K至106-N)可能具有类似的问题,。
作为一种替代方法,每个个人装置104可尝试通过识别个人装置104向哪个车载组件106提供最强的信号强度116,来识别哪个车载组件106最接近相应的个人装置104。每个个人装置104可因此将其本身设置为与被识别为在个人装置104处具有最强的信号强度116的车载组件106的区域108相关联。然而,在个人装置104相对靠近车辆102的中心或接近区域108的边界的情况下,或者在车载组件106的信号强度116的水平相对于彼此未校准的情况下,这样的方法可能也会提供错误的或不确定的结果。
为了处理这些结果,个人装置104可被配置为确定位于每个区域108内的车载组件106的平均信号强度116,并将个人装置104与个人装置104具有最大平均信号强度116的区域108进行关联。相应地,通过经由区域108考虑车载组件106的单一强度116,可执行对个人装置104的关联区域108的更准确的确定。
图3示出了使用车载组件106的区域编码来向车辆102的区域108分配个人装置104的示例处理300。在示例中,处理300可由车辆102的车厢内的与其它车载组件106和一个或更多个个人装置104通信的一个或更多个车载组件106来执行。虽然处理300是根据车载组件106中的一个的操作进行描述的,但是应注意的是,类似的处理300可由从车载组件106获取信号强度116的信息并执行区域108的分配的个人装置104来执行。
在操作302中,车载组件106从个人装置104获取信号强度116的信息。在示例中,车载组件106可向车辆102的其它车载组件106广播或以其它方式发送对于信号强度116的请求。该请求可使得其它车载组件106返回由其各自的无线收发器110针对已检测到的个人装置104识别的无线信号强度116的数据。
在操作304中,车载组件106识别与车载组件106相关联的区域108。在示例中,存在于车辆102的内部的每个不同的车载组件106可与各个车载组件106所在的每个区域108和/或由各个车载组件106所控制的每个(或更多个)区域108相关联。在一些示例中,其它车载组件106可进一步向车载组件106提供区域108的信息。在其它示例中,车载组件106可检索关于车载组件106的区域108的分配的缓存的区域108的信息。
在操作306中,车载组件106根据区域108计算来自个人装置104的平均信号强度116。在示例中,针对包括在信号强度116的信息中的每个个人装置104,车载组件106可计算由位于每个区域108内的车载组件106检测到的个人装置104的平均信号强度116。
在操作308中,车载组件106将个人装置104与使平均信号强度116最大化的区域108进行关联。在示例中,如果个人装置104-A被确定为对于区域108-B中的车载组件106具有最大的信号强度116,则可将个人装置104-A与区域108-B进行关联。在另一示例中,如果个人装置104-B被确定为对于区域108-C中的车载组件106具有最大的信号强度116,则可将个人装置104-B与区域108-C进行关联。因此,通过使用个人装置104在整个区域108中的平均信号强度116的信息,车载组件106能够在相比于使用来自单一车载组件106的信号强度116的信息的情况更准确地将个人装置104分配给区域108。在操作308之后,处理300结束。
图4示出了用于激活与用户正在交互的车载组件106的区域108相关联的个人装置104的示例处理400。在示例中,处理400可由车辆102的车厢内的车载组件106中的一个来执行。
在操作402中,车载组件106确定用户是否已经与车载组件106进行交互。在示例中,车载组件106可接收用户对车载组件106的一组控制件的输入,车载组件106被配置为从用户接收关于车载组件106的基本功能或核心功能(例如,打开/关闭灯,打开/关闭扬声器等)的输入。在另一示例中,车载组件106可识别个人装置104至无线收发器110的无线信号强度116的增加。如果检测到用户与车载组件106的交互,则控制转到操作404。否则,处理400停留在操作402。
在操作404中,车载组件106执行车辆102内的个人装置104的区域108的关联。在示例中,区域108的关联可使用诸如在上面详细描述的处理300的处理来被执行。在其它示例中,车载组件106可使用个人装置104的先前确定的区域108的关联,例如,针对用户与车载组件106或与另一车载组件106的先前交互计算的区域108的关联。
在操作406中,车载组件106识别与车载组件106的区域108相关联的个人装置104。在示例中,车载组件106可与车载组件106所在的区域108中的一个和/或由车载组件106所控制的区域108中的一个(或更多个)进行关联。使用车载组件106的区域108,车载组件106可查找或以其它方式识别哪个个人装置104与和车载组件106关联的同一区域108相关联。
在操作408中,车载组件106向识别的个人装置104发送通知。在示例中,车载组件106利用车载组件106的无线收发器110,经由无线连接114通知识别的个人装置104激活车辆组件界面应用118。在操作408之后,处理400结束。
应注意的是,使用“区域编码”的最小二乘法处理300仅仅是一个示例,变型是可行的。作为一种可行方式,在一些示例中,一个或更多个车载组件106可不仅与一个座椅或区域108唯一地关联。例如,一个或更多个车载组件106可在共享车辆102的同一排的两个或更多个乘客之间进行共享。在这种示例中,车载组件106可被编码为属于多个区域108。作为一个示例,第二排中心的车载组件106可与区域108-C和区域108-D相关联。当利用与多个区域108关联的车载组件106检测到物理交互时,如果在超过一个的关联区域108中检测到个人装置104,则将需要例如根据过去的交互的历史做出是否通知两个车载组件106、两个车载组件106两者均不通知或通知两个车载组件106中的一个的决定。
总之,通过使用车载组件106的区域编码以及已经在许多通信协议中可用的信号强度116的信息,车载组件106能够向包括在车辆102内的个人装置104分配区域108。通过使用车载组件106和个人装置104的区域108的分配,车载组件106中的一个接收用户与其控制件进行的交互的指示,车载组件106可容易地向与和用户交互的车载组件106的同一区域108相关联的个人装置104发送通知,从而允许正确的个人装置104来控制车载组件106的功能。
在此描述的诸如个人装置104和车载组件106的计算装置通常包括计算机可执行指令,其中,所述指令可由诸如上面列出的一个或更多个计算装置执行。计算机可执行指令可由利用多种可通过使用各种编程语言和/或技术创建的计算机程序来编译或解释计算机可执行指令,所述编程语言和/或技术包括但不限于下列项中的单独一个或它们的组合:JavaTM、C、C++、C#、VisualBasic、Java Script、Perl等。一般地,处理器(例如,微处理器)从(例如)存储器、计算机可读介质等接收指令并执行这些指令,从而执行一个或更多个处理,所述一个或更多个处理包括在此描述的一个或更多个。可使用各种计算机可读介质来存储和传输这种指令以及其它数据。

Claims (14)
1.一种用于追踪个人装置位置的系统,包括:
车辆座椅,具有与座椅位置相关联的区域;
车载组件,每个车载组件与所述区域中的至少一个相关联,每个区域包括多个车载组件,车载组件中的一个被配置为:
通过确定个人装置与每个区域的多个车载组件之间的平均信号强度以及识别针对哪个区域的相应的多个车载组件的平均信号强度最大,来识别与车载组件的区域相关联的个人装置;
响应于检测到的用户交互向个人装置发送通知。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述通知被配置为:使得个人装置调用车辆组件界面应用,以使用个人装置显示针对车载组件的用户界面。
3.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述区域包括与驾驶员座椅位置相关联的第一区域、与前排乘客座椅位置相关联的第二区域、与驾驶员侧后方座椅位置相关联的第三区域、以及与乘客侧后方座椅位置相关联的第四区域。
4.如权利要求3所述的系统,其中,所述区域还包括与驾驶员侧第三排的座椅位置相关联的第五区域以及与乘客侧第三排的座椅位置相关联的第六区域。
5.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,个人装置包括蜂窝电话、平板计算机、智能手表、膝上型计算机、便携式音乐播放器、智能眼镜、健身手环和控制环中的一个或更多个。
6.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,检测到的用户交互包括接收到用户对车载组件的一组用户界面控制件的输入。
7.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,车载组件包括无线收发器,检测到的用户交互包括识别个人装置到无线收发器的增强的无线信号强度。
8.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,车载组件中的所述一个还被配置为:
从车辆的其它车载组件获取针对个人装置的无线信号强度的强度信息;
识别车载组件所在的区域;
计算个人装置到每个区域中的多个车载组件的平均信号强度;
将个人装置与具有到个人装置的最大平均信号强度的区域进行关联。
9.一种用于追踪个人装置位置的系统,包括:
车载组件,与车辆的区域座椅位置相关联,所述车载组件被配置为:
从其它车载组件获取个人装置的无线信号强度的强度信息;
识别其它车载组件所在的区域,每个区域包括多个车载组件;
针对每个区域,计算个人装置到区域中的多个车载组件的平均信号强度;
将个人装置与具有到个人装置的最大平均信号强度的区域进行关联。
10.如权利要求9所述的系统,其中,每个区域与车辆的相应座椅位置相关联。
11.如权利要求10所述的系统,其中,所述区域包括与驾驶员座椅位置相关联的第一区域、与前排乘客座椅位置相关联的第二区域、与驾驶员侧后方座椅位置相关联的第三区域、以及与乘客侧后方座椅位置相关联的第四区域。
12.如权利要求9所述的系统,其中,个人装置是蜂窝电话。
13.如权利要求9所述的系统,其中,车载组件还被配置为:响应于检测到的用户交互,向其它车载组件查询个人装置的无线信号强度的强度信息。
14.如权利要求13所述的系统,其中,检测到的用户交互包括接收到用户对车载组件的一组用户界面控制件的输入。
