Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种组合物,具体地,一种织物调理组合物,该组合物至少包含季铵化合物、阳离子多糖、非离子多糖以及芳香材料或香料。具体地,该季铵化合物是可生物降解的季铵化合物。本发明还涉及使用该组合物的方法。
背景技术
提供现有技术的以下讨论以便将本发明置于适当的技术背景下并使它的优点得到更充分的理解。然而,应当理解的是在整个说明书中现有技术的任何讨论不应被视为明确的或暗含的承认如此的现有技术是广泛已知的或形成本领域公知常识的一部分。
可以在洗涤过程的漂洗周期中加入织物调理组合物以便软化织物并且给予它们香味。常规地,织物调理体系是基于季铵化合物,还称为季铵盐,值得注意地西曲氯铵、山嵛基三甲基氯化铵、N,N-双(硬脂酰-氧-乙基)N,N-二甲基氯化铵、N,N-双(牛脂酰-氧-乙基)N,N-二甲基氯化铵、N,N-双(硬脂酰-氧-乙基)N-(2-羟乙基)N-甲基硫酸甲酯铵或1,2-二(硬脂酰-氧)-3-三甲基铵丙烷氯化物。
然而,已知季铵盐难以生物降解并且由此展示生态毒性。在该工业中存在的总趋势是转变成其他调理体系。一种选择是使用酯季铵盐,这些酯季铵盐提供更好的生物可降解性和更低的生态毒性。然而,与这些酯季铵盐有关的一个问题是此类化合物的稳定性不是令人满意的,特别是当这些酯季铵盐在该织物调理组合物中以高水平存在时,这可归因于其可生物降解的性质。因此,存在提供一种组合物的需求,该组合物提供良好的稳定性和优异的软化性能。
另一个方面,经常将芳香材料或香料结合到织物调理组合物中以对洗涤过的织物提供令人愉快的气味。一个问题是一旦吸附到目标表面,例如织物,这些芳香材料或香料趋向于非常快地消散。因此,还存在提供一种组合物的需求,在该组合物中所结合的芳香材料或香料可以具有持久的气味并且该气味可以从基底(如该织物)缓慢地散发。这种性质经常被描述为该芳香材料或香料的直接性、韧性或寿命。
本领域传授了将阳离子聚合物添加至织物调理组合物中具有多种益处。Megan等人的美国专利号6,492,322披露了织物软化组合物,这些织物软化组合物包括可生物降解的二酯软化化合物和包括多糖(如树胶、淀粉和某些阳离子合成聚合物)的阳离子聚合物。
对于提供具有优异的软化性能以及改善的香味寿命的组合物存在需求。
发明概述
现在已经发现以上目的可以通过提供根据本发明的组合物来满足。
在本发明的第一方面,提供了一种组合物,该组合物包含:
(a)季铵化合物;(b)阳离子多糖;(c)非离子多糖;以及(d)基于该组合物的总重量从0.6wt%至10wt%的芳香材料或香料。
在一个实施例中,该阳离子多糖是阳离子瓜尔胶。
在另一个实施例中,该阳离子多糖是阳离子瓜尔胶并且该非离子多糖是非离子瓜尔胶。
在还另一个实施例中,该阳离子多糖具有在100,000道尔顿与1,500,000道尔顿之间的平均分子量。
在还另一个实施例中,该季铵化合物不是含硅酮的季铵化合物。

详细说明
在本发明的一个方面,提供了一种组合物,该组合物包含:(a)季铵化合物;(b)阳离子多糖;(c)非离子多糖;以及(d)基于该组合物的总重量从0.6wt%至10wt%的芳香材料或香料。
本发明的组合物可以是个人护理组合物或家庭护理组合物。
具体地,本发明提供了一种织物调理组合物,该织物调理组合物包含:(a)季铵化合物,作为织物调理化合物;(b)阳离子多糖;(c)非离子多糖;以及(d)基于该组合物的总重量从0.6wt%至10wt%的芳香材料或香料。
已经发现,根据本发明,该组合物中的一定比例的季铵化合物能够通过用该阳离子多糖和该非离子多糖取代而降低,没有对该组合物的软化性能的任何负面作用。虽然不希望受到理论束缚,据信该季铵化合物、该阳离子多糖以及该非离子多糖的组合可以提供增强软化性能的协同作用。

如在此使用的“烷基”是指直链或支链的饱和脂肪族烃基团。如在此所使用,“烯基”是指含有至少一个双键的脂肪族基团并且旨在包括“未取代的烯基”和“取代的烯基”两者,其后者是指在该烯基的一个或多个碳原子上具有代替氢的取代基的烯基部分。
如在此使用的术语“阳离子聚合物”是指具有阳离子电荷的任何聚合物。

在一个方面,本发明的组合物包含至少一种阳离子多糖。在一个实施例中,该组合物仅包含一种阳离子多糖。
该阳离子多糖可以通过化学改性多糖(总体上天然多糖)获得。通过这种改性,可以将阳离子侧基引入该多糖主链中。在一个实施例中,由根据本发明的阳离子多糖所携带的阳离子基团是季铵基团。
本发明的阳离子多糖包括但不限于:
阳离子瓜尔胶及其衍生物、阳离子纤维素及其衍生物、阳离子淀粉及其衍生物、阳离子愈创葡聚糖及其衍生物、阳离子木聚糖及其衍生物、阳离子甘露聚糖及其衍生物、阳离子半乳甘露糖及其衍生物。
适合于本发明的阳离子纤维素包括包含季铵基团的纤维素醚、阳离子纤维素共聚物或接枝有水溶性季铵单体的纤维素。
这些包含季铵基团的纤维素醚在法国专利1,492,597中描述并且具体地包括由陶氏公司(Dow)以名称“JR”(JR 400、JR 125、JR 30M)或“LR”(LR400、LR 30M)销售的聚合物。这些聚合物还在CTFA词典中被定义为羟乙基纤维素季铵,这些羟乙基纤维素季铵已经与由三甲基铵基团取代的环氧化物反应。合适的阳离子纤维素还包括来自苏威公司(Solvay)的LR3000KC。
这些阳离子纤维素共聚物或接枝有水溶性季铵单体的纤维素尤其地在美国专利号4,131,576中进行描述,例如羟烷基纤维素,例如尤其接枝有甲基丙烯酰基-乙基三甲基铵、甲基丙烯酰胺丙基三甲胺或二甲基-二烯丙基铵盐的羟甲基-、羟乙基-或羟丙基纤维素。与此定义对应的这些商业产品更具体地是由阿克苏诺贝尔公司(Akzo Nobel)以名称L200和H 100销售的产品。
合适的阳离子半乳甘露糖包括例如葫芦巴胶、魔芋胶、塔拉胶、决明胶。
在一个实施例中,该阳离子多糖是阳离子瓜尔胶。瓜尔胶是由糖类半乳糖和甘露糖构成的多糖。主链是β1,4-连接的甘露糖残基直链,在每隔一个甘露糖处半乳糖残基1,6-连接到该甘露糖残基直链,形成短的侧枝。在本发明的上下文中,这些阳离子瓜尔胶是瓜尔胶的阳离子衍生物。
在该阳离子多糖如阳离子瓜尔胶的情况下,该阳离子基团可以是带有3个基团的季铵基团,这3个基团可以是相同的或不同的,优选地选自氢、烷基、羟烷基、环氧烷基、烯基、或芳基,优选地包含1至22个碳原子、更具体地1至14并且有利地1至3个碳原子。平衡离子通常是卤素。该卤素的一个实例是氯。
该季铵基团的实例包括:3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTMAC),2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵(EPTAC),二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(DMDAAC),乙烯基苯三甲基氯化铵,三甲基铵乙基甲基丙烯酸酯氯化物,甲基丙烯酰胺基丙基三甲基氯化铵(MAPTAC),以及四烷基氯化铵。
在这些阳离子多糖(例如阳离子瓜尔胶)中的阳离子官能团的一个实例是三甲基氨基(2-羟基)丙基,与平衡离子。可以利用不同的平衡离子,包括但不限于卤离子,如氯离子、氟离子、溴离子和碘离子,硫酸根,硝酸根、甲基硫酸根,以及其混合物。

在一个实施例中,本发明的阳离子瓜尔胶是瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵或羟丙基瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵。
本发明的阳离子多糖(如阳离子瓜尔胶)可以具有在100,000道尔顿与3,500,000道尔顿之间、优选地在100,000道尔顿与1,500,000道尔顿之间、更优选地在100,000道尔顿与1,000,000道尔顿之间的平均分子量(Mw)。
在一个实施例中,该组合物包含基于该组合物的总重量从0.05wt%至10wt%的根据本发明的阳离子多糖。在另一个实施例中,该组合物包含基于该组合物的总重量从0.05wt%至5wt%的该阳离子多糖。在还另一个实施例中,该组合物包含基于该组合物的总重量从0.2wt%至2wt%的该阳离子多糖。
在本申请的上下文中,阳离子多糖(如阳离子瓜尔胶)的术语“取代度(DS)”是每糖单元取代的烃基的平均数。DS值得注意地可以代表每糖单元的羧甲基的数目。DS可以通过滴定来确定。
在一个实施例中,该阳离子多糖(如阳离子瓜尔胶)的DS是在0.01至1的范围内。在另一个实施例中,该阳离子多糖(如阳离子瓜尔胶)的DS是在0.05至1的范围内。在还另一个实施例中,该阳离子多糖(如阳离子瓜尔胶)的DS是在0.05至0.2的范围内。
在本申请的上下文中,阳离子多糖(如阳离子瓜尔胶)的“电荷密度(CD)”是指构成聚合物的单体单元上的正电荷数与所述单体单元的分子量的比值。
在一个实施例中,该阳离子多糖(如阳离子瓜尔胶)的CD是在0.1至3(meq/gm)的范围内。在另一个实施例中,该阳离子多糖(如阳离子瓜尔胶)的CD是在0.1至2(meq/gm)的范围内。在还另一个实施例中,该阳离子多糖(如阳离子瓜尔胶)的CD是在0.1至1(meq/gm)的范围内。

其中,尤其使用的纤维素是羧乙基纤维素和羟丙基纤维素。可以提及的是由阿奎纶公司(Aqualon)以名称EF、H、LHF、MF以及G销售的产品,以及由爱美高公司(Amerchol)以名称Polymer PCG-10销售的产品,以及由亚什兰公司(Ashland)以名称HEC、HPMC K200、HPMC K35M销售的产品。
在一个实施例中,该非离子多糖是非离子瓜尔胶。该非离子瓜尔胶可以是改性的或非改性的。这些非改性的非离子瓜尔胶包括由Unipectine公司以名称GH 175销售的产品以及由苏威公司以名称-Guar 50和C销售的产品。这些改性的非离子瓜尔胶尤其是用C1-C6羟烷基改性的。在可以提及的羟烷基之中的是例如羟甲基、羟乙基、羟丙基以及羟丁基。这些瓜尔胶是现有技术中熟知的并且可以例如通过以下方式制备:将相应的环氧烷例如像环氧丙烷与该瓜尔胶反应以便获得用羟丙基改性的瓜尔胶。
本发明的非离子多糖(如非离子瓜尔胶)可以具有在100,000道尔顿与3,500,000道尔顿之间、优选地在500,000道尔顿与3,500,000道尔顿之间的平均分子量(Mw)。
在一个实施例中,该组合物包含基于该组合物的总重量从0.05wt%至10wt%的根据本发明的非离子多糖。在另一个实施例中,该组合物包含基于该组合物的总重量从0.05wt%至5wt%的该非离子多糖。在还另一个实施例中,该组合物包含基于该组合物的总重量从0.2wt%至2wt%的该非离子多糖。
在一个实施例中,该组合物中季铵化合物的重量与该组合物中阳离子多糖和非离子多糖的总重量的比率在100:1与2:1之间,更优选地在30:1与5:1之间。
在一个实施例中,该组合物中阳离子多糖的重量与该组合物中非离子多糖的重量的比率在1:10与10:1之间,更优选地在1:3与3:1之间。
在本发明的另一个方面,该组合物进一步包含芳香材料或香料。
已经发现,上述含有芳香材料或香料的组合物展现出与常规组合物相比改善的芳香/香味性能。不希望受到理论束缚,据信那些有益效果可归因于该阳离子多糖、该非离子多糖以及该季铵化合物的协同作用,该协同作用增强了该芳香材料或香料在基底(具体地织物)上的沉积,逐渐延长该芳香材料或香料的释放,增强该芳香或香味寿命(直接性)。结果是,该芳香材料或香料的气味能够在漂洗和干燥(挂干或机器干燥)步骤后在该基底(具体地织物)上保持大量持续延长的时间段。
如在此使用的,术语“芳香材料或香料”是指具有所希望的嗅觉特性并且是基本上非毒性的任何有机物质或组合物。此类物质或组合物包括常用于香料业或家用组合物(衣物洗涤剂、织物调理组合物、肥皂、多用途清洁剂、浴室清洁剂、地板清洁剂)或个人护理组合物中的所有芳香材料和香料。所涉及的这些化合物可以是在来源上天然的、半合成的或合成的。

这些芳香材料和香料中的一些或全部可以是封装的,典型的香料组分(有利于封装的)包括具有相对低沸点的那些。还有利的是封装具有低的Clog P、优选地具有小于3.0的Clog P的香料组分(即,将被分配到水中的那些)。如在此使用的,术语“Clog P”是指辛醇/水分配系数(P)的以10为底计算的对数。
另外合适的芳香材料和香料包括苯乙醇、萜品醇、芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯、香叶醇、橙花醇、2-(1,1-二甲基乙基)环-己醇乙酸酯、乙酸苄酯、以及丁子香酚。
这些芳香材料和香料可以作为单一物质使用或以与彼此的混合物使用。
香料经常包括溶剂或稀释剂,例如,乙醇、异丙醇、二乙二醇单乙醚、二丙二醇、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、以及柠檬酸三乙酯。

在本发明的还另一个方面,提供了一种用于增强组合物的芳香或香味寿命的方法,该方法是通过向该组合物中添加(a)季铵化合物;(b)阳离子多糖;以及(c)芳香材料或香料。在一个实施例中,该阳离子多糖是不包含羟烷基化作用的阳离子多糖。在另一个实施例中,该阳离子多糖是没有通过羟烷基化作用改性的阳离子瓜尔胶。

该组合物可以包含硅酮化合物。本发明的硅酮化合物可以是直链或支链结构的硅酮聚合物。本发明的硅酮可以是单聚合物或聚合物的混合物。合适的硅酮化合物包括聚烷基硅酮、单硅酮(amonosilicone)、硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、乙氧基化的有机硅酮、丙氧基化的有机硅酮、乙氧基化的/丙氧基化的有机硅酮、以及其混合物。合适的硅酮包括但不限于可购自瓦克化学公司(Wacker Chemical)的那些,如FC 201和FC205。
该组合物可以包含交联剂。以下是交联剂的非限制性列表:亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)、二丙烯酸乙二醇酯、聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、二丙烯酰胺、三烯丙基胺、氰基甲基丙烯酸酯、乙烯基乙氧基丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯以及甲醛、乙二醛、缩水甘油醚类的化合物如乙二醇缩水甘油醚、或环氧化物或允许交联的专家熟悉的任何其他手段。

该组合物可以包含抗微生物剂。该抗微生物剂可以是卤化的材料。合适的卤化的材料包括5-氯-2-(2,4-二氯苯氧基)苯酚、邻-苄基-对-氯-苯酚、以及4-氯-3-甲酚。可替代地,该抗微生物剂可以是非卤化的材料。合适的非卤化的材料包括2-苯基苯酚和2-(1-羟基-1-甲基乙基)-5-甲基环己醇。苯基醚是抗微生物剂的一个优选子集。该抗微生物剂还可以是双卤化的化合物。最优选地,这包含4-4’-二氯-2-羟基二苯醚和/或2,2-二溴-3-次氮基丙酰胺(DBNPA)。

该组合物还可以包含抗氧化剂以防止给该固体组合物和/或处理过的纺织品织物带来由氧和其他氧化过程导致的不希望的变化。此类化合物包含例如取代的苯酚、氢醌、焦儿茶酚、芳香胺以及维生素E。
该组合物可以包含疏水剂。该疏水剂可以存在的量是按总组合物的重量计从0.05wt%至1.0wt%、优选地从0.1wt%至0.8wt%、更优选地从0.2wt%至0.7wt%并且最优选地从0.4wt%至0.7wt%,例如从0.2wt%至0.5wt%。该疏水剂可以具有从4至9、优选地从4至7、最优选从5至7的ClogP。
合适的疏水剂包括衍生自脂肪酸与醇的反应的酯。该脂肪酸优选地具有从C8至C22的碳链长度并且可以是饱和的或不饱和的,优选是饱和的。某些实例包括硬脂酸、棕榈酸、月桂酸以及肉豆蔻酸。该醇可以是直链的、支链的或环状的。直链或支链的醇具有优选的从1至6的碳链长度。优选的醇包括甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、山梨糖醇。优选的疏水剂包括衍生自此类脂肪酸和醇的甲酯、乙酯、丙酯、异丙酯、以及脱水山梨糖醇酯。
合适的疏水剂的非限制性实例包括衍生自具有至少C10的碳链长度的脂肪酸的甲基酯、衍生自具有至少C10的碳链长度的脂肪酸的乙酯、衍生自具有至少C8的碳链长度的脂肪酸的丙酯、衍生自具有至少C8的碳链长度的脂肪酸的异丙酯、衍生自具有至少C16的碳链长度的脂肪酸的脱水山梨糖醇酯、以及具有大于C10的碳链长度的醇。天然存在的脂肪酸通常具有高达C22的碳链长度。

在此使用的特别优选的消泡剂是在此定义为包括硅酮组分的任何消泡化合物的硅酮消泡化合物。很多此类硅酮消泡化合物还包含二氧化硅组分。如在此并且通常遍及整个行业使用的术语“硅酮”涵盖多种含有不同类型的硅氧烷单元和烃基的相对高分子量的聚合物,像聚有机硅氧烷油如聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚有机硅氧烷油或树脂的分散体或乳液、以及聚有机硅氧烷与二氧化硅颗粒的组合,其中该聚有机硅氧烷被化学吸附或熔化在该二氧化硅上。二氧化硅颗粒经常是疏水的,例如,作为三甲基甲硅烷氧基硅酸酯。硅酮消泡剂是本领域中熟知的,并且是例如在1981年5月25日发布的美国专利4,265,779以及1990年2月7日公开的欧洲专利申请号89307851.9中披露的。其他硅酮消泡化合物披露在美国专利3,455,839中。颗粒状洗涤剂组合物中的硅酮消泡剂以及肥皂泡沫控制剂披露在美国专利3,933,672,35以及1987年3月24日发布的美国专利4,652,392中。合适的硅酮消泡化合物的实例是可商购自道康宁公司(Dow Corning)、瓦克化学以及迈图公司(Momentive)的聚有机硅氧烷与二氧化硅颗粒的组合。
其他合适的消泡化合物包括单羧酸脂肪酸及其可溶性盐。这些材料描述在美国专利2,954,347中。用作消泡剂的这些单羧酸脂肪酸及其盐典型地具有约10至约24个碳原子、优选约12至约18个碳原子的烃基链,像以商标名TAPAC可商购的牛脂两性多羧基甘氨酸盐。合适的盐包括碱金属盐,如钠盐、钾盐和锂盐以及铵盐和烷醇基铵盐。
其他合适的消泡化合物包括例如高分子量的烃,如石蜡,轻质石油无味烃,脂肪酸酯(例如,脂肪酸甘油三酯、甘油基衍生物、聚山梨醇酯),单价醇的脂肪酸酯,脂肪族的C18-40酮(例如,硬酯酮),N-烷基化的氨基三嗪,如三-或六-10烷基三聚氰胺或作为具有二或三摩尔的含有1至24个碳原子的伯或仲胺的三聚氰酰氯的产物形成的二-至四烷基二胺氯三嗪,环氧丙烷,双硬脂酸酰胺以及单硬脂基磷酸酯,如单硬脂基醇磷酸酯和单硬脂基二碱金属(例如,K、Na以及Li)磷酸盐和磷酸酯,以及非离子多羟基衍生物。这些烃如石蜡和15卤代石蜡可以液体形式使用。该液体烃将在室温并且大气压下呈液态,并且将具有在约-40℃与约5℃的范围内的倾点,以及不低于约110℃(大气压下)的最低沸点。还已知利用蜡质烃,优选具有低于约100℃的熔点。烃肥皂泡沫抑制剂描述在例如美国专利4,265,779中。这些烃因此包括脂肪族的、脂环族的、芳香族的、以及杂环的饱和或不饱和的具有从约12至约70个碳原子的烃。如在此肥皂泡沫抑制剂讨论中使用的术语“石蜡”旨在包括真石蜡和环状烃的混合物。环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的聚合物,具体地具有从约10至约16个碳原子、从约3至约30的乙氧基化度以及从约1至约10的丙氧基化度的烷基链的混合乙氧基化/丙氧基化脂肪醇,也是合适的在此使用的消泡化合物。
在此有用的其他消泡剂包括仲醇(例如,如在DE 40 21 265中描述的2-烷基烷醇)以及此类醇与硅酮油(如在US 4,798,679和EP 150,872中描述的硅酮)的混合物。这些仲醇包括具有C1-C16链的C6-C16烷基醇,像以商标名ISOFOL16可商购的2-己基癸醇、以商标名ISOFOL20可商购的2-辛基十二烷醇、以及来自康迪雅(Condea)的以商标名ISOFOL 12可购买的2-丁基辛醇。优选的醇是来自康迪雅的以商标名ISOFOL 12可购买的2-丁基辛醇。仲醇的混合物是来自埃尼化工(Enichem)的以商标名ISALCHEM 123可购买的。混合的消泡剂典型地包括约1:5至约5:1的重量比的醇和硅酮的混合物。进一步优选的消泡剂是可购自瓦克化学公司的硅酮SRE级以及硅酮SE 47M、SE39、SE2、SE9以及SE10;来自道康宁公司的BF20+、DB310、DC1410、DC1430、22210、HV495以及Q2-1607;由Basildon提供的FD20P和BC2600;以及来自迈图公司的SAG 730。其他合适的消泡剂(在文献例如食品添加剂手册(Hand Book ofFood Additives),ISBN 0-566-07592-X,第804页中描述的)选自二甲聚硅氧烷、泊咯沙姆、聚丙二醇、牛脂衍生物、以及其混合物。
在以上描述的这些消泡剂中,优选的是硅酮消泡剂,具体地聚有机硅氧烷与二氧化硅颗粒的组合。
该组合物可以包含抗冻剂。如下描述的抗冻剂用来改善该组合物的冷冻恢复。
该抗冻活性物可以是烷氧基化的非离子表面活性剂,该表面活性剂具有从4至22、优选从5至20并且最优选从6至20的平均烷氧基化值。该烷氧基化的非离子表面活性剂可以具有从3至6、优选从3.5至5.5的Clog P。可以使用此类非离子表面活性剂的混合物。
可以用作抗冻剂的合适的非离子表面活性剂包括特别地具有疏水基和反应性氢原子的化合物(例如脂肪族醇、酸或烷基酚)与环氧烷、优选地环氧乙烷(单独地或与环氧丙烷一起)的反应产物。
合适的抗冻剂还可选自醇、二醇以及酯。特别优选的附加抗冻剂是丙二醇(MPG)。在本发明的非离子抗冻剂组分范围外但可以额外地包括在本发明的组合物中的其他非离子抗冻材料包括烷基多糖苷、乙氧基化的蓖麻油、以及脱水山梨糖醇酯。
另外合适的抗冻剂是在EP 0018039中披露的那些,包括石蜡、长链醇以及几种酯,例如单硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸异丁酯以及棕榈酸异丁酯。还有在US 6,063,754中披露的材料,如C10-12异链烷烃、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯以及己二酸二辛基酯。
该组合物还包含一种或多种黏度控制剂,如聚合物黏度控制剂。合适的聚合物黏度控制剂包括非离子和阳离子聚合物,如疏水改性的纤维素醚(例如,来自Hercules的Natrosol Plus)、阳离子改性的淀粉(例如,均来自艾维贝的Softgel BDA和Softgel BD)。特别优选的黏度控制剂是以商标名Flosoft 200(来自法国爱森(SNF Floerger))可获得的甲基丙烯酸酯与阳离子丙烯酰胺的共聚物。
该组合物可以包含稳定剂。该稳定剂可以是水不溶性的阳离子材料与选自烃、脂肪酸、脂肪酯和脂肪族醇的非离子材料的混合物。
该组合物包含絮凝防止剂,该絮凝防止剂可以是非离子烷氧基化的材料,具有从8至18、优选从11至16、更优选从12至16并且最优选16的HLB值。该非离子烷氧基化的材料可以是直链的或支链的,优选是直链的。合适的絮凝防止剂包括非离子表面活性剂。合适的非离子表面活性剂包括环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷与脂肪醇、脂肪酸以及脂肪胺的加成产物。该絮凝防止剂优选地选自(a)一种选自环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷及其混合物的醇盐与(b)一种选自脂肪醇、脂肪酸以及脂肪胺的脂肪材料的加成产物。
该组合物可以包含聚合物增稠剂。合适的聚合物增稠剂是水溶性的或水可分散的。该聚合物增稠剂的单体可以是非离子、阴离子或阳离子。以下是发挥非离子功能的单体的非限制性列表:丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺、N-烷基丙烯酰胺、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、N-乙烯基甲酰胺、N-乙烯基乙酰胺、乙酸乙烯酯、乙烯醇、丙烯酸酯、烯丙醇。以下是发挥阴离子功能的单体的非限制性列表:丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、衣康酸、巴豆酸、顺丁烯二酸、反丁烯二酸,以及发挥磺酸或膦酸功能的单体,如2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙烷磺酸(ATBS)等。这些单体还可以包含疏水基。合适的阳离子单体选自由以下单体及其衍生物以及其季铵或酸盐组成的组:二甲基氨丙基甲基丙烯酰胺、二甲基氨丙基丙烯酰胺、二烯丙胺、甲基二烯丙胺、二烷基氨基烷基-丙烯酸盐和甲基丙烯酸盐、二烷基氨基烷基-丙烯酰胺或甲基丙烯酰胺。
本发明的组合物中特别有用的聚合物增稠剂包括在WO 2010/078959中所描述的那些。存在交联的水可溶胀的阳离子共聚物,这些共聚物具有至少一个阳离子单体和任选地其他非离子和/或阴离子单体。优选的此类型的聚合物是丙烯酰胺与三甲基氨乙基丙烯酸氯化物的共聚物。
优选的聚合物包含按总聚合物的重量计小于25%、优选小于20%、并且最优选小于15%的水溶性聚合物,以及相对于该聚合物从500ppm至5000ppm、优选从750ppm至5000ppm、更优选从1000ppm至4500ppm浓度(如通过合适的计量方法例如在专利EP 343840的第8页所描述的方法所确定的)的交联剂。该交联剂浓度必须是相对于该聚合物高于约500ppm并且优选高于约750ppm(当所使用的交联剂是亚甲基双丙烯酰胺时),或导致从10ppm至10,000ppm的等价交联水平的浓度的其他交联剂。
本发明的组合物可以通过本领域技术人员已知的任何混合手段制备。优选地,该组合物通过以下程序制备:
(i)提供阳离子多糖与非离子多糖的混合物的水性分散体;任选地,还可以将其他添加剂加入该水性分散体中。优选地,提供搅拌和/或加热以促进该过程。在一个优选实施例中,用酸性剂将该多糖的水性分散体的pH值调节到3.5至5的范围内;
(ii)将该季铵化合物与在(i)中获得的水性分散体混合以产生本发明的组合物。优选地,在混合之前通过加热熔化该季铵化合物。还可以提供搅拌和加热以促进该过程。可以在此阶段将该芳香材料或香料加入该组合物中。
优选地,使用合适的酸性剂或碱性剂将在(ii)中获得的组合物的pH值调节到2.5至8的范围内。还可以在此阶段将任选的添加剂加入该组合物中。
本发明的组合物可以采取多种物理形式,包括液体、液体-凝胶、膏状、呈水性或非水性形式的泡沫、以及本领域技术人员已知的任何其他合适的形式。为了更好的可分散性,该组合物的优选形式是液体形式以及呈在水中的水性分散体的形式。当呈液体形式时,该组合物还可以用分配装置(诸如喷雾器或气溶胶喷罐)来分配。
在一个优选的实施例中,本发明的组合物是液体织物调理组合物。当呈液体形式时,该组合物在标准的(稀释的)织物软化剂的情况下可以含有按重量计从0.1%至20%的织物调理剂,但在非常浓缩的织物调理组合物的情况下可以含有更高水平的按重量计从高达30%或甚至40%的织物调理剂。该组合物通常还含有可以提供该组合物的平衡的水和其他添加剂。合适的液体载体选自水、有机溶剂和它们的混合物。在该组合物中采用的液体载体优选地至少主要是水(因为其低成本、安全和环境可相容性)。可以使用水和有机溶剂的混合物。优选的有机溶剂是:一元醇,如乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇或丁醇;二元醇,如乙二醇;三元醇,如丙三醇、以及多羟基(多元)醇。
因而,在一个方面,本发明还提供了一种用于制备液体织物调理组合物的方法。该液体织物调理组合物可以通常通过熔化这些织物调理活性物并且将它们与其他成分混合,并且然后将该混合物加入热水中(在搅拌下以均化并且分散这些水不溶性成分)来制备。
在另一个方面,本发明还涉及根据本发明的组合物作为纺织品护理剂的用途。
在还另一个方面,本发明还提供一种调理织物的方法,该方法包括使含有本发明的组合物的水性介质与织物接触的步骤。
本发明的组合物可以在所谓漂洗过程中使用。典型地,在自动洗衣机(如自动织物洗涤机)的漂洗周期期间加入本发明的织物调理组合物。本发明的一个方面提供了在自动衣物洗涤机的漂洗周期期间投料本发明的组合物。本发明的另一个方面提供了包含本发明的组合物的试剂盒以及任选地使用说明。
当在漂洗过程中使用时,该组合物首先在水性漂洗浴溶液中被稀释。随后,将已经用洗涤剂液体洗涤过的并且任选地在第一低效漂洗步骤中(“低效”是在织物中可能带有残余洗涤剂和/或污物的意义上)漂洗过的洗涤过的织物置于具有该稀释的组合物的漂洗溶液中。当然,该组合物也可以结合到该水浴中,一旦这些织物已经浸入该水浴。在那个步骤之后,对在该漂洗浴溶液中的织物施加搅动,从而引起肥皂泡沫崩溃,并且将残余污物和表面活性剂去除。然后,在干燥之前可以任选地拧这些织物。
因而,在还另一个方面,提供了用于漂洗织物的方法,该方法包括使织物(优选地在洗涤剂液体中预先洗涤的)与根据本发明的组合物接触的步骤。本发明的主题还包括使用本发明的组合物以将织物柔软度赋予织物;值得注意地在高肥皂泡沫洗涤剂溶液中洗涤过的织物,同时提供在该漂洗过程中减少肥皂泡沫或发泡并且不会产生不希望的絮凝物。
在还另一个方面,本发明还涉及一种用于软化织物的方法,该方法包括在织物洗涤机的漂洗周期期间使包含本发明的组合物的水性介质与织物接触。
此漂洗过程可以在盆或桶中、在非自动洗涤机中手动进行,或在自动洗涤机中进行。当进行手洗时,从该洗涤剂液体中取出洗涤过的织物并且拧干。然后可以将本发明的组合物加入新鲜水中并且然后直接或在任选的低效第一漂洗步骤之后将这些织物在含有该组合物的水中根据常规漂洗习惯漂洗。然后使用常规手段干燥这些织物。
在本发明的还另一个方面,提供了一种包含本发明的组合物的容器。该容器允许该组合物的容易运输,并且还允许该组合物分配到用户。本发明的容器可以是槽、瓶、盒子、管等。该容器可以是由多种材料制成的,这些材料包括并且不限于塑料、橡胶、金属、合成纤维、玻璃、陶瓷材料、木材以及纸基材料。该容器可以呈易于处理和运输的任何形状,包括并且不限于立方体(cubic)形、长方体(cuboidal)形、圆柱形、圆锥形以及不规则形状。该容器优选地具有至少一个用于填充或取出该组合物的开口。优选地,该开口在该容器的顶部。该容器还可以具有用于关闭该开口的盖件。该盖件可以是盖、帽例如螺纹帽、密封件、插头、插塞等。

用于制备织物调理组合物的程序
1.一种或多种瓜尔胶、水以及添加剂(如果有的话)加入第一烧杯中,然后在搅拌下加热最高至55℃。
2.将TEP在55℃下在第二烧杯中熔化,并且然后将其加入到该第一烧杯中,然后将该混合物搅拌持续至少5分钟。
3.将步骤(2)的混合物冷却至35℃并且将防腐剂和芳香剂加入到该混合物中。
4.将该混合物的pH值用10wt%NaOH水溶液调整到目标值。
实例1:软化性能试验
通过使用上述程序根据以下配方(在表1中示出)制备织物调理组合物样品:

Claims (14)
1.一种织物调理组合物,该组合物包含:
(a)季铵化合物;(b)阳离子多糖;(c)非离子多糖;以及(d)芳香材料或香料;
其中该组合物中的该季铵化合物的重量与该组合物中的该阳离子多糖和该非离子多糖的总重量的比率在100∶1与2∶1之间;
其中该组合物包含了:(a)以基于该组合物的总重量从0.5wt%至20wt%的季铵化合物;(b)基于该组合物的总重量从0.05wt%至10wt%的阳离子多糖;(c)基于该组合物的总重量从0.05wt%至10wt%的非离子多糖;(d)基于该组合物的总重量从0.6wt%至10wt%的芳香材料或香料;以及(e)水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中该阳离子多糖是阳离子瓜尔胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中该非离子多糖是非离子瓜尔胶。
