背景技术
广泛认识到洗涤衣服可以在多次洗涤中造成损伤。例如,褪色、出现起球(pilling),衣服可以倾向于失去它们的形状,通常看起来老化。随着日益意识到与洗涤衣服有关的环境顾虑和在有限穿着之后扔掉衣服的浪费,用户寻找使他们的衣服清新(refresh)和复原(rejuvenate)的新产品。
需要使衣服清新和复原而不对衣服造成任何损伤的产品。
发明内容
在本发明的第一方面,提供了一种水性织物喷雾组合物,其包含:
a.0.5至2重量%的的非官能化硅酮,其中所述硅酮为乳液的形式,所述乳液具有1nm至300nm的粒径,

b.手持式喷雾设备,其可人工操作以产生所述织物喷雾组合物的喷雾,所述手持式喷雾设备包括:
i.储器,其容纳所述织物喷雾组合物,和;
ii.喷雾机构,所述喷雾机构可人工操作以排出所述织物喷雾组合物,其中所述喷雾结构包含喷嘴,所述喷嘴具有排放孔,其被配置成产生具有50至100度范围内的锥角的喷雾和/或包含具有20至200μm范围内的平均直径的液滴的喷雾。

水性组合物
本发明的织物喷雾组合物为水性织物喷雾剂。优选地,至少60重量%的组合物为水,更优选至少70重量%。
硅酮
本发明的织物喷雾组合物包含非官能化硅酮。非官能化硅酮向本发明的喷雾组合物提供颜色稳定性。
按喷雾组合物的重量计,硅酮可以以选自小于2%、小于1.75%和小于1.6%的含量存在。按喷雾组合物的重量计,硅酮可以以选自:大于0.5%、大于0.7%和大于0.8%的含量存在。合适地,按喷雾组合物的重量计,硅酮在喷雾组合物中以选自:约0.5%至约2%,优选约0.7%至约1.75%,更优选约0.8%至约1.6%的量存在。

游离香料

按喷雾组合物的重量计,游离香料可以以选自:小于10%、小于8%和小于5%的含量存在。按喷雾组合物的重量计,游离香料可以以选自:大于0.0001%、大于0.001%和大于0.01%的含量存在。合适地,按衣物清新组合物的重量计,游离香料在喷雾组合物中以选自约0.0001%至约10%,优选约0.001%至约8%,更优选约0.01%至约5%的量存在。

本发明组合物的游离香料组合物包含释香(blooming)香料成分。释香香料组分定义为沸点低于250℃且LogP大于2.5。优选地,本发明的游离香料组合物包含至少10重量%的释香香料成分,更优选地至少20重量%的释香香料成分,最优选地至少25重量%的释香香料成分。优选地,本发明的游离香料组合物包含小于58重量%的释香香料成分,更优选地小于50重量%的释香香料成分,最优选地小于45重量%的释香香料成分。合适地,本发明组合物的游离香料组合物包含10至58重量%的释香香料成分,优选地20至50重量%的释香香料成分,更优选地25至45重量%的释香香料成分。

其它有用的香料成分包括直接(substantive)香料组分。直接香料组分定义为沸点大于250℃且LogP大于2.5。优选地,游离香料组合物进一步包含直接香料成分。
沸点是在标准压力(760mm Hg)下测量的。优选地,香料组合物将包含释香和直接香料组分的混合物。香料组合物可以包含其它香料组分。
已经报道了许多香料成分的logP;例如,可获自Daylight Chemical InformationSystems,Inc.(Daylight CIS),Irvine,Calif.的Pomona92数据库包含许多,以及对原始文献的引用。然而,logP值最方便地通过同样可获自Daylight CIS的“CLOGP”程序计算。当其可在Pomona 92数据库中获得时,该程序还列出了实验性logP值。“计算的logP”(ClogP)是通过Hansch和Leo的片断方法测定(参见,A Leo,Comprehensive Medicinal Chemistry,第4卷,C.Hansch,P.G.Sammens,J.B.Taylor和C.A.Ramsden编著,第295页,Pergamon Press,1990,通过引入并入本文)。该片断方法是基于每种香料成分的化学结构并考虑原子的数量和类型、原子连接、和化学键合。
在选择本文的香料成分时,使用最可靠和广泛用于估计该物理化学性质的ClogP而非实验性logP值。
在游离油香料组合物中存在多种香料组分是常见的。在用于本发明的组合物中,设想存在三种或更多种,优选地四种或更多种,更优选地五种或更多种,最优选地六种或更多种不同的香料组分。可以应用300种香料组分的上限。
本发明的游离香料为乳液的形式。乳液的粒径可以在约1nm至30微米,优选约100nm至约20微米的范围内。粒径测量为体积平均直径D[4,3],这可以使用来自Malverninstruments的Malvern Mastersizer 2000测量。
不希望受到理论的束缚,据信具有该乳液粒径的游离香料将与硅酮乳液相互作用,以在被喷雾的物品上提供改善的香料寿命。
在本发明的组合物中,游离油香料形成乳液。所述乳液可以在组合物之外或原位形成。当原位形成时,优选地与游离油香料一起加入至少一种乳化剂,以稳定所述乳液。优选地,乳化剂为阴离子的或非离子的。用于游离油香料的合适的阴离子乳化剂的实例为烷基芳基磺酸盐,例如十二烷基苯磺酸钠,烷基硫酸盐,例如月桂基硫酸钠,烷基醚硫酸盐,例如月桂基醚硫酸钠nEO,其中n为1至20,烷基酚醚硫酸盐,例如辛基苯酚醚硫酸盐nEO,其中n为1至20,和磺基琥珀酸盐,例如二辛基磺基琥珀酸钠。用作用于游离油香料的乳化剂的合适的非离子表面活性剂的实例为烷基酚乙氧基化物,例如壬基酚乙氧基化物nEO,其中n为1至50,醇乙氧基化物,例如月桂醇nEO,其中n为1至50,酯乙氧基化物,例如单硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯,其中氧乙烯单元的数量为1至30,和PEG-40氢化蓖麻油。
异味成分
本发明的织物喷雾组合物优选地包含抗异味成分。异味成分可以是在传统游离香料成分之外。
按衣物清新组合物的重量计,抗异味剂可以以选自:小于20%、小于10%和小于5%的含量存在。合适地,按衣物清新组合物的重量计,抗异味剂在衣物清新组合物中以选自约0.01%至约5%,优选约0.1%至约3%,更优选约0.5%至约2%的范围内的量存在。
可以使用任何合适的抗异味剂。实际上,抗异味作用可以通过有效地“捕获(trap)”、“吸收”或“破坏”气味分子以由此从衣物分离或除去气味或充当“异味冲消剂(counteractant)”的任何化合物或产品实现。
气味控制剂可以选自:未络合环糊精;气味阻断剂;反应性醛;类黄酮;沸石;活性碳;蓖麻油酸锌或其溶液与取代的单环有机化合物的混合物;及其混合物。
如上所述,合适的抗异味剂为环糊精,合适地是水溶性未络合环糊精。合适地,按衣物清新组合物的重量计,环糊精以选自0.01%至5%,0.1%至4%,和0.5%至2%的含量存在。
如本文使用的术语“环糊精”包括任何已知环糊精,如含有六至十二个葡萄糖单元的未取代环糊精,尤其是α-环糊精、β-环糊精、γ-环糊精和/或其衍生物和/或其混合物。α-环糊精由六个葡萄糖单元组成,β-环糊精由七个葡萄糖单元组成,和γ-环糊精由排列成甜甜圈形环的八个葡萄糖单元组成。

高度水溶性的环糊精为在室温下具有在100ml的水中至少约10g,优选地在100ml的水中至少约20g,更优选地在室温下在100ml的水中至少约25g的水溶解度的那些。溶解的未络合环糊精的可用性对于有效和高效的气味控制性能是必要的。当沉积在表面上,尤其是织物上时,溶解的水溶性环糊精可以显示出比非水溶性环糊精更有效的气味控制性能。
适用于本文的优选水溶性环糊精衍生物的实例为羟丙基α-环糊精、甲基化α-环糊精、甲基化β-环糊精、羟乙基β-环糊精和羟丙基β-环糊精。羟烷基环糊精衍生物优选地具有约1至约14,更优选约1.5至约7的取代度,其中每个环糊精的OR基团的总数定义为取代度。甲基化环糊精衍生物通常具有约1至约18,优选约3至约16的取代度。一种已知的甲基化β-环糊精为七-2,6-二-O-甲基-β-环糊精,通常称为DIMEB,其中对于葡萄糖单元具有约2个甲基,取代度为约14。一种优选的更可商购的甲基化β-环糊精为随机甲基化β-环糊精,通常称为RAMEB,具有不同的取代度,通常为约12.6。RAMEB比DIMEB更优选,因为DIMEB比RAMEB更影响优选表面活性剂的表面活性。优选的环糊精可获自例如Cerestar U.S.A.,Inc.和WackerChemicals(U.S.A.),Inc。

反应性醛可用作抗异味剂以减轻异味的影响。合适的反应性醛的实例包括I类醛和II类醛。I类醛的实例包括大茴香醛、o-烯丙基-香草醛、苯甲醛、枯茗醛、乙基茴香醛(ethylaubepin)、乙基香草醛、胡椒醛、甲苯基醛和香草醛。II类醛的实例包括3-(4'-叔丁基苯基)丙醛、2-甲基-3-(4-叔丁基苯基)丙醛、2-甲基-3-(4'-异丙基苯基)丙醛、2,2-二甲基-3-(4-乙基苯基)丙醛、肉桂醛、α-戊基-肉桂醛和α-己基肉桂醛。这些反应性醛更详细地描述在US5,676,163中。当使用时,反应性醛可以包括至少两种醛的组合,其中一种醛选自无环脂族醛、非萜烯脂族醛、非萜烯脂环族醛、萜烯醛、被芳族基团取代的脂族醛、和双官能醛;且第二醛种选自具有与芳香环共轭的醛官能团的α不饱和的醛,和其中醛基在芳环上的醛。这种至少两种醛的组合在WO00/49120中更详细地描述。如本文使用的术语“反应性醛”进一步涵盖作为(i)醛与醇,(ii)酮与醇,或(iii)醛与相同的或不同的醛的反应产物的除味材料。这样的除味材料可以是:(a)通过将醛与甲醇反应产生的缩醛或半缩醛;(b)通过将酮与甲醇反应产生的缩酮或半缩酮;(c)至少两种醛的环状三缩醛或混合环状三缩醛,或任何这些缩醛、半缩醛、缩酮、半缩酮或环状三缩醛的混合物。这些除味香料材料更详细地描述在WO 01/07095中,其通过引用并入本文。
类黄酮也可以用作抗异味剂。类黄酮是基于C6-C3-C6黄烷骨架的化合物。类黄酮可见于典型的精油。这样的油包括从针叶树和草(例如雪松、日本扁柏、桉树、日本红松、蒲公英、低条纹竹和陇牛儿苗科)通过干馏提取的精油,并且可以含有萜类物质,例如α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、月桂烯、phencone和莰烯。还包括茶叶提取物。这样的材料的描述可以见于JP02284997和JP 04030855,。
金属盐也可用作抗异味剂以实现异味控制益处。实例包括脂肪酸的金属盐。蓖麻油酸是优选的脂肪酸。锌盐是优选的金属盐。蓖麻油酸的锌盐是特别优选的。可商购的产品是来自Evonik的TEGO Sorb A30。合适的金属盐的进一步细节提供如下。
沸石可以用作抗异味剂。一类有用的沸石的特征在于“中间”硅酸盐/铝酸盐沸石。中间沸石(intermediate zeolite)的特征在于SiO2/AlO2摩尔比小于约10。优选地,SiO2/AlO2的摩尔比范围为约2至约10。中间沸石可具有优于“高”沸石的优点。中间沸石对胺类气味具有更高的亲和力,它们对于气味吸收是更高重量效率的,因为它们具有更大的表面积,并且它们比高沸石更耐湿并且在水中保留更高的气味吸收能力。适用于本文的广泛的中间沸石可以作为CP301-68、300-63、CP300-35和CP300-56商购自PQ Corporation,和作为系列沸石商购自Conteka。可从TheUnion Carbide Corporation和UOP获得的以商品名和销售的沸石材料也是优选的。这样的材料对于含硫气味(例如硫醇类(thiols)、硫醇类(mercaptans))的控制优于中间沸石。合适地,沸石材料具有小于约10微米的粒度,并且在衣物清新组合物中以小于衣物清新组合物的1重量%的水平存在。
活性炭是另一种合适的抗异味剂。合适的碳材料是用于有机分子和/或用于空气净化目的的已知吸收剂。通常,这样的碳材料被称为“活性”碳或“活性”炭。这样的碳可以以以下商品名从商业来源获得:如Calgon-Type和Type合适地,活性炭优选具有小于约10微米的粒度,并且在衣物清新组合物中以小于衣物清新组合物的约1重量%的水平存在。
示例性的抗异味剂如下。
ODOBANTM是由Warner Robins,Ga的Clean Central Corp.制造和分发。其活性成分是烷基(C14 50%,C12 40%和C16 10%)二甲基苄基氯化铵,其是抗细菌季铵化合物。烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵是与水和异丙醇一起在溶液中。Clean Control Corp.的另一种产品是BIOODOUR CONTROLTM,其包含水、细菌孢子、烷基酚乙氧基化物和丙二醇。
ZEOCRYSTAL FRESH AIR MISTTM是由Crestwood,Ill的Zeo Crystal Corp.(a/k/aAmerican Zeolite Corporation)制造和分发。该液体包含亚氯酸盐、氧、钠、碳酸盐和柑橘提取物,并且可包含沸石。

本发明的抗异味材料在组合物中可以是“游离的”,或者它们可以被包封。合适的包封材料可以包括,但不限于,氨基塑料、蛋白质、聚氨酯、聚丙烯酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、多糖、聚酰胺、聚烯烃、树胶、硅酮、脂质、改性纤维素、多磷酸盐、聚苯乙烯、聚酯或其组合。
特别优选的包封材料为氨基塑料,如三聚氰胺甲醛或脲甲醛。本发明的微胶囊可以为脆性微胶囊和/或水分活化微胶囊。脆性是指当施加力时,香料微胶囊将破裂。水分活化是指香料在水的存在下释放。
在本文中描述为气味控制剂的任何材料也可能归类为本文所述的另一种组分的情况下,就本发明的目的而言,这样的材料应归类为气味控制剂。
非离子表面活性剂
优选地,本发明的织物喷雾组合物包含非离子表面活性剂。非离子表面活性剂可以向本发明提供稳定性益处。
非离子表面活性剂定义为包含疏水基和亲水基的表面活性剂。
非离子表面活性剂的实例包括:醇乙氧基化物、烷基苯酚乙氧基化物、脂肪酸乙氧基化物、单烷醇酰胺乙氧基化物、脱水山梨糖醇酯乙氧基化物、脂肪胺乙氧基化物、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物、二醇酯、甘油和聚甘油酯、葡糖苷和多葡糖苷、和蔗糖酯。合适的非离子表面活性剂的实例为PEG-40氢化蓖麻油。
优选地,非离子表面活性剂具有8-18的HLB值。HLB为通过Griffin方法计算的亲水亲油平衡值。更优选地,非离子表面活性剂具有13-18,最优选14-18的HLB值。
其它任选成分
其它任选成分可以存在于本发明的织物喷雾组合物中。例如,织物喷雾组合物可以进一步包含:着色剂/染料、防腐剂、粘度控制剂、包含有益剂的微胶囊、结构化剂/分散剂、溶剂、用于加工助剂的消泡剂等。
喷雾设备
本发明的组合物为织物喷雾组合物。这是指所述组合物适于喷雾到织物上。它们可以通过任何合适的喷雾设备喷雾。
在一个实施方式中,喷雾设备是手持式、可人工操作的设备,其包括喷雾机构和容纳织物喷雾组合物的储器。喷雾机构包含喷嘴,喷嘴具有排放孔,织物喷雾组合物从其喷雾。
可人工操作的喷雾设备是指所述喷雾机构可人工操作以从喷嘴排出一定剂量的所述组合物。
优选地,喷雾设备可在不使用推进剂的情况下操作。实际上,优选无推进剂的喷雾设备。这允许喷雾剂保持产品的完整性和纯度、不受推进剂污染且是环境优选的。
喷雾剂储器可以是非加压的、人工或机械预加压的设备。上述也是可移动的/可再装填的储器。优选地,喷雾设备是加压的。这可以改善喷雾持续时间和速度。优选地,喷雾设备是通过与容纳组合物的储器分开的气体室加压。气体优选地为空气或氮气。喷雾设备可以包括容纳组合物和加压剂的外容器,其中组合物通过容纳(优选地,密闭地密封的)在柔性小袋中而与加压剂分隔。这保持整个制剂的完整性,使得仅分配纯(即,排除加压剂)组合物。优选的系统为所谓的“罐中袋(bag-in-can)”(或BOV、阀上袋(bag-on-valve)技术)。或者,喷雾设备可以包括活塞式屏障机构,例如Crown Holding的EarthSafe。
优选地,喷雾设备包含可生物降解的塑料材料。
储器:
如本文所述的储器严格地为限定储器的容器,即,容纳织物喷雾组合物的容器。
喷雾机构:
喷雾机构可以通过致动器操作。致动器可以为推动致动器或拉动致动器。致动器可以包含触发器。喷雾机构可以包含可手操作泵。任选地,所述泵为以下之一:正位移泵;自引发泵;往复泵。合适的喷雾设备包括触发式喷雾器、连续/半连续喷雾器、手指泵喷雾器、振动筛网设备输出喷雾器、气雾剂喷雾器。
优选地,喷雾机构可以进一步包含雾化器,其配置成将所述液体剂量分解成液滴,从而促进形成雾形式的所述细气雾剂。方便地,所述雾化器可以包含以下中的至少一个:涡流室和侧向分散室。雾化器起到混合空气与衣物清新组合物的作用。
护罩:
喷雾结构可以优选地容纳在护罩中,即包围所述喷雾机构的壳体。护罩包含与喷雾机构的喷嘴轴向对齐的出口孔,以允许喷雾穿过该护罩。
喷雾特性
喷嘴具有排放孔,该排放孔优选地配置成产生具有宽锥角的喷雾,其促进织物喷雾组合物均匀地施用到衣物上。宽锥角与优选的液滴平均直径结合,防止衣物着色以及减少其它用户负面事物(negatives),如来自非官能化硅酮的“涂层”感。
优选地,喷雾具有至少50度,优选地至少55度,更优选地至少60度的锥角。优选地,喷雾具有不大于100度,优选地不大于90度,更优选地不大于80度的锥角。优选地,锥角选自50至100度,优选55至90度,优选60至80度的范围。
喷雾锥角测量是通过将照相机定位在喷雾设备的侧面来进行。操作喷雾设备(即,按下致动器),之后立即捕获图像,以便记录喷雾羽流(spray plume)的图像。然后分析图像,以便识别喷雾羽流的上边界和下边界,用对应于这些边界的线注释图像,这些线从喷嘴的排放孔沿边界向外延伸。锥角测量为上和下边界线之间的角度。
优选地,喷雾包含具有不大于250μm,优选地不大于200μm,优选地不大于150μm,优选地不大于125μm的平均直径的液滴。优选地,喷雾包含具有至少10μm,优选地至少20μm,优选地至少50μm,优选地至少80μm的平均直径的液滴。合适地,喷雾包含具有10至250μm,合适地20至200μm,合适地50至150μm范围内的平均直径的液滴。使用Malvern Spraytec颗粒和喷雾液滴尺寸测量设备(来自Malvern Instruments Ltd,UK)测量平均液滴尺寸和液滴尺寸分布。使用激光衍射测量喷雾液滴和喷雾颗粒的尺寸。测量当激光束通过喷雾时散射的光的强度。然后通过测量设备分析该数据以计算产生散射图案的液滴的尺寸。喷雾设备位于设备固定器中,使得激光束(1cm直径)在离喷嘴排放孔约15cm处横跨喷雾羽流的中心。在重复发射(致动)喷雾的同时进行5秒时间段的测量。该过程重复3次。平均液滴尺寸取为液滴直径相对于体积分数的图的峰值/最大值。参数液滴尺寸为体积平均直径D[4,3]。
剂量
当喷雾包装包含连续喷雾机构时,优选地喷雾机构配置成喷雾0.05至1ml/sec。更优选地,0.1至0.5ml/sec,最优选地,0.15至0.35ml/sec。
当喷雾包装包含泵作用喷雾时,优选地喷雾机构配置成每次喷雾排放0.05至1g的织物喷雾组合物。更优选地,每次喷雾0.1至0.5g的织物喷雾组合物,最优选地每次喷雾0.15至0.35g的织物喷雾组合物。
优选地,在施用织物喷雾组合物时,将0.2至3g的产品施用于衣服物品。更优选地,将每个衣服物品0.4至2g,最优选0.5至1.75g的织物喷雾组合物施用于衣服物品。
更换储器
根据本发明的进一步的方面,提供了一种用于根据上述方面的织物喷雾产品的更换储器,所述更换储器预装填有一定体积的所述衣物清新组合物用于补充所述产品。合适的“再装填套件”包括一个或多个储器。在多于一个储器,例如两个、三个、四个、五个或更多个储器的情况下,每个储器的内容物(水性织物喷雾组合物)可以与其它储器相同或不同。
使用方法
在本发明的一个方面,提供了一种使衣服复原或使衣服清新的方法。使衣服复原或使衣服清新是通过织物的外观、感觉和气味来评价。特别地,本发明的织物喷雾剂使得衣服感觉更光滑(smooth)和丝滑(silky)。这转而使得织物感觉更新。
根据本发明的方法包括将本发明的组合物或织物喷雾产品喷雾到衣物上的步骤。
组合物的用途
在本发明的一个方面,提供了根据本发明的组合物和喷雾产品的用途。所述组合物可用于使衣服复原或使衣服清新。
复原或清新指所述组合物可用于使经处理的衣物看起来和感觉上更年轻或更新。这包括使衣物恢复到新购买状态的外观和感觉,其可以包括:更少的褪色或更厚的感觉或分裂纤维保护或原纤维的粘住,等等,特别是形状恢复或使感觉上更光滑或更丝滑。

储器/容器
图1,示例性的储器限定容器1。如所图解的容器1的特定配置是以细长且大致直边的圆筒形瓶的形式提供,具有向内成锥形的上肩部区域2,其变窄以在容器的最上端限定直立的环形唇缘3,并且其以容器的纵轴4为中心。显示唇缘3具有外螺纹5以促进在容器1和喷雾机构6之间的可释放接合。然而,如将变得明显的,容器1和喷雾机构6之间的其他形式的可释放接合是可能的。
如应认识到的,该储器限定容器1限定了用于接收织物喷雾组合物8的内部容积7。提议该产品将以初始预填装状态提供给最终用户,其中储器已经基本上填装有合适体积的织物喷雾组合物8。
设想在某些实施方式中,容器1将由已知用于消费品领域的类型的合适塑料材料模制。然而,容器1由玻璃形成或者至少包含玻璃也是可能的。
还应认识到,虽然本文公开的实施方式的容纳织物喷雾组合物的储器是由容器1本身限定,但是设想了其他变化形式,其中储器可能作为容纳织物喷雾组合物8的单独容器提供,该容器简单地被封装和支撑在容器1之内,例如阀上的袋技术。

示例性的织物喷雾组合物提供在实施例1表1中。
喷雾机构
喷雾机构6的各个方面将在图2中更详细地示意说明。其中,喷雾机构6的特定配置被封装在护罩9之内。并且可以利用与容器1上的螺纹5接合的交互螺纹5’而旋拧到容器1上。
如将变得明显的,喷雾机构6配置成用于由产品的用户用手手工操作,并包括喷雾机构,使得它可以在不使用所谓的“气雾剂喷雾”中使用的那种加压推进剂的情况下操作。因此,喷雾机构6可以包括可手动操作的泵10,其可以采用任何方便的形式,如例如正位移泵、自引发泵或往复泵。泵10机械地连接到致动器,其在图2中图解的特定布置中采用按钮17的形式,按钮17容纳在穿过护罩9的上端提供的孔口12之内,用于在握住产品的同时通过用户的手指方便地致动。按钮11显示为安装到柱塞13的末端,柱塞13延伸到泵10的内部壳体中并且当通过按钮11的操作向下驱动时致动泵10。
泵10的入口14显示为连接到入口管15,其可以采用一段柔性管的形式。如应认识到的,当护罩9及其相关的喷雾机构6安装到容器1时,入口管(“汲取管(dip tube)”)15将从该机构向下延伸并终止于位于由容器1限定的织物喷雾组合物储器的底部的开口端16。因此,入口管15便利了在操作喷雾机构6时从储器中抽吸织物喷雾组合物8。
喷雾机构6还包含喷嘴17,其流体连接到泵10的出口,并且其基本上完全封闭在护罩9之内,以便终止于排出端18,该排出端位于邻近护罩9的出口孔19并且基本上与其对齐。小的排放孔20在喷嘴17中形成,并且配置成在操作喷雾机构6时,通过出口孔19沿喷雾方向21向外引导织物喷雾组合物8的细雾形式的气雾剂。如应注意的,喷雾方向21优选地基本上正交于容器1的相应纵轴4,以便由产品1的用户容易地将其指向织物衣物等。
为了确保形成织物喷雾组合物8的适当精细的雾,喷雾机构6可包括雾化器。雾化器将被配置成将通过入口管15抽取的一定剂量的液体分解成大量的小液滴并由此产生期望的织物喷雾组合物8的细雾用于从产品排出。设想在某些实施方式中,雾化器将作为喷嘴17的集成特征提供。雾化器可包括涡流室和/或侧向分散室。
图3图解了图2中图解的喷雾机构6的略微改变的版本。图3中图解的版本与图2中图解的版本共享许多方面,因此相同或等同的部件由相同的参考编号标识,并将不再详细描述。然而,图3中图解的替代配置不具有按钮形式的喷雾机构致动器,而是具有可手指操作的触发器或杠杆22形式的致动器。如应注意的,触发器或杠杆22经由枢转连接23相对于泵10安装,使得触发器或杠杆可经由枢转运动操作以致动泵16。触发器或杠杆22从喷雾机构6突出,穿过在护罩9的侧壁中形成的细长狭槽24(并且任选地在出口孔19下方),并且终止于与护罩9间隔开的自由端。狭槽24的尺寸设计成在致动时适应触发器或杠杆22的枢转运动范围。
如应认识到的,在泵10启动(经由图2布置的情况中的按钮11,或者经由图3布置的触发器或杠杆22)时,泵10将从储器抽取一定剂量的织物喷雾组合物8,然而雾化器将使该剂量雾化。然后,雾化的剂量将通过排放孔20作为细雾25形式的气雾剂排出,如图4所示。如已经指出的,雾25将沿喷雾方向21排出,该喷雾方向基本上正交于容器1的纵轴4。认为有利的是,喷嘴17的排放孔20配置成产生基本上圆锥图案和在具有50至100度范围内的锥角A的喷雾中的细雾25。已经发现这种类型的喷雾图案在产品用于将织物喷雾组合物8喷雾到衣物等上时提供非常好的覆盖,而不产生着色的局部区域。更特别地,在某些实施方式中,喷嘴17及其相关雾化器可以配置成产生在具有20至200μm范围内的平均直径的雾25之内的液滴。
在一些实施方式中,设想喷雾机构6将被配置成在每次致动时抽取体积在0.05至1g之间的一定剂量的织物喷雾组合物8,用于气雾化和以细雾25的形式排出。在喷雾机构6是连续喷雾机构的情况下,0.05至1ml/秒的喷雾速率是优选的。
在图2和3中,喷雾机构被护罩5包围。在替代实施方式中,护罩可以不存在。
喷雾锥角
图4展示了喷雾锥角的计算。通过将相机定位在喷雾设备的侧面来进行喷雾锥角测量。操作喷雾设备(例如,按压致动器),之后立即捕获图像,以便记录喷雾羽流的图像。然后分析图像,以便识别喷雾羽流的上边界和下边界,用对应于这些边界的线注释图像,线从喷嘴的排放孔沿边界向外延伸。锥角A测量为上和下线之间的角度,如图4所示。
液滴尺寸
液滴尺寸测量结果的实例显示在图5中。使用如本文讨论的Malvern Spraytec仪器获得数据。平均液滴尺寸是液滴直径-体积分数图上的峰最大值,在该情况下为约75μm。
使用Malvern Spraytec颗粒和喷雾液滴尺寸测量设备(来自MalvernInstruments Ltd,UK)测量平均液滴尺寸和液滴尺寸分布。使用激光衍射测量喷雾液滴和喷雾颗粒的尺寸。测量当激光束通过喷雾时散射的光的强度。然后通过测量设备分析该数据以计算产生散射图案的液滴的尺寸。喷雾设备位于设备固定器中,使得激光束(1cm直径)在离喷嘴排放孔约15cm处横跨喷雾羽流的中心。

实施例
实施例1:
表1:根据本发明的喷雾组合物
1乳液液滴尺寸小于160nm。
2乳液形式,根据本发明的乳液液滴尺寸。
3HLB 15
制备方法:
向容器中装入水,并保持在20℃±5℃。向该溶液中加入硅酮乳液和次要成分,同时搅拌。通过混合熔融的非离子表面活性剂(45℃)与游离油香料和抗异味技术制备预混物,同时保持该混合物在45℃。然后将预混物加入到容器中,同时混合。
试验方案:
准备针织棉织物和纺织棉织物的20×20方块。
将布料挂干24小时。
留下一套布料不喷雾,用作对照。
将每个布料用组合物1-3之一喷雾。喷雾布料,同时挂在衣架上(clothesmaiden)。从5英寸的距离喷雾布料,所述组合物喷雾3次到每个布料上。这导致~0.7g的组合物施用到每个布料。将布料再挂干24小时。
小组成员测试:
14名参与者参与小组成员测试。在小组成员测试中,向他们呈现12个不同布料:三个未处理的、三个用喷雾组合物1处理的,三个用喷雾组合物2处理的,三个用喷雾组合物3处理的。将布料以随机顺序呈现,要求参与者按照1至10的标度对每个的不同特征评分:光滑度、粗糙度、涂覆感觉(Coated feeling)、硬度和丝滑度。
记录得分,并计算所有得分的平均值。

丝滑—针织棉显示1.5%为最丝滑,梭织棉显示随着PDMS水平增加而丝滑度增加。
结果证实对于具有不同初始性质的两种不同类型的材料,从0.5至1.5%,织物变得更光滑、更不粗糙、更不硬且更丝滑。然而,随着这些正向特征增加,“涂覆”的负向感觉也增加。0.5至2%的范围表现出织物性质的改善,在“涂覆”感的用户可接受水平内。
Claims (15)
1.一种水性织物喷雾组合物,其包含:
a.0.5至2重量%的非官能化硅酮,其中所述硅酮为乳液的形式,所述乳液具有1nm至300nm的粒径,
b.游离香料,其具有1nm至30μm的粒径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性织物喷雾组合物,其中所述非官能化硅酮为聚二甲基硅氧烷聚合物。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的水性织物喷雾组合物,其中所述织物喷雾组合物进一步包含异味成分。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的水性织物喷雾组合物,其中所述织物喷雾组合物包含非离子表面活性剂。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的水性织物喷雾组合物,其中所述非离子表面活性剂具有8-18的HLB。
6.一种织物喷雾产品,其包括:
a.水性织物喷雾组合物,所述织物喷雾组合物包含:
i.0.5至2重量%的非官能化硅酮,
b.手持式喷雾设备,其可人工操作以产生所述织物喷雾组合物的喷雾,所述手持式喷雾设备包括:
i.储器(1),其容纳所述织物喷雾组合物(8),和;
ii.喷雾机构(6),所述喷雾机构(6)可人工操作以排出所述织物喷雾组合物(8),其中所述喷雾结构(6)包含喷嘴(17),所述喷嘴(17)具有排放孔(20),其配置成产生具有50至100度范围内的锥角的喷雾(25)和/或包含具有20至200μm范围内的平均直径的液滴的喷雾。
7.根据权利要求6所述的织物喷雾产品,其中所述织物喷雾组合物进一步包含0.0001至10重量%的游离香料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的织物喷雾产品,其中所述游离香料具有1nm至30μm的乳液粒径。
9.根据权利要求6至8所述的织物喷雾产品,其中非官能化硅酮为聚二甲基硅氧烷聚合物。
10.根据权利要求6至9所述的织物喷雾产品,其中所述非官能化硅酮为乳液的形式,所述乳液具有1nm至300nm的粒径。
11.根据权利要求6至10所述的织物喷雾产品,其中所述织物喷雾组合物进一步包含异味成分。
12.根据权利要求6至11所述的织物喷雾产品,其中所述织物喷雾组合物包含非离子表面活性剂。
13.根据权利要求6至12所述的织物喷雾产品,其中所述非离子表面活性剂具有8-18的HLB。
14.一种使织物清新的方法,其包括将根据权利要求1-5所述的水性织物喷雾组合物或根据权利要求6-13所述的织物喷雾产品喷雾到织物或衣服上的步骤。
15.根据权利要求1-5所述的水性织物喷雾组合物或根据权利要求6-13所述的织物喷雾产品用于使衣服复原或清新的用途。
