一种织物调理剂
技术领域
本发明属于家居清洁护理的技术领域,具体涉及一种织物调理剂。
背景技术
由于人们对个人卫生和家居环境的越发注重,因此对织物清洁品或护理品的功效要求越来越多。但是,现有的织物调理剂,主要成分为阳离子表面活性剂,其配合洗涤剂使用,起到使织物柔软、蓬松、消除静电的作用,因而功效单一。另外,现有技术中制备多效合一的织物清洁品或护理品,一般都会添加各种对应的功能性原料,如复配除臭剂、抑菌剂以起到除臭、抑菌的作用。但是,在产品中复配多种功能性原料,一方面对产品体系的兼容性和稳定性提出了很大的要求,另一方面也提高了产品的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种织物调理剂,能够对织物起到柔顺、消除静电作用以外,还达到驱虫、祛异味、抑菌的效果。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种织物调理剂,包括阳离子表面活性剂、驱虫剂、除臭剂;所述阳离子表面活性剂为酯基季铵盐或烷基季铵盐;所述驱虫剂为对烷-3,8-二醇,所述除臭剂为如下结构:
其中,R1为C14、C16、C18或C20烷基,R2为甲基、乙基或丙基,R3为亚甲基、亚乙基或亚丙基。
首先,本发明的织物调理剂,复配了对烷-3,8-二醇(CAS号为42822-86-6)和特定结构的除臭剂,使织物调理剂具有驱虫和祛除异味的功效。其中本发明所选用的对/>烷-3,8-二醇,可有效作用于蚊子、鼻涕虫、千足虫等,有效作用时间较长,而且毒性低,是唯一一种美国和欧盟允许使用的昆虫驱避剂的天然活性组分;本发明所采用的除臭剂为特定结构的硫酸酯或磷酸酯,其通过季铵盐阳离子基团的正电荷与有异味有机分子中氮或硫原子中的孤对电子结合,或通过中和有异味的有机分子,减少它们在蒸气相中的浓度,从而起到快速稳定除臭的作用,而且与现有的除臭剂,如蓖麻油酸锌、大豆乙基硫酸乙酯吗啉相比,其具有光照性能稳定,不容易变黄,复配能力强等特点,可以应用于阴离子表面活性剂体系、阳离子表面活性剂体系以及非离子表面活性剂体系;而且,发明人发现,所述的除臭剂在体系中有一定的抑菌能力。
其次,经过发明人研究发现,本发明所选用的驱虫剂和除臭剂能够在具有阳离子表面活性剂的体系中稳定兼容,同时不仅起到应有的除臭和驱虫效果,而且两者搭配使用时可在不添加抑菌剂的情况下起到意想不到的抑菌效果,并进一步提升织物调理剂的驱虫和除臭效果。
经发明人研究,所述的驱虫剂和除臭剂能够协同提升配方体系的祛味、驱虫、抑菌效果的原因推测是:1.所述除臭剂由于存在带负电的硫酸酯基团或磷酸酯基团,与对烷-3,8-二醇的羟基作用,形成一个更大的分子结构,这个大分子结构比单独的任一组分具有更强的对细菌的细胞膜穿透能力及对异味分子的反应活性,因此产生更好的抑菌效果、祛味效果;2.所述除臭剂与臭味分子反应,令织物上的气味减轻,使对/>烷-3,8-二醇能更有效发挥其气味对虫类的驱避作用。
本发明的织物调理剂中按质量百分比计各组分的添加量为:阳离子表面活性剂2~5%、驱虫剂0.2~0.5%、除臭剂1~5%。
所述阳离子表面活性剂具体为双(棕榈基羧乙基)羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵(CAS号为91995-81-2)、硬脂酰胺丙基二甲基铵盐、二(氢化牛脂酰胺乙基)羟乙基甲铵甲基硫酸盐、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的织物调理剂复配了特定结构的除臭剂与对烷-3,8-二醇,两者起到协同作用,不仅能快速稳定除臭及有效驱虫,而且在不添加任何抑菌剂的情况下达到意想不到的抑菌效果,并更进一步提升了体系的驱虫、除臭效果;
本发明的除臭剂和驱虫剂能够稳定兼容在配方体系中,使织物调理剂具有柔顺织物的作用以外,还起到驱虫、祛异味、抑菌的效果,而且配方体系温和、刺激性低。
本发明采用两种特定的除臭剂和驱虫剂,即获得驱虫祛味抑菌的效果,有效降低产品的成本。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体的实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
根据表1~3的配方制备实施例1~6和对比例1~12的织物调理剂,具体制备方法为:
(1)加入足量水,开启搅拌和加热,加热至50~60℃,加入阳离子表面活性剂,搅拌至完全溶解;
(2)保温,依次加入驱虫剂、除臭剂,搅拌至完全溶解;
(3)降温至45℃以下,加入香精;继续降温至常温,即得织物调理剂。
对实施例1~6和对比例1~12的织物调理剂进行抑菌效果、除臭效果、蚊虫驱避效果的测试,然后进行对比。
其中,为了说明本发明的方案,实施例和对比例中具体采用的6种除臭剂为以下结构:

本发明的抑菌效果、除臭效果、蚊虫驱避效果的测试方法为:
1.抑菌效果测试:
测试方法:依据标准QB/T 2738-2012《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价》中的7.3悬液定量法进行测试,样品测试浓度为1%溶液,作用时间为5分钟。
2.除臭效果测试:
测试方法:以氨气为臭气,测试浸泡后织物的消臭性能,织物材料选择为兔毛或者羊毛,浸泡方法用1%溶液浸泡10分钟,不过水,室温晾干,浸泡液采用实施例所列举的配方。将织物剪成直径4cm的圆形,吸取0.1mL的氨水于玻璃皿上,将玻璃皿放置在干燥器底部,织物置于干燥器托盘上,吸氨14h,吸氨结束后,用100.0mL蒸馏水于40℃萃取2h。采用HJ534-2009《环境空气氨的测定次氯酸钠-水杨酸分光光度法》测定萃取液中的氨含量,通过未浸泡织物与浸泡后织物上吸附氨的差值除以总氨量与未浸泡织物吸附氨的差值,间接得出浸泡织物的除臭率,结果见表8。

3.蚊虫驱避率测试
参考标准GB/T13917.9-2009《农药登记卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价第9部分:驱避剂》;
供试昆虫:白纹伊蚊(Aedes albopictus),羽化后4-7天未吸血的雌性成虫;
试验条件:温度为25±2℃,相对湿度为60~70%;
试验方法:选择4名合格测试人员,在其双手背各面圈出50mm×50mm的皮肤面积,其中一只手用样品1%溶液涂抹量为1.5μL/cm2的剂量进行涂抹,暴露其中40mm×40mm皮肤,严密遮盖其余部分,另一只手为空白对照。涂抹后立即进行驱避率测试。每位测试者先将对照手放入蚊笼中,立即计时,记录蚊虫停落数,测试时长5分钟。然后测试者将经样品涂抹的手放入蚊笼中,同法进行测试并记录蚊虫停落数。将重复测试数据按下式计算驱避率,结果见表9:

式中,P为驱避率,%;N为对照手蚊虫停落总数,单位为“只”;K为经样品洗涤的手蚊虫停落总数,单位为“只”。
需要指出的是,上述实施例仅是对本发明的进一步说明,而不是限制,本领域技术人员在与本发明技术方案的相当的含义和范围内的选择不同的阳离子表面活性剂,或加入其他相应的原料,都应认为是包括在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种织物调理剂,其特征是,按质量百分比计包括:阳离子表面活性剂2~5%、驱虫剂0.2~0.5%、除臭剂1~5%;所述阳离子表面活性剂为酯基季铵盐或烷基季铵盐;所述驱虫剂为对烷-3,8-二醇,所述除臭剂为如下结构:
其中,R1为C14、C16、C18或C20烷基,R2为甲基、乙基或丙基,R3为亚甲基、亚乙基或亚丙基。
2.根据权利要求1所述的织物调理剂,其特征是,所述阳离子表面活性剂具体为双(棕榈基羧乙基)羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵、硬脂酰胺丙基二甲基铵盐、二(氢化牛脂酰胺乙基)羟乙基甲铵甲基硫酸盐、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵中的一种或多种。
