本发明涉及日用化学品技术领域,提供一种杀菌除螨喷雾剂,能够快速除螨杀菌、安全高效低毒且性质稳定;本发明的一种杀菌除螨喷雾剂,包括水、EDTA‑二钠、甲基丙二醇、薄荷醇、o‑伞花烃‑5‑醇、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、日用香精、丙二醇、壬基酚聚醚‑14、PEG‑50蓖麻油等组分,以苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油作为杀菌除螨有效物,苯氧乙醇与乙基己基甘油复配,相互促进,具有较好的杀菌除螨除臭效果;防腐剂o‑伞花烃‑5‑醇能促进杀菌除螨组合物的杀菌效果,再加入稳定剂EDTA‑二钠、保湿剂甲基丙二醇、清新剂薄荷醇等添加剂,使杀菌除螨喷雾剂能稳定长效地发挥杀菌除螨除臭效果,并带来清新愉悦感。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用化学品技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种杀菌除螨喷雾剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
螨虫作为一种肉眼难见的微小生物给人类日常生活带来了很大困扰。日常生活中尘螨无处不在,被褥床垫、衣橱衣服、鞋柜、儿童玩具、地毯沙发以及房间的各个角落都存在大量尘螨。尘螨体型微小但具有危害性,尘螨过敏患者可导致皮肤瘙痒、过敏性鼻炎、呼吸道感染、荨麻疹甚至哮喘等症状。在一项对583例变应性鼻炎患者进行的变应原调查中发现,对屋尘螨和粉尘螨过敏的人数分别占72.6%和68.8%。对于南方年平均温度20℃、湿度70%以上的环境,更适合尘螨的繁殖,以至于我国南方和中东部城市螨虫的密度要显著高于北部城市。
针对尘螨的特点及其带来的危害越来越明显,近年来市面上除螨产品也相应增多,除了采用物理方法的除螨仪外,各种化学除螨产品如除螨包、除螨洗衣液等不一而足,其宣称大多为植物除螨、驱螨。实际上许多植物中包含的精油等成分确实具有驱除甚至杀死螨虫的作用,但需要其含量达到足够高才可以,同时精油类成分具有挥发性,随着挥发后含量的逐渐降低,驱螨功效将大大减小。
因此,想要有效并长效驱螨甚至杀螨,化学合成的活性成分仍是主流。能够杀螨的成分很多,但多是一些具有杀虫功能的农药成分。寻找性质稳定、安全高效低毒、快速驱螨除螨的产品成为首要目标。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述现有技术的至少一种缺陷(不足),提供一种杀菌除螨喷雾剂,能够快速除螨杀菌、安全高效低毒且性质稳定。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种杀菌除螨喷雾剂的制备方法。
本发明采取的技术方案是,一种杀菌除螨喷雾剂,包括如下组分,按重量份计:

本发明提供的一种杀菌除螨喷雾剂,可用于衣服、沙发、床、被子、房间及角落等容易出现螨虫的地方,喷雾剂一喷,可快速有效地除去螨虫并对周围空气进行杀菌,净化空气,避免螨虫及空气中的细菌对人体健康带来危害。本发明以杀菌除螨组合物为主要杀菌除螨有效物,加入稳定剂、防腐剂可保持喷雾剂中成分性质稳定有效;清新剂及日用香精的加入可有效除臭,带来清新空气;保湿剂能减缓喷雾剂的挥发,延长喷雾剂的作用时效。
进一步地,还包括A组分0.3~1.0份,所述A组分原料包括3-芳基丙酸酯及其衍生物(3-Arylpropionate Derivatives)。
更进一步地,所述3-芳基丙酸酯衍生物包括3-苯基丙酸甲酯或3-苯基丙酸乙酯。现有技术研究表明,肉桂酸及其衍生物肉桂酸酯具有一定的除螨效果。现有技术中也有利用肉桂酸以制备除螨剂的技术方案,但是,即使肉桂酸属于一种天然化合物,当为了提高除螨效果而增加含量时,仍然可能会造成毒副作用。所以,现有技术中肉桂酸、肉桂酸酯在除螨上的应用仍具有局限性。3-苯基丙酸是肉桂酸的一种二氢衍生物,其酯在植物中广泛存在。然而,目前关于3-苯基丙酸的研究较少,本发明人则对此进行了研究,发现肉桂酸酯的衍生物3-苯基丙酸酯具有更佳的除螨效果。具体到,3-苯基丙酸甲酯效果更佳。所以,在此基础上,本发明人还加入为3-芳基丙酸酯及其衍生物的A组分,进一步提高除螨喷雾剂的除螨效果。且由于成分天然,其具有足够的安全性。而且,由于其具有比肉桂酸酯或其衍生物更高的除螨特性,所以能有效减少其用量,进一步提高安全性,以适用于包括儿童等人群。进一步地,所述稳定剂为EDTA-二钠。EDTA-二钠为螯合物,利用其螯合作用可以很好地保持喷雾剂的稳定。
进一步地,所述保湿剂为甲基丙二醇。甲基丙二醇对皮肤是无害的,具有一定的保湿作用且安全无刺激,可有效延长喷雾剂的作用时效且无需担心接触皮肤会对皮肤造成损害。
进一步地,所述清新剂为薄荷醇。薄荷醇对于净化空气、除臭具有较好的效果,与日用香精同用,在使用喷雾剂后,能够带来清新愉悦感。
进一步地,所述防腐剂为o-伞花烃-5-醇。o-伞花烃-5-醇温和无刺激,不仅能具有防腐作用,还具有较好地杀菌作用,能进一步促进杀菌除螨组合物的杀菌效果。
进一步地,所述表面活性剂包括水、丙二醇、壬基酚聚醚-14、PEG-50蓖麻油;所述水:丙二醇:基酚聚醚-14:PEG-50蓖麻油=6:5:5:4。
进一步地,所述杀菌除螨组合物包括苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油;所述苯氧乙醇:乙基己基甘油=9:1。苯氧乙醇可作为驱虫剂、外用消毒剂,对绿脓肝菌有特效的抑菌性,对革兰氏阳性菌和阴性菌都有抑菌作用,高效广谱、低毒、无过敏刺激性;乙基己基甘油具有优异地除臭效果;通过实验发现,苯氧乙醇与乙基己基甘油的复配比两者单独使用效果更佳,乙基己基甘油能促进醇类的效果,使得本发明驱虫杀菌效果进一步提升,另外,乙基己基甘油还能促进o-伞花烃-5-醇的防腐性能。

S1:将水、稳定剂加入锅中,充分溶解;
S2:将保湿剂、清新剂、防腐剂、表面活性剂及日用香精提前预热,加入锅中搅拌;
S3:待搅拌均匀后,继续往锅中加入杀菌除螨组合物,充分混合均匀;
S4:取步骤S3混合均匀后的溶液进行检测,待检测合格后,过滤出料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:以苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油作为杀菌除螨有效物,苯氧乙醇与乙基己基甘油复配,相互促进,具有较好的杀菌除螨除臭效果;防腐剂o-伞花烃-5-醇能促进杀菌除螨组合物的杀菌效果,再加入稳定剂EDTA-二钠、保湿剂甲基丙二醇、清新剂薄荷醇等添加剂,使杀菌除螨喷雾剂能稳定长效地发挥杀菌除螨除臭效果,并带来清新愉悦感。

1.除螨性能测试
以尘螨为测试对象,选取含螨虫100只的培养皿5个,分别置于玻璃材质的密闭圆筒测试装置内,将实施例1-实施例6、对比例1-2制得的杀菌除螨喷雾剂分别灌入喷雾装置中。将各个杀菌除螨喷雾剂分别向密闭圆筒内按压喷洒10次,10分钟后用显微镜观察被击倒的螨虫数量。计算10分钟的击倒率并观察24小时死亡率,如表1所示:

由表1可知,实施例1-3均具有较好的除螨效果,增加A组分后,除螨效果进一步提升,对比例1的没有加入乙基己基甘油,除螨效果没有实施例1的明显,对比例2的没有加入苯氧乙醇,其效果比实施例1的差了很多。
2.杀菌性能测试
参考QB/T 2738-2012考察杀菌效果,分别用实施例1-6、对比例1-2进行实验,结果见表2。

由表2可知,实施例1-3的杀菌除螨喷雾具有优异的杀菌效果,增加A组分后,杀菌效果进一步提升。对比例1没有加入乙基己基甘油,对比例2没有加入苯氧乙醇,对比例1、对比例2相对于实施例1杀菌性能较差,其中,对比例2杀菌性能最差,由此说明,苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油的复配具有较好的杀菌效果,特别是对于绿脓肝菌具有更为优异的抑菌性,而苯氧乙醇相对于乙基己基甘油的杀菌抑菌效果更为突出。

8.根据权利要求1-7任一所述的一种杀菌除螨喷雾剂,其特征在于,包括如下组分,按重量份计:

9.一种如权利要求1-8任一所述的杀菌除螨喷雾剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将水、稳定剂加入锅中,充分溶解;
S2:将保湿剂、清新剂、防腐剂、表面活性剂及日用香精提前预热,加入锅中搅拌;
S3:待搅拌均匀后,继续往锅中加入杀菌除螨组合物,充分混合均匀;
S4:取步骤S3混合均匀后的溶液进行检测,待检测合格后,过滤出料。
