背景技术
例如,从DE 199 40 263 Al已知这样一种具有电子防滑控制功能的车辆制动系统。这种已知的车辆制动系统包括防抱死控制装置、驱动防滑控制装置和行驶动态控制装置。在防抱死控制中,驾驶员通过借由肌力操纵主制动缸在车轮制动器中产生制动压力,而在驱动防滑控制中以及在行驶动态控制中,该制动压力至少部分地通过外力产生。为此,该车辆制动系统设有压力发生器,该压力发生器由可电子操控的电动机驱动。

在图中示出了设有防抱死控制装置、驱动防滑控制装置和行驶稳定控制装置(ABS/ESP制动装置)的车辆制动系统的制动回路10。该制动回路10连接在主制动缸12上,该主制动缸可以由驾驶员通过肌力操纵,例如通过制动踏板,以便向制动回路10的两个车轮制动器14提供处于制动压力下的制动流体。在车轮制动器14中的制动压力各自借助于一个压力调制阀16调节,并与在分配给相应的车轮制动器14的车轮处的滑转状况相适应。各自的压力调制阀16形成为具有三个压力介质接口18、20、22的方向阀,它可以克服复位元件26的力由可电子操控的致动器24切换到三个离散的位置28、30、32中。

在操作类型切换阀50的中间位置或第二位置上,所有三个接口彼此截止,因此这个位置也称为截止位置66。
与此相对,在操作类型切换阀50的第三位置上,主制动缸接口54与泵吸入接口58连接,而泵压接口56截止。相应地,在这个吸入位置68上,制动流体从主制动缸12流向泵吸入接口40,从而压力发生器38不仅从主制动缸12,而且还从回流线路34被供以制动流体。
可选设置的相对于操作类型切换阀50的旁路70将主制动缸接口54与泵压接口56连接。该旁路70可以由止回阀72控制,该止回阀开启从主制动缸接口54到泵压接口56的流动方向,并截止相反的方向。止回阀72例如实施为无弹簧的,由此其阀关闭元件仅被有效的液压压力压抵到阀座上,以便使之关闭。
若操作类型切换阀50由于其紧凑的尺寸而对从主制动缸12到车轮制动器14的压力介质流起强烈的节流作用,并因而妨碍在制动回路10的车轮制动器14上由肌力产生的制动压力上升,则可在功能上设置该旁路70。
因此,根据本发明的制动回路10具有只由可电子控制的致动器24;60控制的三位三通切换阀,以控制压力介质流或使制动压力与在分配给车轮制动器14的车轮上的滑转情况相适应。因此,相对于传统的装备有二位二通阀的制动回路,根据本发明的制动回路由较少的单个阀或组件组成,用来将其安装在液压设备上所需的工序相应较少,并且允许将这个液压设备设计得特别紧凑,即节省结构空间。
操作类型换向阀50和压力调制阀16在结构上构造得不同,因为它们尤其在其各自的第三位置32;68上彼此不同,在其各自的第三位置上它们将不同的液压接口彼此连接或截止。此外,它们由于出现的压力情况而具有不同尺寸的阀座和关闭体,因此需要不同功率能力的致动器用于它们各自的操作。在所分配的旁路46;70上,操作类型换向阀50也不同于压力调制阀16,根据在不同方向上截止的止回阀48;72,这是显而易见的。
可以设想,将操作类型换向阀50与带有止回阀72的旁路70组合成一个结构单元,或者替代地,将旁路70和止回阀72呈现为与操作类型换向阀50分离。
所描述的制动回路10的功能在原理上是已知的,因此,下面只需出于理解的原因简短地进行描述。
在防抱死操作中,制动压力由驾驶员通过肌力操作主制动缸12产生。这时,制动类型换向阀50占据其基本位置64,就像分配给制动回路10的不同车轮制动器14的压力调制阀16一样。因此,存在从主制动缸12到车轮制动器14的不中断的压力介质连接,通过该压力介质连接发生制动压力上升。若达到必需的制动压力,则压力调制阀16切换到其截止位置30(中间位置)并保持该制动压力。必要时必需的制动压力下降通过将压力调制阀16切换到其第三位置32上发生,在该第三位置上车轮制动器14与回流线路34连接,而流入部18中断。这时,制动流体从车轮制动器14流入回流线路34,并进一步流到泵吸入接口40。由外力驱动的压力发生器38将等待处理的制动流体通过操作类型换向阀50输送回主制动缸12。操作类型换向阀50的旁路70不流通,因为止回阀72被操作类型换向阀50泵压接口56上较高的压力顶压在其座上,因此这个流动方向截止。
在进行驱动防滑控制或行驶稳定控制的情况下(在此情况下不通过驾驶员进行任何与制动状况相匹配的对主制动缸12的操纵),操作类型换向阀50占据其吸入位置68,因此使主制动缸12与压力发生器38的吸入接口40连接。利用其通过驱动电动机42的驱动,从主制动缸12抽吸制动流体,在制动流体中的压力提高的情况下将制动流体输送给在其基本位置28上打开的压力调制阀16。制动流体从该处进一步流入车轮制动器14,并在该处引起制动压力上升。
为了保持压力,压力调制阀16再次切换到其中间位置或截止位置30,并为了减低压力切换到其各自的降压位置32,如上文所述的那样。
显而易见,对所描述的实施例的改变或补充是可以设想到的,而不会偏离本发明的基本思想。
Claims (7)
1.一种具有电子防滑控制功能的车辆制动系统,具有:
能通过肌力操作的主制动缸(12),以及
能通过外力驱动的压力发生器(38),以用来向与所述主制动缸(12)和所述压力发生器(38)接触的车轮制动器(14)供给处于制动压力下的制动流体,以及
能电子操控的阀装置(50),其用来控制所述主制动缸(12)与所述车轮制动器(14)的压力介质连接以及所述主制动缸(12)与所述压力发生器(38)的吸入接口(40)的压力介质连接,
其特征在于,
所述阀装置(50)包括一个单个的带有三个压力介质接口(54、56、58)的阀,所述阀能够通过能操控的致动器(60)切换到三个离散的位置(64、66、68),在这三个离散的位置上所述压力介质接口(54、56、58)以不同的变型方案彼此连接或相对彼此截止,能电子操控的阀装置(50)配备有三个接口,并且能够切换到三个切换位置,在三个切换位置中的其中一个中,阀装置连接主制动缸和所述压力发生器(38)的吸入接口(40)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有电子防滑控制功能的车辆制动系统,其特征在于,所述阀装置(50)的第一压力介质接口(54)与所述主制动缸(12)接触,第二压力介质接口(56)与所述压力发生器(38)的压力接口(52)接触,第三压力介质接口(58)与所述压力发生器(38)的吸入接口(40)接触。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有电子防滑控制功能的车辆制动系统,其特征在于,所述阀装置(50)此外具有旁路(70),所述旁路将所述阀装置(50)的通至所述主制动缸(12)的第一压力介质接口(54)与所述阀装置(50)的通至所述压力发生器(38)压力接口(52)的第二压力介质接口(56)连接,其中,在所述旁路(70)中设有止回阀(72),所述止回阀在从所述第二压力介质接口(56)到所述第一压力介质接口(54)的流动方向上使所述旁路(70)截止。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有电子防滑控制功能的车辆制动系统,其特征在于,所述止回阀(72)具有关闭体,所述关闭体仅被制动流体的压力压抵到阀座上。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有电子防滑控制功能的车辆制动系统,其特征在于,所述车辆制动系统为了调制在所述车轮制动器(14)中的压力分别具有能电子操控的第二阀装置(16),所述第二阀装置由一个单个的带有三个压力介质接口(18、20、22)的阀形成,所述阀能够由能电子操控的致动器(24)切换到三个离散的位置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有电子防滑控制功能的车辆制动系统,其特征在于,能电子操控的阀装置(16)为了控制所述车辆制动系统配备有三个接口,并且能够切换到三个切换位置。
7.根据权利要求5所述的具有电子防滑控制功能的车辆制动系统,其特征在于,在总共三个位置之中的两个位置上,所述阀装置(16;50)让制动流体流通,在这些位置之中的一个位置上,所述阀装置(16;50)的接口相对彼此截止,并且截止位置设置在使所述阀装置(16;50)流通的两个位置之间。
