Claims (7)
- 筋力によって操作可能なブレーキマスタシリンダ(12)と、外力によって駆動可能な圧力生成器(38)であって、前記ブレーキマスタシリンダ(12)および圧力生成器(38)と圧力媒体配管を介して結合する車輪ブレーキ(14)に、ブレーキ圧のもとにあるブレーキ液を供給する前記圧力生成器(38)と、電子制御可能で、前記ブレーキマスタシリンダ(12)と前記車輪ブレーキ(14)との圧力媒体結合と、前記ブレーキマスタシリンダ(12)と前記圧力生成器(38)の吸込み接続部(40)との圧力媒体結合とを制御する弁機構(50)と、
を備えた電子式にスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置において、
前記弁機構(50)が、3つの圧力媒体接続部(54,56,58)を備えた単一の3ポート3位置方向切換弁を含み、前記単一の3ポート3位置方向切換弁が、制御可能なアクチュエータ(60)を介して、3つの不連続な位置(64,66,68)へ切換え可能であり、これら不連続な位置で、前記圧力媒体接続部(54,56,58)が異なるバリエーションで互いに接続され、または互いに遮断されていることを特徴とする電子式にスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。 - 前記弁機構(50)の第1の圧力媒体接続部(54)が前記ブレーキマスタシリンダ(12)と圧力媒体配管を介して結合し、第2の圧力媒体接続部(56)が前記圧力生成器(38)の吐出部(52)と圧力媒体配管を介して結合し、第3の圧力媒体接続部(58)が前記圧力生成器(38)の吸込み接続部(40)と圧力媒体配管を介して結合していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電子式にスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。
- 前記弁機構(50)がさらにバイパス(70)を有し、前記バイパスが、前記弁機構(50)の前記ブレーキマスタシリンダ(12)への前記第1の圧力媒体接続部(54)を、前記弁機構(50)の前記圧力生成器(38)の前記吐出部(52)への前記第2の圧力媒体接続部(56)と結合させ、前記バイパス(70)内に、前記バイパス(70)を前記第2の圧力媒体接続部(56)から前記第1の圧力媒体接続部(54)への流動方向において遮断する逆止弁(72)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電子式にスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。
- 前記逆止弁(72)が、前記ブレーキ液の圧力だけで弁座に対し押圧されている閉鎖体を有していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電子式にスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。
- 前記車両ブレーキ装置が、前記車輪ブレーキ(14)内の圧力を調整するために、それぞれ電子制御可能な第2の弁機構(16)を有し、前記第2の弁機構が3つの圧力媒体接続部(18,20,22)を備えた単一の弁によって形成され、前記単一の弁が電子制御可能なアクチュエータ(24)によって3つの不連続な位置へ切換え可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の電子式にスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。
- 電子制御可能な前記弁機構(16;50)のそれぞれが、前記車両ブレーキ装置を制御するため、3つの接続部を備え、且つ3つの切換え位置へ切換え可能であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電子式にスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。
- 全部で3つの位置の2つの位置で、前記弁機構(16;50)を前記ブレーキ液が貫流していること、前記位置のうちの1つの位置で、前記弁機構(16;50)の前記接続部が互いに遮断されていること、遮断位置は、前記弁機構(16;50)が貫流を受けている前記2つの位置の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の電子式にスリップ制御可能な車両ブレーキ装置。
